META SHOWCASE: STALL
We all know it, we all hate it, and this pet mod sure as hell hasn't forgotten about it. Yep, it's stall! Eternal Mons has no shortage of obnoxious stall Pokemon, and this showcase aims to show off some new and old options to build stall, semi-stall, and balance.

Fresh Faces:

chanseyeternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Def / 12 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic / Thunder Wave
- Soft-Boiled
- magicalegg
Ah, Chansey. The original fat mon. The new eternal form of the pink blob comes equipped with a few new tools that differentiate it from its (bulkier) normal form. The new fairy typing gives it actual resistances and a neutrality to fighting, which, alongside a nice 64 Defense stat, allows it to function as a powerful mixed wall. And all of this fat goodness is furthered by Chansey-E's signature move, Magical Egg, a clone of Metal Burst. And coming off of Chansey's 250 HP? Pokemon aren't gonna want to attack this thing at all.

omanyteeternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- rewind
- Scald
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes / Stealth Rock
Praise Helix! Dead memes aside, this is actually quite the annoying pokemon to fight. Thick defensive stats, Scald, hazards, and most importantly, Rewind! This move is an absurd 30 PP Recover clone with an added Haze effect, meaning that if setup sweeper can't KO, they have no chance against Omanyte-E. Great against breakers such as Doublade-E, Landorus-Therian, Dragonair-Eternal, and Gabite-Eternal.

laironeternal @ Leftovers / Shed Shell
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 24 Atk / 236 SpD
Careful Nature
- mineralbath
- Stealth Rock
- Heavy Slam
- Roar

Note: The 24 attacks EVs ensures that Lairon will OHKO Tapu Lele with Heavy Slam
One of the finest special walls around, behold Lairon-E! A stellar Steel/Water typing, 80/145 special bulk, and utility moves such as Stealth Rock and Roar makes this pokemon an appealing choice for Stall and Balance alike. However, the signature move is where this pokemon truly differentiates itself from comparable bulky waters such as Tirtouga-E, Togetic-E and Omanyte-E: Mineral Bath. This move is your standard Recover clone, but with the caveat of restoring 2/3's max HP if hazards are on the field and then proceeding to remove those hazards. RIP Spike Stack!

ferroseedeternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- shadowbrambles
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Protect
Mortals, gaze upon the twisted creature that is Ferroseed-E! I'll make it quick: Ghost/Steel, Ghost-type Magma Storm, 62/143/151 bulk. Crying yet?

piloswineeternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- pileup
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Slide

note: Rock Slide is for (theoretical) pinch-berry Larvesta-E sets.
Probably one of the sturdies Fire resists in the tier, Piloswine-E is another fatmon with another busted Recover clone. This one? It has a 25% chance to raise a random stat by one stage (sans Accuracy and Evasion). Nasty! Additionally, a decently strong Earthquake and Stealth Rocks allow this pig to do more than just recover. All these traits create a pokemon that can comfortably counter Fire-types such as Pansear-E, Heatran, and Larvesta-E.

tangelaeternal @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- despoilingvines
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis / Knock Off

or

tangelaeternal @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- despoilingvines
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Power Whip
Tangela-E is an interesting case. While Grass/Dark is a very awkward defensive typing, it is blessed with great physical bulk (and if you run Assualt Vest, mixed), Regenerator, and a signature move that traps and leeches opponent's HP. All of this adds up to a situational but highly effective physically defensive pivot that can easily wall and remove Pokemon such as Zygarde, Metang-E (!!!), Zweilous-E, Gabite-E, and Klang-Eternal. On the other hand, the Assualt Vest set acts as a specially bulky pivot that can lure in certain Pokemon such as Heatran while generally just eating special hits. However, one must respect U-Turn when wielding this strange Pokemon.

The Classics:

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 240 Def / 20 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Discharge
- Roost
- Heat Wave
- Defog
Zapdos still fills a valuable niche as a defensive defogger in Eternal-Pokemon, being able to handle Kartana, Doublade-E, and Pansage-E.

