Hi, I just started programming very recently myself. I am far from an expert, but I figured diving right into it is the best way to learn.

I'm planning on completely revamping this, but some of the important basics (such as how I read his files) will stay the same.

Also, you can see that I named the %usage and chaos files "ou-1825_use.txt" and "ou-0may.json", respectively.

Would you mind putting the code in a pastebin? I am on my phone right now and it doesn't have a python compiler :p

If it is multiple files I'll just look a it tomorrow
