Seems your strategy is a bit haphazard. Looks like your team is more defensive in which case your going to want a stealth rocks setter such as hippowdon, krookodile nidoqueen, or swampert with hippowdon krookodile and swampert having the added bonus of roar for phazing (forcing switches)...- malcolm