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Protect
Still the only viable Magic Bounce user. Next!

Alomomola @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 40 HP / 216 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Toxic
- Wish
- Protect
Passing fat wishes alongside being a relatively safe switch-in to Metang-E makes Alomomola a classic stall pick that can still find value.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Def / 12 SpD
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock / Heal Bell
- Soft-Boiled
It's still the fattest special wall ever

THREATS

metangeternal @ Choice Band
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- phantasmalbreak
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Bullet Punch
Metang-E: Stallbreaker Supreme. Phantasmal Break is just a big slap in the face to stall, preventing any damage dealt by the move from being restored until switched out. This, obviously, means bad news for Stall. Additionally, great natural bulk and an awesome defensive typing make this a difficult Pokemon to wear down, and often necessitates that Stall teams run physically bulky regenerators such as Tangela-E or Alomomola, lest the team suffer a slow and painful death at the hands of this obnoxious member of the Steel/Ghost gang.

ruffleteternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Hustle
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- manifestdestiny
- Substitute
- Hone Claws
- Facade / Shadow Claw
Subs up on pokemon such as Chansey-E, and can then Hone Claw to its heart's desire. Doesn't even mind scald burns from bulky waters, as Facade will become a nuclear cannon of destruction. However, it struggles with Steel-types, often requiring Magnezone/Magneton-E support. Shadow Claw is ran to hit Ferroseed-E, as it can escape Magnet Pull.

magnetoneternal @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power Fire
- particlecannon
Traps and kills them pesky Lairon-Es, Celesteelas, and Ferrothorns. It should be noted that Ferroseed-E escapes magnet pull due to being a Ghost-type.

Hoopa-Unbound @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
Hoopa still shits on Stall lol. Does struggle with specially defensive Omanyte, however.

Tangela-Eternal @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Def / 244 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Despoiling Vines
- Power Whip
- Endeavor
This is a solid balance team that I've played around with a bit, with the defensive core of Assault Vest Tangela + Lairon + Chimeco providing a defensive backbone that covers each others weaknesses very well. Kadabra is a good scarfer against offense, outspeeding and pivoting out on the likes of Nuzleaf and Cranidos. Choice Band Zygarde busts down teams that rely on Chingling as their only ground check. Finally, Eelektrik-E is the balance breaker, abusing its near-perfect coverage (Tangela takes out Ferrothorn with a combo of Despoiling Vines, Knock Off, and Endeavor) and great Speed and HP to set up subs and accumulate Coil boosts.

Ninetales-Alola @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aurora Veil
- Hypnosis
- Blizzard
- Moonblast

Klang-Eternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 208 Atk / 48 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shift Gear
- Substitute
- Gear Overload
- Wild Charge

Petilil-Eternal @ Power Herb
Ability: Leaf Guard
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nature Call
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Sleep Powder

Staryu-Eternal @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Turbo Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Scald
- Ice Beam

Yamask-Eternal @ Choice Specs
Ability: Mummy
EVs: 180 HP / 252 SpA / 76 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Soul Stamp
- Shadow Ball
- Memento
- Trick

Landorus-Therian @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fly
- Swords Dance
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
A pretty straight-forward Hyper Offensive Veil team that consists of Alolan Ninetales for Veil (duh), Scarf Staryu for emergency hazard control and revenge killing stuff like Cranidos and Lando, and 2 sweepers and 2 breakers. Yamask and Landorus create a pretty solid "defensive" core when under veil, with Lando handling ground spam and Yamask taking care of stuff like Hawlucha and Kadabra, and both break down opposing walls while bringing needed utility to the table (Landorus sets rocks, Yamask can Trick a Lairon or Memento to help Petilil). Klang's goal is to sub up and accumulate as many Shift Gear boosts as possible before autowinning with Gear Overload (watch out for Rocky Helmet, though). Petilil is a bootleg Xerneas that can OHKO even resists with a +2 Grassy Terrain boosted Energy Ball (OHKO on max HP Doublade after rocks)!
note: this team hasn't been actually tested in battle, so I wouldn't add it to sample teams quite yet

Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- U-turn
This team has a simple concept: Trap steels like Chingling and Celesteela with Magneton (outspeeds standard Chingling by 1) and then let Scarf Staravia+Mega Pinsir wipe the floor with the opposing team. The other 3 are just for a defensive backbone, feel free to swap lando with pilo or other tweaks you find applicable.

Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- despoilingvines

A very thick and fat team designed around a very solid defensive backbone and offensive Ghost spam. Haunter should have an easy enough time messing around with stall, Misdreavus is speed control/further stall shenanigans with trick.

Duosion-Eternal @ Leftovers

Bold Nature

EVs: 176 Atk / 80 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Rock Slide
- U-turn
- Ice Beam
- Low Kick
Super vanilla balance, with one cool addition: Duosion! This wacky little guy tears (non-shedinja) stall a new one, possessing perfect coverage with just Psychic with the aid of some Nuclear Pollen prediction.

Togetic-Eternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD

Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Magical Egg
- Soft-Boiled
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
Ok this team is kind of just a bad meme, it lost me a game in the tour but by changing Amoonguss -> Magneton it really helps against the Chingling balance matchup (read: every team). Outside of that you have 3 different ways to remove hazards and a Shedinja. Prepare for 100+ turns of stall, bucko.

Onix-Eternal @ Mental Herb
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shipwrecked Gale
- Scald
- Defog
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Here it is, the team that got Klang nerfed. After single-handedly bulldozing through a room tournament with the disgusting combo of Paragon Wish + Klang, Lyd found it reasonable to tone down the gear of death. However, it still (probably) has some power left, and Paragon Gift + 1 Shift Gear is still pushing you into Steelworker territory on Gear Overload. So yeah, that's cool. The rest of the team is just there to help out our dear Klang.

Heracross-Mega @ Heracronite
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Seed
- Close Combat
- Pin Missile

Amaura-Eternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Winter Bliss
- Blizzard
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power

Staryu-Eternal @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Turbo Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
Don't use this team unless fat teams are literally everywhere. Basically, Heracross manhandles any Stall team that isn't running a Ghost/Steel, Snorunt sets up spikes, Staryu revenge kills+cleans hazards, and the rest of the team makes up the defensive backbone. Haven't tested this team, probably sucks, but I decided to throw it up anyhow.

Clefairy-Eternal @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Meteorite Impact
- Meteor Mash
- Drain Punch

Lileep-Eternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 124 HP / 252 SpA / 132 Spe

IVs: 0 Atk
- Algae Allure
- Giga Drain
- Substitute
- Recover

Piloswine-Eternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Pile Up
- Toxic

Staryu-Eternal @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

Magneton-Eternal @ Electrium Z
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 196 HP / 252 SpA / 60 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
- Particle Cannon
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Latias @ Latiasite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Stored Power
- Thunderbolt
Just a team that I threw together that utilizes the offensive core of Clefairy-Eternal+Magneton Eternal+Mega Latias. Mega Latias also helps form a very solid defensive core with Lileep-Eternal and Piloswine-Eternal. Staryu is there cuz its an awesome scarfer that compresses speed control, hazard control, and offensive pivot all into one slot. Game plan is simple, get Magneton-Eternal in on a predicted Chingling-Eternal (or any steel that isn't ghost type/lairon tbh) switch and then Gigavolt Havoc the bell bitch back into the stone age. From there you can go wild with Clefairy-Eternal or Latias-Mega, with Clefairy-Eternal being a dangerous anti-offense sweeper that can also break down defensive teams with Meteor Mash+Drain Punch. Latias-Mega has an easier time setting up with its stupid bulk. Lileep also is the ULTIMATE TOGETIC COUNTER so that's dope

Pupitar-Eternal @ Rockium Z
Ability: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance

EVs: 248 HP / 88 Def / 156 SpD / 16 Spe
Calm Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb

- Hidden Power [Fire]

Misdreavus-Eternal @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick
- mysticwraith
- Dazzling Gleam
- Destiny Bond
Wanted to build around Dragon Dance Pupitar-E, which can lure and KO a Wingull-E that attempts to snipe any Dragon Dance boosts with a Pursuit. Outside of that it's just a standard set of Nuzleaf-E spikespam+Lairon-E, plus some other stuff I guess. Also LOL at Missy being my only ground resist.

