Justification

Muddy water should be water/ground type, like how flying press is fight / flying. Its main type should be water, like how flying press' main type is fighting.
Hurricane should be water type.
Chatot shouldn't have boomburst. How can a bird chirp that loud?
Charizard-mega-x should be flying type too, although i dont know how three typings would work. Maybe you could just give him levitate instead.
Fire types shouldn't get frozen. Come on gamefreak.

  • Muddy Water: No, too much coding and I don't like this change. Then, a ton of things would be like this (see Scald amongst other things).
  • Hurricane: Hurricanes are storms with violent winds, so Flying-type makes perfect sense, I'm not digging this change, so no.
  • Chatot: Boomburst is 'sound wave explosion' in Japanese, and Chatot makes loud sound waves, so it makes a lot of sense if you ask me. I'm not removing it.
  • Mega Charizard X: This makes no sense at all, it looks like a Dragon to me and it just makes it 10x worse.
  • Fire-types not getting frozen: I'm not changing typings and how they work, I may not change game mechanics. And most Fire-type moves thaw them out anyways, so...

Please do make a worthwhile argument on this regard, don't say 'well, _______ should be allowed because it would be cool', that won't cut it with me. I'd like to see Entei naturally learning Flare Blitz. I know about the event, but Flareon got it through level up this gen, and Flareon becomes Entei, so why doesn't Entei get it by level up as well? Trollfreak, that's why.

Time for some (actual) suggestion now (rather than mostly consistency suggestions :p)

  • Butterfree now gets Insectate as its Hidden Ability (Tinted Lens becomes a normal ability)
  • Butterfree now has 90 Base Speed
  • Butterfree now gets Tri-Attack as a heart scale move
  • Beedrill now gets Insectate as its Hidden Ability (Sniper becomes a normal ability)
  • Beedrill now has 95 Base Speed
  • Beedrill now learns Megahorn and Quick Attack through Level-Up
  • Misdreavus is now Ghost / Fairy
  • Misdreavus now learns Boomburst through Level-Up (It's based off a Banshee, a fairy creature that has a signature scream. Boomburst fits nicely with this imo)
  • Mismagius is now Ghost / Fairy
  • Mismagius now learns Boomburst through Level-Up (See Misdreavus.)
  • Ferroseed's Hidden Ability is now Bulletproof
  • Ferrothorn's Hidden Ability is now Bulletproof

I'd like to see Sceptile swapping its Attack and Special Attack. Its dex description says "It agilely leaps about the jungle and uses the sharp leaves on its arms to strike its prey", which left me wondering why they didn't just make it a physical attacker...
 
While I understand where you're going with Fire/Rock Torkoal, all it does is kill what little viability it has. Fire/Rock is a terrible defensive typing with two double weaknesses to common types as well as other weaknesses to common types. It's just its shell anyway, isn't it?

Not only it gives Boomburst STAB, but it also makes Mismagius a good counter to Gengar.

Also, I considered Misdreavus/Mismagius beheaded humans as well as ghosts and banshees, and humans sound pretty normal to me.

Ghost / Fairy looks obvious but Ghost / Normal should be considered.
In any case, the Missy family should not stay pure Ghost whatever suggestion is chosen.

Ghost-Normal looks more fitting for Shuppet's evolutionary line tbh, plus STAB Boomburst from that Satk and Speed looks broken.

Exploud's Boomburst is only a little less powerful, but does hit Ghosts whereas Mismagius would have to resort to Shadow Ball instead.
It also does not really help her against T-Tar or Bisharp which Exploud can nail with Focus Blast.

Exploud, is however, far easier to revenge kill.
 
  • Make Raikou and Entei's event moves (Aura Sphere, Espeed) compatable outside of the crappy natures.
  • give Vibrava and Flygon Arena Trap. Why does Trapinch get it but nothing else in the line?
  • Give Rotom-Wash Scald, Rotom-Mow Giga Drain, Rotom-Fridge Ice Beam, Rotom-Fan Aeroblast(Really just for the sake of giving them all a new STAB), and Rotom-Heat Flamethrower.
  • Give Gyarados and Ttar Knock Off. They're pretty much the only relevant dark types that don't.
  • Make Delphox's typing Fire/Fairy. I really don't see why the fuck Gamefreak made a new type and a fairy looking Starter and didn't make it fairy.
  • Make a 100% accurate Physical Rock move. For fuck sake relying on stone miss is annoying
  • Give Gogoat a Grassy Terrain version of Fluxuation (Cultivation maybe?)
I'll probably suggest more later this is all I can think of atm

Maybe Gardener or Naturalist? Also, if that ability does happen, I think Shaymin should get it (maybe as a Hidden Ability?)

Alternatively, we can just make Grassy Pelt do that (still give it to shaymin imo)
