Voting has been open for almost a week, so here are the winners

Derived Fusion: Dragon
Prevolution Components: Skrelp / Deino
Prevolution Name: Krelpo
Typing: Dark / Poison
Base Stats: 60 | 75 | 60 | 60 | 60 | 44 (+4 HP +8 Atk +3 SpA +5 Spe) 359 BST
Ability: Toxic Barrage (Poison Point + Hustle) - Attack is boosted by 50%. Accuracy is lowered by 20%. Attacks never miss poisoned foes.
Role Description: Great defensive typing with powerful STABs coming off of a Toxic Barrage boosted 75 Attack stat.
Dex Entries:

Krelpo - Clumsily hunting on land and sea, Krelpo spend almost 90% of the time eating in order to harness enough energy to evolve. It obtains its toxins from its diet, as it cannot produce its own.

Dragon - Dragon uses its own energy to hover above the ground and water. As such, it has a massive appetite and eats none stop to refill its energy reserves.

Derived Fusion: Cofagreelix
Prevolution Components: Yamask / Onix
Prevolution Name: Yamonix
Typing: Rock / Ghost
Base Stats: 45 | 42 | 130 | 60 | 60 | 55 (+4 HP +3 Def +13 SpA) 392 BST
Ability: Mummy Fortitude (Mummy+ Sturdy) same as derived fusion - This Pokemon changes the ability of any attacker that makes contact to Mummy. If attacked by an enemy with the Mummy ability, this Pokemon can endure a hit at one hit point if that hit would faint it.
Role Description: A decent utility mon. It can be rather passive however, as its highest attacking stat rests at a laughable 60. It still can be a pain to face however.
Dex Entries:

Yamonix - It burrows deep underground in search of ancient burial grounds, where it hopes it can find the grave of itself in a past life.

Cofagreelix - Cofagreelix is known far and wide as the guardian of ancient tombs, and will encase tomb raiders in a metallic prison in which it inflicts all manner of curses.

Mega Cofagreelix - Mega Cofagreelix become much more hostile upon Mega evolution, going as far as to actively chase any living thing that comes within meters of an ancient tomb.

Derived Fusion: Joltlord, Umbord, Espeord, Glacord
Prevolution Components: Eevee / Wailmer
Prevolution Name: Wailee
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 100 / 67 / 54 / 72 / 55 / 62 | BST: 410 (+3 HP, +7 Def, +10 SpA)
New Ability and desc: Adaptive Bias (Adaptability + Oblivious) – Increases STAB from 1.5x to 2x and ignores the STAB from opposing Pokemons’ moves.
Role Identification: Has pretty good bulk with a lot of hitpoints, and it has good offensive capabilities too. Its ability functions both offensively and defensively, making Wailee a good balanced Pokemon.
Dex Entries:
Wailee
: Wailee has a playful and innocent personality, and it loves playing in water and with people. It has an unstable genetic makeup that is easily influenced by its surroundings.
Joltlord: Besides being very large, Joltlord also has the capacity to produce powerful electric shocks using a special organ in its lungs.
Umbord: Even though it is large, Umbord can hide in the darkness right in front of people. The only time an unwary person might see it is when its body blocks out the moon.
Espeord: It hovers about using psychic levitation because it is easier than physically trying to move its large body around. Make sure to stay away from its rear end, as it might not notice you and could swing its tail or bowl over you!
Glacord: It freezes water in its immediate surroundings and slides around on it. Researchers sometimes get crushed if they slip on the ice next to Glacord.