Charmeleon-Eternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 180 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Mist Bath
- Thunder Punch
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Dance

Tapu Bulu @ Assault Vest

I really hate the stupid fat egg fuck (also known as Togetic-Eternal), so I used big brain mon Seismitoad to absorb stupid Egg Overboils. Doesn't beat Togetic-E, but does give Bulu a free switch into it. The rest of the team is pretty bog standard 3 fat mons + chingling + 2 wincons. Charmeleon is also a cool Fire-type absorber and my """""check""""" to Volcarona. Pumpkaboo looked really fun to use and nobody else has used it yet (at least the Omniboost variant) and with a boost it can actually cheese through Lairon with some chip.

Tapu Koko @ Light Clay
Ability: Electric Surge

Graveler-Eternal @ Stone Plate
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Scolipede @ Buginium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Poison Jab
- Megahorn
Koko dual screens hyper offense with some less popular Eternal Pokemon, pretty standard stuff. Scolipede with Buginium Z busts open standard Chingling while still messing around with Lairon and Togetic by virtue of coverage. Graveler is a semi-fast stealth rock setter, can suprise shit like Lando and Togetic with an Explosion to bring in Lucha or Scolipede safely. Sneasel fucks stall up. Trumbeak is a scarfer+defogger I guess, Skill Link is cool and it isn't as big of Lairon bait as Staravia is.

Have some more sample teams!

http://pokepast.es/58a7f240a4d95740
A pretty standard rain team, you will almost always lead Pelipper and go into the fast sweeper Mega Swampert or Greninja/Pikachu-E, who both function as either breakers/cleaners in the rain depending on the situation. The team deals with a number of prominent offensive/defensive threats well, but be wary of strong Grass Knot users and Scarf Kartana, both of which need to be scouted for.
(And whoops I forgot this but Grass Knot is also a good option for Pikachu in that first slot in case of an opposing rain team, Gastrodon, or Seismitoad.)

A balance team where Landorus-T, Togetic-E and Chingling-E form a defensive backbone for Shift Gear Z-move Magearna and offensive pivot Helioptile--a very underrated mon, with an amazing speed tier and coverage. You can alternately use Thunderbolt on Helioptile or Electrium-Z on Magearna if you have trouble breaking through opposing Toxapex or Togetic-E. Note without HP Ice you will be relying on Togetic-E to check Zygarde however. Mimikyu does what it does, functioning as a breaker, priority user, and emergency hit absorber as needed.

If you haven't tried the meta yet I highly encourage you to pick up a sample team and ask around on DragonHeaven or the discord, the format is a ton of fun :D

PRESENTING...

The tool made for saving time in coding, and as a matter of fact making submissions, Eternal Pokemon from now on.
This is similar to the Megas For All Tool

Just type in the details, scroll down (Hit Generate if you feel like doing that) and copy pasta the whole BB code from below!

Some instructions
  • Be sure to capitalise the first letter of the word in each input box
  • In the Pokemon input box, type in the base forme of the Eternal Pokemon you are creating (Equipped with datalist so you won't have to type in the full name anyway, just hit down Arrow and Tab and move on).
  • You'll see two boxes for type, (This understood but) the first is the primary and the second one is the secondary typing.
  • Old stats automatically load up. If the move does not check accuracy, leave the accuracy box empty.
  • Leave the boxes empty in which no input is applicable. For example if a Pokemon is monotyped, leave the secondary typing box empty.
  • Be sure to update the code if you have edited the Eternal forme afterwards. It's very easy, you'll have to edit in only two places. Pokedex.js and Eternal Calc Pokedex.js the stats/weight/typing from X to what you have changed it to and the ability if that's changed (Only in the regular pokedex.js)
  • In Targets: Specify if the move hits all foes, single or all Pokemon on the field. (Useful for possibly Doubles Eternal).
  • The post layout is the same as Exploudit's.
  • The only problem which I can currently find is that the Pokemon input box takes a bit of time for loading up like 1-2s when using for the first time, I'll try to fix that by removing the already done Eternal Pokemon soon.
Here's the source code (It's mostly basic since I'm not that good) you can join in to help with it's development. I've added comments in the code plus it's easily readable. Ludicrousity is with me so feel free to suggest features and report any issues to us, it can also be changing the colour scheme or ordering of any boxes or text in some boxes or anything if the current one can be made better.

