I'm pretty sure this move is illegal. You used Shell Smash and Tailwind, and while they are respectively Normal and Flying, the Normal-Type move comes from Minior while the Flying comes from Castform. This isn't very clear in the OP, but the move has to be the same type as the parent giving the move. So you can only give Astrolith a Fusion move that uses a normal-type move that comes from castform and then either a Rock or a Flying move that comes from Minior

I'm pretty sure this move is illegal. You used Shell Smash and Tailwind, and while they are respectively Normal and Flying, the Normal-Type move comes from Minior while the Flying comes from Castform. This isn't very clear in the OP, but the move has to be the same type as the parent giving the move. So you can only give Astrolith a Fusion move that uses a normal-type move that comes from castform and then either a Rock or a Flying move that comes from Minior
But the OP only specifies this:
  • Each move must match at least one type of the original parents. So if you fuse Flamethrower with Hydro Pump, one of the parents has to be Fire and one has to be Water.
I think it's legal.

Also a better use of the formerly too situational Venom Drench.
