The names should be obvious.

Base Stats (Zapdos)
HP: 90 - ATTACK: 90 - DEFENSE: 85 - SP. ATK: 125 - SP. DEF: 90 - SPEED: 100
Ability (Zapdos)
Pressure - When a Pokemon with this trait is attacked, the attacker loses an extra PP from the attack it used. Can work in the 2vs2 metagame, but Zapdos will most likely die pretty quickly if your opponent constantly ignores Kingdra/Omastar

Base Stats (Kingdra)
HP: 75 - ATTACK: 95 - DEFENSE: 95 - SP. ATK: 95 - SP. DEF: 95 - SPEED: 85
Ability (Kingdra)
Swift Swim - Speed becomes 2x while it's raining. The sole backbone of Zapdra, Zapcolo, and Zapstar combos.

Base Stats (Ludicolo)
HP: 80 - ATK: 70 - DEF: 70 - SPD 70 - SPC ATK: 90 - SPC DEF: 100
Ability (Ludicolo)
Swift Swim - Speed becomes 2x while it's raining. The sole backbone of Zapdra, Zapcolo, and Zapstar combos.
Rain Dish - Restores 1/16 of health every turn during Rain Dance. This can work if you want a more stallish variation of Zapcolo, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Base Stats (Omastar)
HP: 70 - ATTACK: 60 - DEFENSE: 125 - SP. ATK: 115 - SP. DEF: 70 - SPEED: 55
Ability (Omastar)
Swift Swim - Speed becomes 2x while it's raining. The sole backbone of Zapdra, Zapcolo, and Zapstar combos.
Shell Armor - Blocks CHs. Not very useful in the 2vs2 metagame and destroys the purpose of the Zapstar combo.

Movesets:

Zapdos

- Thunder
- Rain Dance
- HP Ice/Grass/Water
- Protect/Sub
@;leftovers

The thing that makes Zapdos so useful for Rain Dancing in 2vs2 is that its immune to Earthquake, and can actually make use of the move as well. Salamence is pretty common in 2vs2 as he also is in 1vs1, and I have yet to see Swampert on a 2vs2 team, so HP ice is my preference.

Kingdra/Ludicolo/Omastar

- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- HP Grass
- Protect/Mimic/Surf
@;Lum Berry

Kingdra, Ludicolo, and Omastar work pretty much the same way in this combo, so its pretty much a personal preference which one you think is better. Protect because Explosion is so common in 2vs2, and it can also save Kingdra/Ludi/star a turn while Zapdos uses RD. Surf is nice, but just remember that it's only 47 base power in 2vs2 but it hits both opponents. STAB and RD should be able to make up for it. Mimic is cool since you can use it on your own Zapdos and mimic its Thunder. HP grass is for anything Thunder, HP ice, and pump can't handle (ie: Swampert & Quagsire). Ludicolo gets STAB on HP grass which is also nice. Cheri Berry helps somewhat since the swimmer can't afford to become paralyzed

Other options: Fake Out (Ludicolo only), Giga Drain (Ludicolo Only), Light Screen (All)

Fake Out can go nicely as a substitute for Protect. Light Screen gives you some protection in case you come up against this combo, which WILL happen very often.

EVs:

Zapdos: Modest with Max SA and near max Speed (296 should be enough). Rest in HP.
Kingdra: Modest with Max SA and HP. Even with no speed EVs, Kingdra will still have 400+ speed after RD.
Ludicolo: Modest with Max SA, 88 speed EVs, and the rest in HP.
Omastar: Modest with Max SA, 208 speed EVs, and the rest in HP.

Counters:
Explosion, Imprisonclops to an extent, CM Follow Me Clefable + a physical sweeper, Any Pokemon with Sunny Day (ie: Eggytres), another Zapcolo also works, Blissey (Although nobody uses Blissey in 2vs2), Focusing all attacks on the swimmer also works, Quagsire can rape them so long as HP grass isn't used. Icy Wind reduces max speed Kingdra's speed in the rain to abround 350-ish as opposed to 500+, Regice, Salamence with D-claw 2hkos kingdra and OHKOs Ludicolo with HP Flying, Light Screen for temporary Hurricane Katrina relief effort, Crobat can rape Ludicolo badly being immune to flinch.

Opinion:
Zapdra/colo/star is ranked up there as one of the most dangerous 2vs2 strats, imo. Not much can counter it 100% since this is 2vs2 and the pokemon will be taking alot more punishment each turn.

Blissey is pretty useless against this combo, Hydro Pump will be dealing around 30% to it what is a lot considering that is Special based. Blissey should die next turn assuming you are also Thundering it and even if it doesn't, it's not much of a threat. Not like you will you try to kill it and let it's partner Gyarados Dragon Dance.