Derived Fusion: Vespicor
Prevolution Components: Combee / Gligar
Prevolution Name: Gligbee
Typing: Bug / Ground
Base Stats: 62 / 57 / 78 / 37 / 68 / 82 (+10 HP, +10 SpD)
Ability: Honey Sterilize (Honey Gather + Immunity) - If this Pokemon is poisoned, at the end of the turn, changes opponent's item into Honey. This Pokemon doesn't take poison damage.
Role Identification: Can be used as either a tank with Eviolite or utility with Toxic Orb, shutting down other Eviolite users passively. Stealth Rock, Taunt, Roost and Defog make it most fitting for a defensive set.
Dex Entries:
Gligbee: If Gligbee gets poisoned by other Pokémon while looking for flowers, it produces honey with antidotes for Vespicor so it doesn't also get poisoned.
Vespicor: When it's windy, it releases various pheromones that glue to sand. If a faint breeze with a speck of sand and pheromones touches other Pokémon, they immediately feel weakened.

Derived Fusion: Zorcanine
Prevolution Components: Zorua / Growlithe
Prevolution Name: Zorgrowl
New Type: Dark / Fire
Base Stats: 55 / 74 / 48 / 83 / 55 / 73 (+3 HP, +2 Atk, +1 Def, +3 SpA, +5 SpD, +5 Spe) | 388 BST
New Ability and desc: Mental Fear (same as derived fusion) - Always appear as full health to the opponent.
Role Identification: A strange sort of mixed attacker, like an improved Houndour but without the Fire immunity. It's kinda tough to revenge KO without knowing its exact HP value. Recommended EV investment: 4 Atk, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
Dex Entries:
Zorgrowl: Regardless how much it gets wounded, it deceives others into thinking that it is perfectly healthy. It returns friendliness and hostility alike, but otherwise it keeps to itself.
Zorcanine: A formidable opponent that never shows signs of weariness until it falls unconscious. Deceitful as it is, it has a side of majesty to it.

Derived Fusion: Mamodrill
Prevolution Components: Swinub / Drilbur
Prevolution Name: Drilnub
Typing: Ground / Ice
Base Stats: 60 | 82 | 45 | 35 | 42 | 74 (+10 Atk +10 Spe) 338 BST
Ability: Snow Force (Snow Cloak+Sand Force) same as derived fusion -Strengthens Ice-type moves to 1.33× their power during hail.
Role Identification: An Ice wallbreaker. Its quite hardhitting under hail, as its Icicle Spear outdamages its Earthquake at hit 3.
Dex Entries:

Drilnub - It burrows underneath snow and soil in search of its favourite meal, mushrooms. It can dig up around 100 lbs of dirt while searching.

Mamodrill - Mamodrill are solitary creatures that live in caves at the base of snowy mountains. Mamodrill digs out the cave out of the solid stone itself using its twin drill tusks.

Derived Fusion: Heliodra
Prevolution Components: Helioptile / Goomy
Prevolution Name: Gooptile
New Type: Electric / Dragon
Base Stats: 54 / 49 / 43 / 71 / 64 / 63 (+5 HP, +4 Def, +8 SpA, +3 Spe) | 344 BST
New Ability and desc: Goop Skin (Dry Skin + Gooey) - Dry Skin effects, except being affected by a Water-type move, instead of restoring 25% HP, lowers the offender's Speed by 1 stage.
Role Identification: Similar to standard Helioptile but with arguably better typing and a nasty side effect to its Water immunity.
Dex Entries:
Gooptile: Its skin is coated with a thin film of goop that counteracts water pressure. It generates electricity in desperate situations, whether from predators or from too much sun.
Heliodra: A friendly desert dweller with scales of solidified goop. The scales have a therapeutic effect when exposed to high quantities of sand, making them coveted by desert explorers.

Derived Fusion: Joltry
Prevolution Components: Seedot / Eevee
Prevolution Name: Seedee
Typing: Grass / Normal
Base Stats: 55 | 55 | 55 | 50 | 55 | 50 (+3 HP +3 Atk +3 Def +8 SpA +3 SpD +3 Spe) 320 BST
Ability: Sleepy Switch (Early Bird+Run Away) - When this Pokemon switches out, puts the opponent to sleep.
Role Identification: Utility wise, Seedee doesn't have much. Its ability to put things to sleep every time it switches can prove useful, but its rather mediocre otherwise.
Dex Entries:

Seedee - Seedee lives in massive hoardes within the treetops. If facing an opponent, it spreads a powder that knocks out the enemy as it escapes.