Hope you like it :D!

Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix will have a BST of 504. Hippopotas will have a BST of 524. Snover will have a BST of 493. Have Fun :]

Name: Snover-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP: 102 (+42)
Atk: 51 (-11)
Def: 68 (+18)
SpA: 153 (+91)
SpD: 68 (+8)
Spe: 51 (+11)
BST: 493 (+159)
Signature Move: Snowy Seed |
|
| 90 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Snover releases a burst of seeds that only thrive in snowy conditions." | If Hail is up, the opponent gets afflicted with Leech Seed and has its ability replaced with Insomnia. | Z Move - 175 BP Bloom Doom
Design/Flavor: A cloud of snowflakes and seeds orbit Snover's body. A couple of icicles and branches can be seen leaving its body.
Competitive Analysis: Offensive Ice-types are always nice and while Snover is somewhat walled by Steel-types between Snowy Seed weather damage, substitute and Protect it can stall them out and be quite a pain. Nonetheless, its Speed does let it down.

Name: Hippopotas-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP: 92 (+24)
Atk: 72 (0)
Def: 112 (+34)
SpA: 72 (+34)
SpD: 72 (+30)
Spe: 104 (+72)
BST: 524 (+194)
Signature Move: Sand Strike |
|
| 45 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Hippopotas throws a blast of sand at foes, under samdy conditions, Hippopotas increases some of its power" | If Sandstorm is up, the user’s Attack and Special Defense raise one stage. | Z Move - 100 BP Tectonic Rage
Design/Flavor: A cloud of rocks and dust orbit Snover's body. A couple of monoliths can be seen leaving its body.
Competitive Analysis: A fat and fast Ground-type, trading some of Hippowdown’s bulk for added Speed.

I'm not making a submission yet, but I'd like to say something relevant for this metagame: We have Searing Screen, which only works in Sun and I think we should use this oportunity to create a Alolan Vulpix submission can help to increase this archetype potential

Pokemon: Vulpix-Eternal
New Type:

New Stat Distribution:
HP:
58 (+20)
Atk: 26 (-15)
Def: 50 (+10)
SpA: 100 (+50)
SpD: 134 (+69)
Spe: 136 (+71)
BST: 504
Signature Move: Vanish |
|
| 20 PP | --- Acc | Vulpix vanishes in the harsh sunlight, switching in an ally in a surprise maneuver. | The user switches out. The switch-in takes half damage on the turn this move is active. | Z-Effect: Fully heals switch-in
Flavor: This Vulpix is rumored to only be invisible in harsh sunlight- In fact its fur reflects the sunlight in such a way where it appears as a mirror, creating the illusion of invisibility. It uses this in order to flee from threats.
Competitive Analysis: Weepinbell has poor bulk, so why not create an offensive partner that can facilitate Weepinbell to switch in safely, which allows it to set Searing Screens more safely and also run fully offensive sets with less risk. Free this cheese offense!

