About the preferrable Kommo-o ability... imo Soundproof is better than Bulletproof in a lot of forms, because: Bulletproof only blocks one viable move rn(as far as I know, pls correct me if I'm wrong): Shadow Ball, and all the Shadow Ball users have other, better options to deal with Kommo-o...

Kommo-o has been pretty inconsistent for me, I was using a Soundproof(for Toxtricity & other Kommo-os) Sweeper with Throat Spray and Clangorous Soulblaze, and Kommo-o is either a very very good wincon and defensive mon, checking Toxtricity and Aegislash. Or it is sac fodder. Sweeping Kommo-o...

B- ---> A- I sincerely don't understand why is Gyarados so low, yeah, the dmax ban hurts it badly, but this thing has such absurd coverage this gen with Power Whip, while mantaining its threatening moveset and abilites, that there really is no reason to why Gyarados should be lower than...

    SS OU Gorillaless Tactics

What's the use of Heavy-Duty-Boots on Drill? He resists rocks, and is immune to Tspikes, only webs and spikes hurt it really. Not all hazard removers need boots. Also, you seem to lack rocks, which could be used on Gorsola(Rocks>Hex).

I've used this set before, and it has potential to be more than just a gimmick, I like the idea of going Darkest Lariat>Spirit Break to hit Pex for neutral dmg and Corsola for SE. imo Grimmsnarl has the potential to be a balance killer with this set(since it ignores status, and can hit hard)...

Priority burnsr is nice and all, but does it justify using a mon with no stat higher than 75? isnt it better to just use something that can take hits and wisp back?

On The Radar Vol. 2 [See Post #336]

I don't think this is the correct time to suspect Garm, the metagame has just went through a huge change, and we didn't have enough time to really play with Garm to make a decision on wether or not to ban it, it isn't really an obviously broken mon/feature such as dynamax was, and i've seen...

I gotta disagree, Garm, although strong, has some pretty decent checks, that can even fit on offensive teams, such as the very common Rotom-Heat, if you end up getting swept because your Rotom got chipped, than that's a misplay, playing recklessly with your Garm check is one of the easiest ways...

I would like to talk about a pretty good defensive core I saw recently: Jellicent+Fairies + /:clefable:/:grimmsnarl: I was just talking about Jellicent here and how good it is, and i've found some good partners for it, fairies. Water/Ghost/Fairy has beyond amazing type synergy, Water/Ghost...

I reeeeally like the idea of using Flareon as a viable mon this gen, but what niches does it have to be preferred over Rotom-Heat? Wish passing comes to mind, but is it worth dropping Rotom for that? Flareon also has better special bulk, but Rotom gets a ground immunity and much better defenses...

Seismitoad will most likely still be pretty good, since it hard checks both OU Rotoms, and since a water and eletric immunity is always nice on your team. But surely banning Dracovish will hurt not only Toad's viability, but all water absorbers that are now being used because of the threat that...

Same, Jellicent has been one of my favorite mons to use in Gen 8 because of its ability to check both Garm and Dracovish in the same match and somehow not get overwhelmed. I personally like Sitrus Berry Jellicent, because it can live 2 Earthquakes from Banded Jolly Garm(unless it gets two...

SS OU First OU Teambuild of SS!

Your squad seems to be really on the fence wether it should be a Balance or Hyper Offensive team, GDarm, Cinderace, and Dracovish are all very offensive, while Ferrothorn, Gorsola, and that Corviknight set are more defensive(Corvi and Ferrothorn could still work well on an offensive team, but...

SS OU Specs Sylveon! peaked #14 @1792 elo, got reqs with it

Cool team! But why would you use Sylveon over Hatterene? Hatterene is much stronger and can deal very well with stall, which you said was a problem to your team.

    Pokémon Galarian Darmanitan

What are some great checks to GDarm? both Zen BD and Gorilla Tactics Darm? Pex comes to mind but it can't take eq or zen headbutt. Rotom-Wash could also be an option, but it seems that Darmanitan overwhelms it, Coalossal can take on Darmanitan's STABs, but not its coverage, Milotic maybe? I'd...

I disagree with this statement, the amount of preparation teams take to have a great A-Gren mu shows that it has the potential to be S tier, but the fact that this overpreparation exists, already makes it less viable, what makes a mon have a high ranking on the vr is how good it is against the...

This is actually a pretty interesting idea, I've seen a lot of noms regarding the S ranks recently, and it might be because there are so many mons in A+ that feel better than the other in the same tier, the same can be said about the S rank, I think we can agree that there's a gap between the S...

As you said, every team needs to have more than one way of beating Ash-Greninja, preferrably defensively(with the exception of HO teams that simply can't afford that), and that's exactly why I think A-Gren should drop, in theory it is broken, but in practice there are just so many teams with 2-3...

Noms I Agree/Disagree with Skarm-->B- or higher: Agreed Skarmory really shouldn't be ranked on C+, fattier builds have been on the rise, and Skarm is an absolute staple on Stall and Semi-Stall. Also hazard stacking is pretty good rn and Skarm can get spikes up vs. a lot of things. Besides...
