As MilkyWay and M24 stated earlier, either a significant typo happened on that post and Zamazenta was voted 5-4 ban, or there were actually 6 ban votes, with making Zama hit the 6/9 threshold to be quickbanned.

Why are Sand Veil and Snow Cloak legal here yet not in the main singles formats? The same principle for their ban, being evasion being a little silly, carries over, arguably more so due to the potential for doubling up into it. So why the difference?
