This is the team I have.

Garchomp @ Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Protect

Togekiss @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Tailwind
- Follow Me
- Air Slash
- Roost

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Slack Off
- Toxic

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Psychic
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam

The main strategy is to start with Garchomp and Togekiss. I use tailwind to get Garchomp speed doubled and then switch into hippowdon to get the sandstorm in to up Garchomp earthquake and rock slide. I'll primarily use starmie for any dragon, ice, rock, or flying types. What do you guys think?
