I am so so sorry. Time really slipped away from me in the last few hours. Are you free now or later today?

I have to go to sleep now otherwise I won't be able to wake up for work tomorrow. I'm sure we'll be able to work out a time eventually. Try the same again tomorrow? With a couple of hours leeway? It definitely shouldn't be as hectic tomorrow (though it shouldn't have been so hectic today either)
