First things first: Trick + Toxic Orb is bad. You don't trick to cripple things with status, you trick with choice to cripple things and prevent them from changes their moves, thus limiting their momentum. Giratina itself already suffers from enough 4mSS; right now you have Curse with absolutely no form of protection or stalling, which makes the strategy quite futile, and useless when it comes to handling offensive threats like Gira needs to
