I just fought a Cresselia at the Battle Institute in Lumiose and can confirm it is still pure Psychic and not Psychic/Fairy.

i got a lv 68 cresselia, which knows Future Sight, Shadow Ball, Moonlight, and Psycho Cut. i am certain shadow ball was taught by tm, since once i forgot it did not show up in the move relearner's list.