Pokemon: Vulpix-Alola-Eternal
New Type:

New Stat Distribution:
HP:
58 (+20)
Atk: 26 (-15)
Def: 50 (+10)
SpA: 100 (+50)
SpD: 134 (+69)
Spe: 136 (+71)
BST: 504
Signature Move: Fade Out |
|
| 20 PP | --- Acc | Vulpix fades away into the storm, switching in an ally in a surprise maneuver. | The user switches out. The switch-in takes half damage on the turn this move is active. | Z-Effect: Fully heals switch-in
Flavor: In Alolan mythology, an Alolan Vulpix with the finest coat is rumored to exist. However, anyone that claims to have seen this pokemon has no evidence to back it up- any photographs taken just show heavy snow and nothing more.
Competitive Analysis: Normal Vulpix's counterpart. As much as I detest Aurora Veil we might as well buff the archetype to counteract Balance's dominance (imagine hearing that about a Pet Mod) and should serve as a potent asset for offense.

Pokemon: Snover-Eternal
New Type:

New Stat Distribution:
HP:
100 (+40)
Atk: 127 (+65)
Def: 73 (+23)
SpA: 27 (-35)
SpD: 75 (+15)
Spe: 91 (+51)
BST: 493
Signature Move: Snap Freeze |
|
| 75 BP | 15 PP | 100 Acc | The user punches the target with a fist of ice hard enough to shatter iron. | Deals super-effective damage against Steel-types. | Z-Effect: 140 BP Subzero Slammer
Flavor: Snover possesses longer arms, which are coated in ice. This Snover has been hunting Chingling-Eternal in an attempt to defeat it and keep its gifts to itself'
Competitive Analysis: You want to know what I hate? Lairon+Piloswine+Chingling balance. You want to know what this shreds? Lairon+Piloswine+Chingling balance (fuck chingling tbh). The auto-hail even breaks Lairon's Sturdy!

Pokemon: Hippopotas-Eternal
New Type:

New Stat Distribution:
HP:
109 (+41)
Atk: 57 (-15)
Def: 119 (+41)
SpA: 133 (+95)
SpD: 73 (+31)
Spe: 33 (+1)
BST: 524
Signature Move: Sandblast |
|
| 110 BP | 10 PP | 70 Acc | The user blasts the opponent with a deluge of sand, causing intense abrasion. | Has a 30% chance to phase the opponent. Has perfect accuracy in Sandstorm. | Z-Move: 180 BP Tectonic Rage
Flavor: Hippopotas' nostrils are much larger and resemble cannon barrels. This Hippopotas possesses extreme power when firing sand from its nostrils, oftentimes sending its targets flying back. Desert travelers should not provoke this beast.
Competitive Analysis: A more offensive slant to mono-ground defensive mainstay Piloswine-Eternal that trades great special bulk and very few weaknesses + a fire resistance for better physical bulk, Sand Stream, and a devastating STAB attack.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Vulpix-Eternal
New Type (optional): Fire
New Stat distribution: 38/67/80/100/99/120
Signature Move: Nova Ray | [Fire] | [special] |20 BP | 20 PP | 100 Acc | +20 if used in sun and +20 for each turn of sun left removes sun on use
Signature Move Flavor:
Design/Flavor (optional): tails become curled into its butt tails of fire stretching out turning completely blue
Competitive Analysis (optional): Holy cow just drop a 200 bp move first turn you come out with the sun stone I think and a 140 bp move without, so scarf with a 140 bp move as a revenge killer or just hit hard
Calcs?: 252+ SpA Vulpix Nova Ray vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey in Sun: 160-190 (22.4 - 26.6%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Vulpix Nova Ray vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey in Sun: 345-406 (48.3 - 56.8%) -- 40.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
(maybe did my math wrong?)

