So, this makes Gearfly, Moontis, Quant and if we allow two more, Phantasmadid and Bedbugon for the Vibrava Evos winners, and Braxster, Haxocean, Elaxtrical and Axassin as the winners for Fraxure Evos.

Now we could talk about how well the new evos will perform in OU (theoretically), as well as thinking about potential future slates until the PMGS ended.

Jesus Christ this has been dead a long time. Time to bring it back!

It's Christmas Time! So we're doing a Christmas themed slate. Bergmite for icicles, Snover for christmas trees and Chingling for sleigh bells.

Winter Wonderland

Bergmite's evolutions should have
as their primary typing, their names should contain something to do with Icebergs somewhere and they must use the stats (In any order) of: 95, 117, 184, 44, 46 and 28

Snover's evolutions must have
as their secondary typing, their names should contain snow, or part of it somewhere in the name, and they must use the stats of: 90, 92, 75, 92, 85 and 60 in any order. Additionally you can make a mega evolution of the submission, using the stat changes of: +40, +30, +40, +20, -30 for any stats. The type must stay the same as the base.

Chingling's evolutions must have
as their primary typing, their names should contain something related to bell noises (I think) and they must use the stats (In any order) of: 75, 50, 80, 95, 90 and 65

Just for a recap, since this has been dead for 4 months, custom abilities are allowed, as this is more of a theoretical metagame, but please do try to keep them balanced.

Gravity Monkey

Name: Titanice
Types:
/

Stats: 46 / 44 / 95 / 28 / 186 / 117
Abilities: Own Tempo / Filter / (Coal Powered — Inverted Dry Skin)
New Moves: Metal Burst, Surf, Scald, Anchor Shot, Waterfall, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Haze
Justification/Niche: You know why it's weak to Water? Because the Titanic drowned. Jokes aside, here's a pretty atypical wall, with an actually good spied tier and a phenomenal special defense, but held back by an abysmal HP and a lower-than-average typing. But, still, with the power of, well, Coal Powered, it doesn't fear fire attacks anymore! It also has a pretty big movepool with a lot of interesting options in it.
Sample sets:
Trap & Stall (Titanice) @ Leftovers
Ability: Coal Powered
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
- Anchor Shot
- Recover
- Toxic/Scald
- Haze/Rapid Spin

Since Eevee'd is back, I might as well get back into it.

Berglace (Iceberg + Glace)
Type:

Abilities: Own Tempo / Ice Body | Sweet Veil

HP: 95
Atk: 28
Def: 46
SpA: 117
SpD: 44
Spe: 184
BST: 514

'New' Moves (this Pokémon gets this Moves and Avalugg does not) - Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Psychic, Psychock, Thunderbolt, Earth Power
'Removed' Moves (Avalugg gets these Moves and this Pokémon does not) - Crunch, Ice Ball, Sharpen, Superpower
Competitive - Like an actual glace, Berglace is surprisingly light and cannot take a hit. But the Glace Pokémon is still an Ice-type, and can use its light, glace-like body to slide like crazy and surf over the water. Thus it got very bad bulk but make up with its frightening Speed, allowing Berglace to outspeed most threat (if not all of them). 117 SpA + Choice Specs is also nothing to scoff at either. Earth Power is good to fend off most opponents who would carry Super Effective STAB moves, especially Steel-type moves. That said, its fragility would make it unfavorable against priority moves, and Trick Room will ruin its day.

Casnoda (Canada + Snow)
Type:

Abilities: Snow Warning | Drizzle

HP: 90
Atk: 92
Def: 75
SpA: 60
SpD: 85
Spe: 92
BST: 494

'New' Moves (this Pokémon gets this Moves and Abomasnow does not) - Hydro Pump, Surf, Liquidation, Waterfall, Aqua Jet, Icicle Crash, Hone Claws
'Removed' Moves (Abomasnow gets these Moves and this Pokémon does not) - Outrage
Competitive - Unless you feel like Drizzle will help Casnoda a lot, you would only see it in "lower tier" versions of Eevee'd does to its master-of-none stats. That said, its Mega Evolution is another history.

