I'm glad Rillaboom got Grassy Surge along with the support movepool it was given. It may be viewed as Tapu Bulu lite but Rillaboom has more utility with U-turn, Taunt and Knock off. Like mentioned before, it also has Fake Out for VGC.

Inteleon can learn Focus Energy via TR. Use a Scope Lens on it and it could have a niche Sniper Critical Hit set that can be used outside of Rain teams due to its already high speed.

Do the moves Ancient Power, Silver Wind, or Ominous Wind have a higher chance to raise all stats?

My bet is that it will get Giga Drain via Move Tutor in the future.

This might be wishful thinking, but I hope Decidueye gets access to Heat Wave, Earth Power, and/or Tailwind via Move Tutor in the future. Heat Wave (Hot Wind) gives it a much needed coverage move and it can finally put its base 100 SpAtk to good use. Without speed investment or a postive nature...
