Counter that DW Pokemon!

Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Psychic
- Slack Off
- Thunder Wave

I'd hesitate to say that this is a fully fledged counter, because it cannot come into Blaziken's attacks, and expect to live the following turn. This is about as close as it gets, this checks Blaziken, assuming that you've just beaten Scizor, this can come in, use Psychic and finish off Blaziken. Shadow Claw is a solid 2HKO

678 Atk vs 350 Def & 394 HP (70 Base Power): 252 - 298 (63.96% - 75.63%)
That's a +2 LO Shadow Claw to Slowbro, not a OHKO, even after Rocks. Only other way is to revenge it with Excadrill or Aqua Jet from something like Azumarill. Other than that, nada, at least nothing I can think of, off the top of my head.

Serperior @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 SpAtk/4 SpDef/252 Spe
Nature: Timid
Ability: Contrary

~ Substitute
~ Leaf Storm
~ Hidden Power [Ice]
~ Leech Seed

Doesn't mind coming in on any of Slowbro's attacks besides Thunder Wave and has a good chance to OHKO Slowbro with Leaf Storm, even if it has full HP.

Heatran@Leftovers
Calm
252HP/252SpDef/6SpAtt
Flamethrower
Torment
Stealth Rock/Toxic/Will-O-Wisp
Dragon Pulse/Earth Power

Specially Defensive Heatran+Torment craps on that Serperior. +6 Leaf Storm fails to 3HKO on the attacking front after max EVs and leftovers (assuming you let it get that set up for some reason), with HP Ice having the same pitfalls, making half the moveset easy to switch in on. Torment then renders conventional SubSeeding useless, and the set lacks Protect to, well, protect the substitute during it's disabled turn. In turn Flamethrower 2HKOs (after leftovers, before Leach Seed), quickly preventing Sub setup. In short, Serperior dies before it can be stalled out via SubSeed and it cannot be 3HKO'd even at +6. The only time this set has lost to Serperior lacking protect during testing has been switching in on Leach Seed with a Sub already up. The remaining moveslots can be used to take either a more supportive or offensive role.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
Bold
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Rest
Sleep Talk
Scald
Calm Mind

Crocune completely demolishes that Heatran set, switching with impunity, and setting up Calm Mind. Dragon Pulse or Earth Power does absolutely nothing, while Flamethrower is resisted. While Toxic is annoying, Rest takes care of it and you have Sleep Talk to move while sleeping. Same with Will-O-Wisp. Torment is annoying, but it is that way with every Pokemon. Sleep Talk is demolished by Torment, but then you only lose 1 turn because you can Sleep Talk at least once before being unable to. Before long, Heatran simply cannot take any attacks and just straight up dies to a +3 or +4 Scald, which is about the boost you can get to. In fact, Sub Calm Mind and Offensive Calm Mind can beat Heatran pretty decently as well. Generally, you just bring in CroCune, set up a few Calm Minds, possibly Rest, use Scald, and then proceed to rape face with a setup Suicune (who is not fun to face).

Abomasnow @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning
Calm
252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Substitute
Leech Seed
Blizzard / Ice Shard
Wood Hammer / Protect /Focus Punch

Subseed Abomasnow is a pretty standard option that totally counters Crocune. Abomasnow takes little damage from Suicune's only attack and hail cancels out leftovers recover. Wood Hammer is only a 3HKO on Suicune but Abomasnow can KO it with a combination of substitute, leech seed, and Focus Punch or Wood Hammer and hope to do the same to the next pokemon from behind a substitute.

Chandelure @ Leftovers
Ability: Shadow Tag
Nature: Timid
EVs: 80 HP / 252 SpA / 176 Spe
-Substitute
-Calm Mind
-Shadow Ball
-Flamethrower

If Abomasnow attempts to Leech Seed Chandelure, it effectively gives Chandelure a free Substitute. After setting up the Sub, it can either KO Abomasnow outright with Flamethrower or set up on it with Calm Mind. If Abomasnow is behind a substitute, it will most likely Leech Seed next turn. After a couple Calm Minds, Blizzard does less than a Chansey's Pound, and Focus Punch and Protect don't do anything to Chandelure.