Mega Casnoda (Casnodite)
Type:
(Unchanged)
Ability: Hydration

HP: 90
Atk: 132 (+40)
Def: 95 (+20)
SpA: 30 (-30)
SpD: 115 (+30)
Spe: 132 (+40)
BST: 594 (+100)
Competitive - Mega Casnoda's Hydration is only useful on a rain team to avoid annoying Burn, Sleep, Poison and Paralysis, however its high Attack and especially high Speed allows it to be an effective set-up sweeper or set-up wallbreaker. Icicle Crash's accuracy may pose up a problem unless you take Hone Claws into consideration. That said, it do not have much resistances and its Defense wouldn't be good enough to survive a hit against Physical threats with Super Effective moves, especially Tapu Bulu.

Berglace (Ding + Pain)
Type:

Abilities: Energy Mimic*
(Energy Mimic: When switching, user's Special Attack will copy the frontal opponent's unmodified higher Atk or SpA, and heal user's HP by 33% when knocking out an opponent.)

HP: 75
Atk: 50
Def: 80
SpA: 65
SpD: 90
Spe: 95
BST: 514

'New' Moves (this Pokémon gets this Moves and Chimecho does not) - Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Nasty Plot
'Removed' Moves (Chimecho gets these Moves and this Pokémon does not) - Psywave, Yawn, Double-Edge
Competitive - Chimecho is very impractical even in PU, so this one will be much better in at least PU or higher. While its bulk is only average, it boasts good Speed and have a powerful Special Attack thanks to Energy Mimic when on the right opponent. It can be especially useful to revenge kill Pokemon with powerful Special Attack when wearing a Choice Scarf or even Choice Specs. Be warned that its bulk is average and thus should be confined to revenge killing or set-up sweeping.

By the way the Spreadsheet needs a serious update and I am already a spreadsheet editor for T:TM and Type Optimization (solo in both cases at that). The spreadsheet needs some new editors to keep it updated.

EDIT: Type Optimization is sort of finished in a way of not going to make any more submission so I will be there for buffs and nerfs which will not be as frequent as adding winning entrants, and T:TM seems to stall a lot as well. I might gonna make a new, refined Spreadsheet for Ludicrousity as well.

I had finished the new Spreadsheet for this Pet Mod! Ludicrousity have been less active thus not having enough time for the old and outdated Spreadsheet. You can tell that he will be very happy that I made a new and fresh one.

The link is right below!
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1y4513ICqGMBALUwttVw6bXDb2t347YUPusXgh8JYg-w/edit?usp=sharing

Also we skipped the winner about Krokorok, Maractus and Sigilyph's evolutions, so I counted (and included the winners) for you.

Krokokreep 2 (Origin0), Krookotrik 2 (Origin0), Krokrostile 3 (Samtendo09), Krokokung 2 (Origin0), Kreekodile 2 (Sereg)

Harpactus 2 (Sharpest), Xianqinactus 3 (Origin0), Theractus 3 (Samtendo09), Cacstanet 2 (Sereg)

Unholyph 3 (Samtendo09), Stalaglyph 3 (Origin0), Glyfey 2 (Sereg)

The problem is that we also have multiple winners of the same evolution lines that have the same type combination. The following are; Delibird's Prisent and Punchex (both Ice/Fighting), Ledian's Techled and Ledizap (both Bug/Electric) in addition to Ledwill and Lediqueen (both Bug/Psychic), Lumineon's Enticineon and Lumispark (both Water/Electric), Tangela's Baitantangle and Tanglily (both Grass/Water), and Rhydon's Rhyfoon and Rhygenerator (both Ground/Electric). Also, Galvasect is just Galvantula but physical oriented (Bug/Electric) and thus creates another Type Redundancy. We either make an emergency tiebreaker while we are at it, or make a coinflip, or well, anything to break the Type Redundancy situation we let it slipped for too long right now.

