I think switchroo with a lagging tail could be useful for crippling sweepers who need their speed. Before you write this off as an inferior stun spore think about if run into an ego stone user, stealing that will ruin the pokemon.

Is Superpower and/or Outrage confirmed to work with this ability? i tried them both on PO and my stats lowered and i took LO damage.

Good team, I would replace Brick Break on Hypnotist with Focus Punch because if the opponent is sleeping unless they wake up, you are hitting them twice as hard. Bessie already has Heal Bell so Lum Berry on Eclipser is unnecessary, replace it with Life Orb.

Good team, but I'm not sure about Moltres item, or why it knows Sunny Day. You already have two reliable Sunny Day users, change the move to Hidden Power Ice (for altaria) or air slash (fighting types), and the item to life orb/expert belt.
