Buff the 149 NU and 220 NFE?

I mostly created this topic because I'm tired of seeing my favorite Pokemon (Psyduck, Aipom, Squirtle, just to name a few) absolutely useless. We have 149 NU and 220 NFE, why not simply improve these Pokemon's movesets and abilities.

How about we completely reinvent those useless Pokemon such as Magikarp with crazy combinations such as "No Guard" and Sheer Cold?

Give Charmander an insane movepool better than Charizards to make up for its crappy stats.

This is exactly what Smash Bros is doing right now, so why not use hacking to balance Pokemon?

We play pokemon on shoddy battle in order to mimic WiFi. No one has any interest to change the game, we'd only end up obstructing it and ruining it.