Thank you for your patience. Ludicrousity, do you have any solution for this situation? I am not a Council Member here so I cannot make decisions in this Pet Mod.

... Yes, I know I double-posted but I saw that the old Spreadsheet is never updated since long time since Ludi became less active.

I thank you immensely for the help. I will figure out what I’m doing soon, hopefully. For now, a tiebreaker should be the thing. I can’t post everything because I’m on mobile, so if someone’s willing to find the mons and quote them, or something like that, it would be appreciated. Also if Galvasect was a Joltik evolution, remove it from the winners and I’ll sort it out later, if not, it’s perfectly legal. It gives a choice between 2, so it should be okay...

I want to proudly announce that I am now part of the Council alongside Ludi (the leader) and Sereg. And I will also help out Ludi by putting the noticed Evolutions with the same type combination of the same Pokemon family line. It will greatly help for potential tiebreakers as well. Big list coming up!
Prisent vs Punchex (Ice / Fighting Delibird Evolutions)
Name: Prisent
Types:

BST: 90 / 65 / 90 / 65 / 80 / 85
Abilities: Keen Eye / Huge Power / Justified (HA)
New Moves: Helping Hand, Close Combat, Mach Punch, Detect, Quick Guard, Bulk Up, Sky Uppercut, Knock Off, Roost
Description: Prisent is a police bird. He hunts down criminals and then sends them to prison. Bad boys don't wanna mess with him because he's got a big gun.
Justification/Niche: A great offensive typing and a broken ability make Prisent a good wallbreaker. He also has Mach Punch, which makes up for its below average speed stat. Possible set:
Name: Punchex (Comes from Punch and Fed Ex xD)
Types: Ice / Fighting
BST: 105/55/90/75/55/95
Abilities: Huge Power/Tough Claws/Slush Rush
New Learnset: + Swords Dance, Mach Punch, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Bulk Up, High Jump Kick, Focus Blast.
Justification/Niche: This Delibird is more powerful than Azumarill, but have a worse defensive typing, its offensive typing is though better.

Techled vs Ledizap (Bug / Electric Ledian Evolutions)
Name: Techled
Types:

BST: 75 / 110 / 65 / 110 / 65 / 105
Abilities: Battery / Download / Motor Drive (HA)
New Moves: Thunder Wave, Charge, Charge Beam, Shock Wave, Parabolic Charge, Volt Switch, Discharge, Wild Charge, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Overheat
Description: Techled is a cyborg bug powered by electricity. The trainer's orders must be programmed into Techled's chip or else it won't obey them.
Justification/Niche: Techled is a strong mixed attacker with STAB U-turn and Volt Switch. One if its attacking stats is boosted by Download on switch in which makes Techled hit even harder. It could probably run an effective Choice Scarf set or an all-out-attacker set.
Name: Ledizap
Types: Bug / Electric
BST: 65 / 109 / 75 / 64 / 84 / 133
Abilities: Galvanize
New Learnset: Quick Attack, X Scissor, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Electric Terrain, Thunder Wave, Discharge, Spark, Charge Beam, Electro Ball
Justification/Niche: A way to make Comet Punch useful. It can be the first physical Bug/Electric-type and a perfect Greninja counter.
Ledwill vs Lediqueen (Bug / Psychic Ledian Evolutions)
Name: Ledwill
Types:

BST: 70 / 50 / 70 / 120 / 110 / 110
Abilities: Levitate / Power Convert / Comatose (HA)
(Power Convert: The users Physical moves are converted to Special moves.)

