    Pokémon Alola Marowak

    Its unreliable, having only has a 30% chance to activate. You're also throwing away the two reasons you would use A-Marowak in the first place as well. If you're not running Lightningrod, you can no longer check or counter Tapu Koko or Xurkitree as they're able to 2HKO with Thunderbolt. If...

    Pokémon Alola Marowak

    Its to outspeed certain Pokemon uninvested in speed such as Tyranitar, Chancey, Clefable and Celesteela. 16 Attack is way too low though, normally I would run 248HP/124Atk/132Spe if I wanted to focus on Marowak's bulk while still hitting very hard. If you don't care about unspeeding anything you...

    Pokémon Alola Ninetales

    Most sweepers in general appreciate Aurora Veil. IMO I think Mega Gyarados and Mega Charizard X benefit from it the most. Dugtrio or Magnezone are good partners as well, since they can trap the Pokemon that threaten Ninetales the most. Also having someone with Defog is a good idea since...

    np: UU Stage 12 - A Beautiful Lie

    I disagree, Haxorus' presence would encourage players to use faster offense orientated teams over slower bulkier ones in order to not get swept by it. Haxorus is capable of OHKOing or 2HKOing nearly every Pokemon in the tier... including the dedicated walls.

    The UU Viability Ranking Thread

    The sheer damage from it's moves allows it to OHKO or 2HKO nearly every 'mon in the tier. Its also very fast, outspeeding non-scarfed Mienshao. The things holding back though are the fact its completely blocked by Steel types and Cofagrigus plus it has non-existent defenses, which means priority...

    Pokémon XY General Discussion

    Witches have strong ties with supernatural aspects and the occult... which seems to be the idea behind Fairy type anyway. Maleficent is an evil fairy queen... a common concept behind fairies. So I think her chances are pretty good.

    All it needs now is Fire Punch and Blaze Kick.

    Hopefully its either making them directly visible or making IVs less of a hassle to raise. I'm happy about this, since it means Zoroark will likely see more usage. It's ability was made fairly redundant with Team Preview. EDIT: Nevermind, poor Zoroark ;_;

    So now the question I'm sure some of you are asking, can you ride on Gardevoir?

    UU Stats: May 2013

    Blastoise's biggest flaw is its lack or reliable recovery, he takes a decent amount of damage even from neutral hits which limits the number of times you can use him. The other problem with Blastoise is that he loses to Roserade, one of the premier spikers in UU. Shitmontop on the other hand...

    It is an Eeveelution though, so it's offensive move selection might be quite limited.

    It'll probably be just be another cute gimmick (And a way for the lonely Pokemon fans to touch Gardevoir). I can picture it affecting the Pokemon's happiness levels but not much else. I'd rather think of them as being weak to SCIENCE!!!

    Also they're weak to Steel... which is more common than you think, with moves like Bullet Punch and Gyro Ball. Fairy does seem like an amazing offensive type though. If Psychic types not called Gardevoir could learn Fairy type moves, they may have finally found their answer to Dark types...