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Vulpix-Alola-Eternal
New Type (optional): Ice
New Stat distribution: 38/80/67/100/99/120
Signature Move: Rime Storm | [Ice] | [Special] 20 Bp | 20 PP | 100 Acc | hits once and twice if hail is up +1 to amount of hits for each turn of Hail left
Design/Flavor (optional): becomes sharper with the ends of its tails and hair being spiked by gets more fluff turns red(im basing my design off the the red ice in OOT)
Competitive Analysis (optional): See the above pokemon

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Hippopotas-Eternal
New Type (optional): Ground
New Stat distribution: 68/110/172/25/100/50
Signature Move: Imbroglio Sands | [Ground] | [Status] | 20 PP | - Acc | -6 priority forces the foe out dealing damage equal to the amount of sandstorm turns left. Deals no damage but switchs out the foe if no sand is up.
Design/Flavor (optional): it becomes more stone brick like more like a temple
Competitive Analysis (optional): This is a powerful phasing move dealing different amounts of damage for instance turn one if you had the rock which increases sand it would deal 50% of there max hp and force them out which is pretty powerful basicly a roar + super fang rolled into one but you cant spam it you switch in use it switch out pretty much unless you like spamming roar

Hello I’m new to pet mods so I’ll try this out.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Vulpix-Eternal
New Type: Fire/Fairy
New Stat Distribution: 38 HP/41 Atk/80 Def (+40) 120 SpA (+70) 105 SpD (+40) 120 Spe (+55) BST=504
Signature Move: Moonshine Laser [Fairy] [Special] [110 BP] [Acc: 80%] [Z-Power=175 BP Twinkle Tackle] This move has a 30% chance to lower the opposing Pokémon’s SpA by one stage. [The user harnesses the power of the moon through the daytime and fires a beam from its tail.]
Design/Flavor: The Vulpix that are not born in Alola have been known to be born with one white tail as it changes into a lovely red and sprouts into multiple tails. This Vulpix’s original tail always remained a snow-like white. It eventually sprouted into 7 similar white tails almost resembling a cauliflower to an extent. At first the frightened vixen thought it was cursed, but it soon realized that the tails channeled the power of the moon. This Vulpix controlled its power over both the sun and the moon to make it a true force to be reckoned with. With this sort of harmonious power, the Vulpix was granted eternal life.
Competitive Analysis:
Vulpix-Eternal has access to a very strong STAB combo of Fire/Fairy along with a reliable Fairy STAB with Moonshine Laser (which is basically a stronger Moonblast). This paired with the sun to boost its Fire typing with Drought grants it Fire Blasts that hit like a ton. It also has Drought as weather support for Sun teams along with being an anti weather setter against Rain. With this, Vulpix-Eternal is a strong Special Wallbreaker with near perfect coverage that has very limited defensive counterplay once it gets on the field. However, being weak to stealth rocks kinda sucks and it really comes down to picking your choice lock with Specs or Scarf.

Specs Wallbreaker
Vulpix-Eternal @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Moonshine Laser
- Energy Ball
- Extrasensory (Extrasensory is used to purposely lure Toxapex)

More Eternal mons submissions are coming on the way!

1535317799891.gif
Name of the Eternal Pokemon: Vulpix-Alola-Eternal
New Typing: Ice/Fire
New Stat Distribution: 38 HP/41 Atk/80 Def (+40 Def)/105 SpA (+55 SpA)/105 SpD (+40 SpD)/135 (+70 Spe) BST=504
Signature Move: Eruption Bomb [Fire] [Special] [100 BP] [Acc: 100%] [Z-Power: 180 BP Inferno Overdrive] If the opposing Pokémon switches out instead of doing any damage, this move has an 80% chance to burn the incoming Pokémon. [The user creates a burst of magma from beneath the opposing Pokémon and releases it with full force.]
Design/Flavor: Long ago atop the summit of Mount Lanakila, there was a Vulpix that felt isolated among the rest. It wanted to explore what’s beyond the freezing mountain. So it one day left its pack and began its journey. Eventually, it accidentally boarded a passing ship that was heading for the Kanto region. This Vulpix started to realize how out of its element it was. However, the Vulpix of the region showed kindness to this Vulpix, and taught it how to survive in the strange wilds of Kanto. This would soon cause the Vulpix to mutate to have a much more burgundy color on its backside. This Vulpix could now control the powers of both Ice and Fire and it used this gift to protect the Vulpix that it cares about.
Competitive Analysis: Unlike the hard-hitting Vulpix-Eternal, Vulpix-Eternal-Alola trades some power for speed and works as a Revenge Killer. This also allows you to put your opponent into some Eruption Bomb 50/50 mindgames. And much like Vulpix-Eternal, you are also an anti weather setter against Rain teams. But with an offensive typing like Ice/Fire, Stealth Rocks will tear you apart so hazard removal is mandatory. You are also susceptible to getting taken out by priority.