New Moves: Barrier, Calm Mind, Confusion, Cosmic Power, Dream Eater, Extrasensory, Future Sight, Heal Pulse, Healing Wish, Hypnosis, Magic Coat, Mirror Coat, Psybeam, Psychic, Psychic Terrain, Psyshock, Role Play, Stored Power, Trick Room, Zen Headbutt, Quiver Dance, Leech Life, Dark Pulse, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Dazzling Gleam, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Superpower, Shadow Ball, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Fire Punch, Ice Beam
Name: Lediqueen
Types: Bug / Psychic
BST: 134 / 43 / 57 / 101 / 126 / 74
Abilities: Synchronise, HA: Swarm Aura*
*Bug-type moves' power is increased by 30% (Fairy/Dark Aura clone).
New Learnset: Heal Order, Shield Order, Attack Order, Psyshock, Psychic, Calm Mind, Stored Power, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse
Justification/Niche: xx

Enticineon vs Lumispark (Water / Electric Lumineon Evolutions)
Name: Enticineon (Enticement + Neon)
Types: Water / Electric
BST: 105 / 70 / 80 / 125 / 80 / 110
Abilities: Swift Swim / Lightning Rod (Sharkbait)
Sharkbait: Traps in Water-Type foes
New Learnset: Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge Beam
Justification/Niche: Lumineon's face has always rather looked like "Come near me and you'll have a surprise" kind of bait. This goes one step further, being based on fish who lure other sea creatures with the light they can emmit from their body. Swift Swim makes it fast as hell, with a 100% accurate Thunder under Rain, making it a good sweeper. Access to Ice Beam also helps. Meanwhile, Sharbait makes it work simillar to Magnezone in terms of utility, only that the type it traps is weak to one of it's Stabs.
Lumispark (Lumineon + Spark)

1A - Swift Swim
2A - Storm Drain
HA - Electrified Water (This Pokémon's Water-type moves gain a 1.2x boost and deal double damage on Flying and Water-type foes)

HP: 96 (+27)
Atk: 46 (-23)
Def: 76
SpA: 129 (+60)
SpD: 89 (+3)
Spe: 129 (+38)
BST: 565 (+105)

New Moves - Hydro Pump, Charge, Charge Beam, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Electrify, Electro Ball, Shock Wave, Spark, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon
Design - Lumispark has more and even bigger fins than Lumineon. Its coloring changes to a shade of light blue, almost turquoise and its eyes become yellow. The neon markings now form what seems to look like an electric current and the neon takes on a lime color
Competitive Corner - This Pokémon has three amazing competitive abilities, Swift Swim allows it to act as essentially an unoutspeedable (if that's even a word) threat in rain teams, Storm Drain allows it to absorb any Water-type moves and boost its already high SpA stat furthermore, finally, Spark Ignition is generally the preferred ability, as it gives Lumispark the ability to boost its Electric-type moves significantly. BoltBeam coverage + Water STAB is perfect coverage too, and Lumispark has an amazing speed stat on top of that.

Baitantangle vs Tangily (Grass / Water Tangela Evolutions)
Name: Baitantangle (Bait and tackle + tangle)

Types: Grass/Water

BST: 125/50/100/100/110/50

Abilities: Water Absorb/Water Veil/Tangling Hair

New Moves: Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Brine, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Hydro Pump, Rain Dance, Scald, Soak, Surf, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Whirlpool

Removed Moves: Brick Break, Rock Tomb

Justification/Niche: Tangela’s hair becomes seaweed. You lose your fire weakness and aqua jet helps with your speed. You can gain an immunity that heals you, punish contact or protect yourself from burns.
Name:Tanglily
Types: Grass / Water
BST
: 125 / 50 / 100 / 100 / 110 / 50
Abilities: Thick Fat / Leaf Guard / Regenerator
New Learnset: Scald, Haze, Mist, Defog, Surf, Tailwind
Justification/Niche: A third bulky attacker...

Rhyfoon vs Rhygenerator (Ground / Electric Rhydon Evolutions)
Name: Rhyfoon
Types: Ground / Electric
BST
: 55 / 40 / 55 / 130 / 115 / 140
Abilities: Lightning Rod / Static / Teravolt
New Learnset: Discharge, Volt Switch, Electro Ball
Justification/Niche: Similar to the other two, but this time, it's fast.
Name: Rhygenerator (Rhy + generator)
Typing:

Abilities: Volt Absorb / Motor Drive / Galvanize (HA)
Stats: 115/130/55/140/55/40
Removed Moves: Rock Blast, Rock Wrecker
Description: Mixed wallbreaker. The only ability it can really use is Galvanize, and its bulk is lackluster, though HP can offset that a bit.

