I'm surprised also - Most of the other judges would have had to put him pretty low to get him out of the top 5. His Deoxys was pretty darn good. But judging is judging.

IMO it looks too much like an evolved form, although the mods might allow that. I wouldn't, but I'm not exactly the big decision maker in the judges. Anyway, the wings look too blocky for my tastes. Fix that and it's great. EDIT: This was at albel.

I don't know, as you really would have to have photoshop and paint.NET to know. I can say that Paint.NET isn't nearly as good as photoshop (there are multiple tutorials showing you how to mimic photoshop tools and effects), but it's waaaaaaaaaaaay better than paint. Canti can probably answer...
