Duskull in NU

Duskull is by-far my favorite pokemon, which is why I am always sad not to see it used. Why is duskull so under appreciated? Duskull has amazing advantages. Mostly, the fact that it has 90 def and special def as nfe, allowing duskull to attain a sky-high stats of 459. Couple this with ghost typing and access to pain split creates a very potent wall. Duskull takes hits and can restore it's health reliably, while dishing out burn damage, creating the perfect stall/wall pokemon. Why does no one use this reliable and dependable pokemon? Is there some magical flaw I'm no seeing?

You can't even switch in in fear to get 2HKO by a lot of Offensive Pokemon in the tier thanks to Duskull's base 20 HP, and is simply a massive sitting duck who can't do much.

Also, Misdreavus completely outclass it in everything.