Galvasect
Name: Galvasect (Galvanism + Insect)
Types: Electric / Bug
BST: 97 / 108 / 77 / 60 / 70 / 60
Abilities: Tinted Lens / Keen Eye - HA: Swarm
New Moves: Megahorn, Pursuit, Bulk Up, Swords Dance
Justification/Niche: The physical counterpart of Galvantula, physical Tinted Lens user. Might have some niche in lower tiers as a Webs / TR abuser, or a simple CB user.

While we wait for Ludi to fully come back and as we (keep) making our subs, I'd advise you to do the tiebreaker in either your post or starting from this post.

In the meanwhile, I had made an art of Goopsyche, one of my first winning creations of Eevee'd.

Just to save face, I will coin flip as doing a tie break in the middle of submissions is too heavy. As Ticktock voted for Ledwill (well its self-vote but still) it can stay. The evolutions that didn't win the Coin Flip will have their typing changed (and have moves, name and sometimes Abilities accordingly changed) since they were already signed in the spreadsheet.

Prisent, Techled, Enticineon, Baitantangle and Rhyfoon needs Head to win. If Tails, the other one (Punchex, Ledizap, Lumispark, Tanglily and Rhygenerator) of the respective evolution line will win instead. As Ledwill win, Lediqueen will be changed by default.
  • Delibird Evo: Tails, Punchex. Prisent will be Ice / Fairy and gains Play Rough.
  • Ledian Evo: Heads, Techled. Ledizap will be Ledreeze, Bug / Ice, Galvanize become Refridgerate to go with the Ice-type, have other Abilities in the form of Snow Warning and Ice Body, and have its Electric-type moves except Thunder Punch by Ice-type moves, which are Hail, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Blizzard, Icy Wind, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Aurora Veil, and Frost Breath. As Ledwill won by vote, Lediqueen will be Bug / Fairy, and gained Fairy Wind, Fairy Lock, Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam to go along with its new Fairy typing.
  • Lumineon Evo: Tails, Lumispark. Enticineon will be Water / Dragon and gained the following moves; Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Dragon Breath, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, U-Turn (replacing Volt Switch), Fire Blast and Flamethrower.
  • Tangela Evo: Tails, Tanglily. Baitantangle become Grass / Poison, have Water Absorb changed into Poison Absorb (which works the same but for Poison moves), have Water Veil replaced by Shark Bait (which isn't too much as it is weak to Ice Punch, Ice Beam and Ice-stuff, but then it means Toxapex would be almost defenseless against Baitantangle as the Grass / Poison threat will be immune to Toxic). Baitantangle's Water moves (except Surf, just in case) will be replaced by Poison Jab, Smog, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Belch, Venoshock, Sludge, Gastro Acid, Toxic Spikes, Acid, Acid Spray, and Clear Smog.
  • Rhydon Evo: Tails, Rhygenerator. To keep Rhyfoon's name to still make sense, it become Ground / Water (because the tropic have a lot of water) and, instead of its Electric-type move it used to have, it will get Hydro Pump, Scald, Bubble Beam, Muddy Water, Water Sport, Mud Sport and, as a coverage move (even if it isn't the most reliable one but goes with typhoon well), Hurricane. Rhygenerator gains Volt Switch and Discharge.
  • For Galvasect, we will instead change it into Stonesect, Bug / Rock (seriously, we don't have many Rock-type submissions), have Compound Eyes as the 2nd Ability instead of Keen Eye, and gained the following moves; Hone Claws, Shell Smash, Rollout, Rock Throw, Rock Slide, Rock Blast, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, and Accelerock. Tinted Lens + Shell Smash seems a lot but remember that Galvasect/Stonesect's stats doesn't change, which means it remains a bit frail and slow, requiring cautious switch-in to set up.
For those (particularly the creator of the original versions) who doesn't like the changes, tell me about it and I will make any necessary changes.
