To clarify the above, Honedge can start with Metal Sound and relearn it at level 8. I should probably start deleting starting moves and stop learning moves to figure this stuff out...

(I breed with a Ditto for everything.)

Unexciting news but someone has to do the research (and hopefully save others the effort of duplicating it): Honedge does not get Stealth Rock or Block as egg moves.

[goes off to continue failing to discover egg moves]

After testing many moves in the Mineral Egg Group, I haven't found any Egg Moves other than the aforementioned Shadow Sneak and Metal Sound. I can also say with certainty that Metal Sound is an egg move and not a Lv. 1 move for Honedge as stated in the OP. Here are all the moves I tested, for those looking to test some more:

Slam
Feint Attack
Counter
Sucker Punch
Block
Disable
Powder Snow
Leer
Bide
Stealth Rock
Heavy Slam
Steamroller
Double-Edge
Flail
Wood Hammer
Hammer Arm
Headbutt
Rock Blast
Mud-Slap
Iron Defense
Mud Sport
Harden
Curse
Bind
Spark
Magnet Bomb
Rock Throw
Sand Tomb
Rage
Iron Tail
Screech
Discharge
Power Gem
Earth Power
Magnet Rise
Uproar
Mist
Astonish
Avalanche
Metal Claw
Swallow
Body Slam
Amnesia
Clear Smog
Mirror Shot
Mirror Coat
Acid Armor
Crafty Shield
Imprison
Foul Play
Spikes

I don't think I'll test any more of these until Bank is available for Cofagrigus/Tutors.

After rebreeding with my Aegislash (without Metal Sound) and Ditto, I agree with the above now. It only had Tackle and Swords Dance. Sorry about the Metal Sound start -- it seems Ditto can give egg moves to babies with a male parent. <_< I most likely bred when I only had a freshly caught Honedge with Metal Sound (male so I guess that's why it passed down).

Wide Guard and Destiny Bond are apparently egg moves, need to confirm.

I'll work on Destiny Bond

ok Destiny Bond isn't possible, nothing available to test.

Wide Guard doesn't have any known mons in Mineral to test.

idk if this is the right place to ask but can someone test if you can switch stances while paralyzed/Sleep/Etc in game?

This isn't the right place, but you'll change stances even if fully paralyzed, asleep, or if you flinch, as long as you select an attacking move.

Can anybody check if Gravity, Take Down, Sand-Attack or Endure work as Egg Moves for Honedge? Besides some stuff available for Forretress, Klefki and Cofagrigus they are the only possible moves that aren't checked.

Honedge does NOT get Endure, Sand Attack, nor Smack Down as egg moves.

EDIT: It doesn't get Gravity, Lock-On, Zap Cannon, nor Stone Edge either.

Aegislash CAN learn iron head by move relearner (at least at level 55, so somewhere below there), even if it was evolved right away as a doublade. This means there is zero reason to not use a dusk stone on it as soon as it evolves.

Unfortunately, Honege does not learn Light Screen through egg as well. I tried it with Klefki. One of the few gendered Pokemon in the mineral group that can learn Light Screen. If anyone does discover a way to get Light Screen onto him, I would be very great full.

^There are two exceptions. Gothita keeps Dark Pulse as a breeding only move from previous gen, and Pancham only gets Quash from breeding while Pangoro can get it through TM. But yes, Aegislash's filler TM Egg Move is probably something it already gets like the majority of Gen VI Pokémon, rather than something completely irrelevant to its evolutionary line.

Edit: As for the TM Egg Move suggestion, can anybody check if Gyro Ball, Shadow Claw and/or Flash Cannon works?

Edit 2: Brick Break, Shadow Claw and False Swipe might also be tested if Gyro Ball fails. And if those also don't work, well, I guess Aegislash would be the exception to the generalization or we need to have even more through TM check.

I need some extra time to setup Gyro Ball, I'll update this post when I have details.

Can confirm that Shadow claw and Flash cannon are NOT egg moves.

Confirming Gyro ball from Cordyceps below me, evil sleep tempting me instead of updating research.

More failed moves: Wearher Ball, Play Rough, Recycle, Magic Room, Heal Block, Shell Smash, X-Scissor, Rock Wrecker, Bug Bite, Ice Shard, Icicle Spear, Sheer Cold, Freeze-Dry, Crunch, Gyro Ball, Pin Missile, Self-Destruct, or Power Whip.

I have a sinking feeling that Cofagrigus has the rest of Aegislash's egg moves.

Isn't Light Screen a TM? If a pokemon can't learn a move from a TM, it can't learn it period, as far as I know.
There are many examples.
Gengar can't learn Sludge Wave by TM, only by egg move. Currently no pokemon in Gen6 - Amorphous Egg Group can learn Sludge Wave. When the pokebank comes out, this will change.

I expect Destiny Bond and Wide Guard to function the same way for Aegislash and I'm looking at you, Yamask.
