    Dusclops vs Dusknoir

So I found myself interested in playing around with this generation's Doubles meta, and went to go construct a Trick Room team based loosely around my 5th Gen VGC team. I soon found myself asking a question that didn't come up last gen. Dusclops or Dusknoir? Without the buffs to Knock Off this...

XY Suspect Testing Round 1 np: Michael Jackson - (extreme)Speed Demon (READ POST #1278)

You're correct, and that isn't what I meant to imply. My apologies if my wording was unclear. All I meant to say was that they are similar in that they can cause severe damage to a team before you isolate what set it is they are running. The scale of the damage isn't really comparable though...

XY Suspect Testing Round 1 np: Michael Jackson - (extreme)Speed Demon (READ POST #1278)

No. Staring at one set is like staring at the damn sun, you're blinding yourself. CB Genesect is also insanely powerful since it has a reason to run Iron Head (le fairy faec)/getting Extremespeed from that idiotic event. Gear Shift is great too, but not sure I'd elevate it to the same level...

    Rhyperior [QC 2/3]

Should Avalanche be considered at all under "Other Options" vs Ice Punch? Not going to go so far as to suggest slashing it, but tanking an Earthquake from a Gliscor/Landorus-T when you're running a full 252 HP/Def Impish set and retaliating with a 120 power Ice Move as opposed to the 75 power...

Bug Reports v2.0 (READ OP BEFORE POSTING!!)

So this one's interesting. Accidentally tabbed out of Showdown after selecting my move (Volt Switch), then went immediately back in and rejoined the battle. I guess because of this, Volt Switch did not work properly, and Magnezone did not switch out until next turn, giving the opponent a free...

    Pokémon XY Data Collection

Some additional moves for Heliolisk; Surf, Grass Knot, Volt Switch, Mud-Slap, "Electrify" (this move changes the type of the opponent's move to electric if you move first), "Eerie Impulse" (lowers the opponent's Sp Atk, not sure if by 1 or 2 stages).

Sticky Have a question? Ask it here! (NOT SM QUESTIONS)

Just RE: Helioptile in general, it learns a move called "Electrify" at Level 45, which says it "changes the type of the opponent's move to Electric if you move first", sounds gimmicky at best since it doesn't get Volt Absorb or anything. Not sure I have the patience to keep checking beyond 45...

Ask A Simple Question, Get A Simple Answer - Pokemon Showdown! Edition

Would there ever potentially be an option available for us to keep the April Fools sprites? That was probably the best thing that happened all day yesterday, couldn't stop laughing as I kept seeing different ones.