Ahh it's been a while since I posted here.

Mr.Inelastic (Tyranitar) (F) @ Chople Berry
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 152 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Pursuit
- Crunch / Fire Blast / Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Beam / Roar / Super Power

The title says it all Tyranitar is inelastic. In DW OU Tyranitar is the main counter to every Chandelure even Specs Hp fighting because he has Chople Berry. Chandelure would simply get Stealth Rocks set up on him or roared out depending on whether he is +6 or not. If Chandelure isn't boosted much Tyranitar can break the sub and go for the kill with Crunch and Pursuit. Chandelure is a great Pokemon and a dangerous one so count on the opponent having Pursuit.

Countering Tyranitar won't be hard, but he's still done his job by killing/preventing Chandelure from having its day and possibly getting up Stealth Rocks.

Mienshao@Life Orb
Hasty (Reckless)
252Att/252Spe/6SpAtt
Hi Jump Kick
Stone Edge
U Turn
Hidden Power [Ice]

The power this thing's Hi Jump Kick generates is just plain ridiculous. Tyranitar is OHKO'd 100% of the time after factoring Chople Berry (117.3%-138.1%). Due to the lack of EV investment nothing on that TTar set can KO Mienshao as it switches in (Factoring in Stealth Rock and one turn of sandstorm damage), meaning it has no trouble finding opportunities to come in and attack. Stone Edge provides neutral coverage, U Turn allows you to scout for switches to possible counters, and HP Ice nukes Gliscor and Dragonite.

Golurk @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
Nature: Adamant

- Substitute
- Dynamic Punch
- Shadow Punch
- Stone Edge

Golurk is never 2HKO'd by Mienshao's HP Ice while doing a minimum of 64% back to Mienshao with Dynamic Punch, confusing it in the process. Dynamic Punch will also confuse anything that tries to come in on Golurk that isn't a Ghost-type, which promptly get hit with Shadow Punch.

You saw it coming, it's here.

Skarmory @ Leftovers/Shed Shell
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Nature: Impish
-Spikes
-Roost
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird

Even though Ghost-Fighting is unresisted, Golurk will still be doing garbage damage to Skarmory. The only way Golurk can defeat Skarmory is if it gets REALLY lucky with confusion hax. It doesn't matter if Golurk has a Sub up, Whirlwind takes care of that. Brave Bird is really just filler. Item depents on whether or not you are scared of Chandelure and Magnezone.

OBLIGATORY

Thundurus @ Life Orb
Timid Nature | 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
-Nasty Plot
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power Ice
-Focus Blast

get wrecked by one of the most powerful special sweepers in the tier after the boost

Landorus @ Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SpAtk/252 Spe
Nature: Hasty
Ability: Sand Force

~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge
~ Hidden Power Ice
~ U-turn

This can easily come in on any of Thundurus's attacks besides Hidden Power Ice and KO back with Stone Edge. The rest of the set is obviously for other Pokemon.

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Volt Switch
Hydro Pump
Hidden Power [Ice]
Trick / Thunderbolt

You saw it coming, here it is. Rotom-W can literally switch in on anything Landorus has, take another hit, and Hidden Power Ice to ruin its life. The set is just standard fare for Rotom-W, besides the fact that Thunderbolt is slashed in because I use Thunderbolt over Trick most of the time on Scarf Rotom-W.

Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP/(something defensive I suck at EVing)
Nature: Calm???
-Scald
-Recover
-Stockpile
-Substitute

When this thing comes in, you will be locked into Hydro Pump and therefore unable to damage Gastrodon. It then Subs up and Stockpiles until almost nothing bar crits break the subs. You can't Trick it if it has a Sub up.

