OU Mega Tyranitar (Stealth Rock)

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 168 HP / 252 Atk / 88 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Pursuit
- Crunch
- Fire Punch / Earthquake / Ice Punch

Mega Tyranitar with Stealth Rock was picking up in viability towards the end of SM and was soon established as a very consistent user of the move due to its good bulk, various coverage moves, and access to Pursuit, which allows it to pressure many Defoggers that other Stealth Rock setters can't, including Latios and Latias. Thanks to Mega Tyranitar's potent offensive and defensive typing, it's capable of pressuring many Psychic-types, such as Mega Alakazam and Choice-locked Tapu Lele, it to capitalize on Pursuit even better. Unlike other Stealth Rock setters, Mega Tyranitar isn't passive due to its good Attack stat and various moves like Crunch and Earthquake. Mega Tyranitar can run a multitude of coverage moves, ranging from Fire Punch to Earthquake to even Ice Punch, which allows it to deal with Pokemon like Kartana, Toxapex, Gliscor, and Landorus-T, respectively. Mega Tyranitar fits on many team archetypes, ranging from bulky offense to balance builds.

I don't quite like the way this is worded, I think you can just merge those sentences by removing the bolded part
access to Pursuit, which allows it to pressure many Defoggers. Pursuit is a large part of Mega Tyranitar's ability to pressure Defoggers as Pursuit allows it to Pursuit trap common Defoggers like Latios and Latias.
This is too repetitive imo, the last sentence just sounds like filler to me and I think you could just mention the Lati twins after the first "Defoggers" and comment on how this gives it an edge over other rockers.
Mega Tyranitar is very splashable currently and fits on many teams, mainly on bulky offense archetypes, but it also fits on balance archetypes.
I think this wording is a bit awkward too, specially since you mention "splashable" and "fits on many teams" (pretty much the definition of splashable) in the same sentence, I think you meant something like "fits on many team archetypes, ranging from bulky offense to balance builds", ik this is more of a nitpick but yea :/

I'm aware this is more gpish stuff but I think you can improve this before sending it to gp. Now onto qc stuff:
October 2017 in USM
USM was released in November iirc, I think mentioning October specifically doesn't really provide useful information to the reader, you could just say smt like "towards the end of SM" or during the Smogon Snake Draft (tho the fb audience prolly isn't familiar with tours so I wouldn't do this).

Other than that this looks good, nice job

Mega Tyranitar with Stealth Rock was picking up in viability towards the end of SM, (RC) and was soon established as a very consistent setter of Stealth Rock user of the move (repetition) due to its good bulk, various coverage moves, and access to Pursuit, which allows it to pressure many Defoggers that other Stealth Rcok setters can't, (AC) including Latios and Latias. Pursuit is a large part of Mega Tyranitar's ability to pressure Latios and Latias, as Pursuit allows it to trap and remove them, which other Stealth Rock users can't. (you're essentially saying the same thing twice) Thanks to Mega Tyranitar's potent offensive and defensive typing, (AC) it's capable of pressuring many Psychic-types, like such as Mega Alakazam and Choice-locked Tapu Lele, which allows allowing (repetitive structure) it to capitalize on Pursuit even better. Unlike other Stealth Rock setters, (AC) Mega Tyranitar isn't a passive Stealth Rock setter, unlike most Stealth Rock setters, this is due to its good Attack stat and various high-base powered high-Base Power moves, (RC) like Crunch and Earthquake. Mega Tyranitar can run a multitude of coverage moves, ranging from Fire Punch to Earthquake to even Ice Punch, which allows it to deal with Pokemon like Kartana, Toxapex, Gliscor, and Landorus-T, (AC) respectively. Mega Tyranitar fits on many team archetypes, ranging from bulky offense to balance builds/ builds.