Name of Eternal Pokémon: Hippopotas-Eternal
New Typing: Ground/Steel
New Stat distribution: 108 HP (+40 HP)/112 (+40 Atk)/128 Def (+50 Def)/76 SpD (+34 SpD)/62 Spe (+30 Spe) BST=524
Signature Move: Drowsy Spin [Normal] [Physical] [60 BP] [Acc: 100%] [Z-Power: 130 BP Breakneck Blitz] This move removes all hazards on your side of the field while recovering your max HP by 50%. [The user aggressively spins straight at the opponent while momentarily falling asleep, removing any hazards while recovering their health.]
Design/Flavor: Deep in Maniac Tunnel, a Hippowdon was just enjoying an afternoon nap when it was caught by surprise that a cave in began. The rocky floor collapsed as the frightened Hippopotas fell to some soft sand. It woke up to the realization that it was in some sort of temple. Across to the far side of this ancient room, a suit of armor that was jade in color stood, unaffected by the laws of time. The Hippopotas galloped to this armor and found that it practically fit it. It then put it on only to find its form warp. Its body grew so that the plates were able to completely fit the hippo, its teeth sharpened and became fangs, and its body became a tougher gray color. Soon enough a spirit appeared through the walls. It was a Donphan and it shouted, “I have found a new warrior who has found this armor. Three thousand years ago, I used this armor to travel across Sinnoh to the Kalos region to battle in the war that the obsessive king AZ created. I was buried here in Maniac Tunnel when I was unfortunately destroyed by an Aegislash. This armor amplifies the power of those who wear it and unlocks new techniques from within them. Since you have found this armor young warrior, I shall guide you on how to use it. I am truly joyful that I could find an apprentice after a 3000 year wait.” The Hippopotas, while questioning everything that it was told, agreed to be the Donphan’s apprentice. With this jade armor, the Hippopotas is always ready to storm into battle as a protector of nature.
Competitive Analysis: Hippopotas-Eternal has everything that a Donphan could only dream of. A quad resist to Stealth Rock, immunity to Toxic Spikes with a Steel typing, and a move that removes these hazards while recovering HP makes Hippopotas-Eternal a tankier Excadrill with a decently powerful Earthquake with 112 Atk. You can pretty much remove hazards on your side and recover and then phase out opposing Pokémon with Whirlwind. Being an anti weather setter as well with Sand Stream gives Hippopotas-Eternal nice opportunities to get in. There are of course always drawbacks. That new Steel typing does mean that Fighting type moves can break through Hippoptas-Eternal and that 76 SpD leaves much to be desired. You really just need to hit Hippopotas-Eternal hard on the special side to take the fearsome beast out.

Edit: Fixed some typos while nerfing Moonshine Laser by decreasing its BP while also giving it 80% accuracy. I started to realize how ridiculous a 130 BP move with no drawbacks actually was.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Hippopotas-Eternal
New Type (optional): Ground / Grass
New Stat distribution: 76 / 134 / 75 / 50 / 77 / 112 | BST: 524
Signature Move: Swampland Shuffle: [Grass] [Physical] [100 BP] [100% Acc] [Max 12 pp] This move has a 40% chance of inflicting Leech Seed and lowering the opponent's defense.
Design/Flavor (optional): This Hippopotas slipped into a swamp and remained preserved for thousands of years. When it emerged, it became angry and aggressive, leaving behind it's more placid, defensive ways. If you see a sandstorm but not the source, be on your guard.
Competitive Analysis: Strong physical sweeper with a bulky side as well. Setting sandstorm is helpful to instantly boost it's SpD. Swampland Shuffle is a great spammable move to possibly leech health from the opponent and lower their defense.
