I was making my team to battle with..and it said Froslass can't learn Pain Split..o.O; Was it taken out for some reason or is this glitch..?

Oh and I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.. ._.;

You probably chose standard metagame or a server other than smogon when you clicked new team. Smogon server already has HG/SS moves so you should try building a team there.

It sounds like you picked "Standard Metagame" for what your team should be for. Select "Smogon University", Froslass should learn Pain Split now.