Celebi @ Life Orb
Natural Cure
Modest - 220 HP - 252 Sp.Atk - 36 Spd
-Nasty Plot
-Giga Drain
-Hidden Power Fire
-Recover/Psychic

Pretty boring and bland, not necesarilly DW, but a surefire, 100% counter to Gastrodon. Natural Cure to laugh in the face of any Scald burn or more common Toxic. Stockpile is nice, but it caps at +3. Nasty Plot goes up to +6. Ask Spinal Tap what that means.
Grass typing means Water and Ground are not very effective, natural bulk means you can Recover away all damage.

Obviously you don't need anything other than NP and Giga Drain, but a Pokémon needs 4 moves, right?

Alternatively, Leaf Storm is an option, but this set is tried and tested in OU.

Heatran@Leftovers
Modest
252HP/252SpAtk/4Spd
Flamethrower
Dragon Pulse
Toxic
Earth Power

Resists Celebi's moves and blows it to smithereens with Flamethrower.

This guy needs rain support btw

Manaphy @ Leftovers
Trait: Hydration
EVs: 255 HP / 255 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Calm Mind

GG babycakes.

Serperior (M) @ Choice Specs/ LO
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Leaf Storm
- Glare/ Taunt
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]/ Rock/ Ice

Serperior is one of the best counters for Manaphy right now other than just pushing through it with CB Pokemon. LO and Specs are both viable in the meta game and can take +1 Manpahy and Power through common counters like Chandelure and Genesect (other than Scarfed of course). In fact +2 Serperior nearly OHKOs Chandelure, so only scarfed once again is a threat. Serperior's speed and ability make him the perfect grass type for this fast pace meta-game.

Trait: Overgrow
I'll take that as Contrary.

Murkrow @ Eviolite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Nature: Calm
-Taunt
-Roost
-Haze
-Whirlwind

Eviolite Murkrow can take a unboosted Serperior Leaf Storm any day and can PP stall it with a combination of Prankster Haze and Roost, and can Whirlwind it out if it feels like it. Prankster allows it to Taunt Serperior before Serperior Taunts it.

A new twist into things...

Rotom-H @ Choice
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Overheat
-Volt Switch / T-bolt
-HP Grass
-Trick

Rotom-H beats Murkrow in every possible way. It can easily predict into the coming switch, scout with Volt Switch or fry the upcoming Pokemon with STAB Overheat or Thunderbolt. HP Grass is for predicts, and Trick is a jerk move, easily crippling any Pokemon that doesn't work off Choice.

Sayonara

don't forget

Flygon @ Choice Band
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge
~ U-Turn

Flygon resists Overheat and is immune to Thunderbolt / Volt Switch. It can take it out with either Outrage or Stone Edge, moves that are boosted by the Choice Band. U-Turn is for scouting, whilst Earthquake is another STAB move.

Garchomp (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fire Fang
- Swords Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake

Somehow, I don't see Flygon beating this anytime soon.

Is that Choice Specs or Scarf?
It was meant to be either, based on playing style. A proper counter should consider both to be effective.

I'll take down Garchomp.

Mamoswine @ Life Orb
252 Atk / 252 Spe Adamant
-Ice Shard
-Icicle Crash
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge

Mamoswine OHKOs Garchomp with Ice Shard any day. It's dual STABs with 130 base attack can support any team, easily destroying or revenging every Dragon type in the tier. It also demolishes Breloom, Gliscor, and has almost perfect coverage combined with Stone Edge.

Hopefully checks are fine too?

Breloom @ Life Orb
252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)
Ability: Technician
-Spore
-Stone Edge
-Mach Punch
-Bullet Seed

This is a simple 3 attacker set. 252 Jolly outspeeds Adamant Mamoswine to smack it with Mach Punch before it takes an Ice Shard. Breloom can also switch in to Earthquake and Stone Edge (provided Breloom actually has health). The extra Speed is nice for outspeeding Mamo, Chandelure, and Dragonite that are natured for more power; Life Orb makes up a bit for the lack of Adamant. No Chandelure as a counter please !_! it won't take a Stone Edge nicely (good prediction w/e) and I want something not so common.