Joltry - Joltry dances at lightning speed throughout the tree canopy, harnessing electricity to paralyze prey.

Derived Fusion: Railie
Prevolution Components: Snorunt / Pichu
Prevolution Name: Snochu
Typing: Ice / Electric
Base Stats: 44 | 57 | 37 | 55 | 47 | 61 (+4 HP +7 Atk +8 SpA +1 Spe) 301 BST
Ability: Static Storm (Static+Ice Body) same as derived fusion- 30% chance to paralyze opponent each tun if hail is active
Role Identification: It has great coverage between its dual STAB, but with its middling stats, Snochu is better off sleeping in the hail.
Dex Entries:

Snochu - Snochu has no semblance of control over its electrical powers. It practices harnessing it in the most terrible of blizzards where it cannot harm anything else

Railie - Using its tail as a lightning rod, Railie draws all of the electricity of hailstorm clouds and blast it at its opponent, usually electrocuting them

Mega Railie - Mega Evolution has driven Railie mad with power. It sends thousands of bolts through its victims bodies, before freezing them solid.

Derived Fusion: Charatos
Prevolution Components: Charmander / Magikarp
Prevolution Name: Charkarp
Typing: Fire / Water
Base Stats: 45 | 39 | 59 | 40 | 40 | 80 (+6 HP +3 Atk +8 Def +3 SpA +3 Spe) 303 BST
Ability: Rain of Fire (Blaze+Swift Swim) - Its speed and power of its Fire type moves are doubled in the rain. Ignores rain debuff of Fire typed moves.
Role Identification: A Z-Celebrate set is actually a plausible rain sweeper, provided that enemy Water types are eliminated and the opposing team is weakened, as its Fire Blasts hit very hard in the rain.
Dex Entries:

Charkarp - Usually swimming calmy below the sea surface, when storms whip up it send schools of them into a frenzy. They torpedo through the water and blaze through the stormy sky

Charatos - They seek out chinks in their opponent's defenses, then exploit them by engulfing there in intense flames

Mega Charatos G - Mega Charatos G becomes so enraged at its overwhelming power it decimates entire cities with its jaws and fiery breath

Mega Charatos X - Embracing the inner dragon within, Mega Charatos X uses its newfound strength and vigor to rip the opposition to shreds

Mega Charatos Y - Mega Charatos Y summons sunlight so hash it can melt metal - and that's before it uses Fire Blast!

Voting Origin0 for the tiebreaker.

Azumish
Derived Fusion: Azumaloom
Combined Pokémon: Azurill + Shroomish

Mushroom Mice! :D
New Typing:

Ability: Healing Fat Thick Fat + Poison Heal - If burned or frozen, restores HP and ignores these statuses' effects.
Stats: 65 HP +15 / 35 Atk +5 / 60 Def +10 / 35 SpA +5 / 60 SpD +10 / 32 Spe +5
Notable Moves:
: Facade, Knock Off, Body Slam, Drain Punch, Seed Bomb, Waterfall
: Scald, Venoshock, Giga Drain, Hyper Voice
: Z-Splash, Soak, Spore, Leech Seed, Toxic, Growth, Synthesis
Role Identification: Despite Magikarp Syndrome, Azumish can actually fulfill a wide variety of roles with Flame Orb. You can run Defensive, run Offensive with Facade and/or Soak. And you even have access to the coveted Z-Splash...
Pokédex Entries:
Azumish:
Bodies of water in the depths of forests are their preferred habitat. They'll playfully splash in the forest's shade, regardless of weather.
Azumaloom: Its body patterns and spores are used to confound the opponent. Then, it strikes with punches that rival pro boxers.

Arosaur
Derived Fusion: Aggrosaur
Combined Pokémon: Aron + Bulbasaur

Ever wanted to see an armored plant amphibian thingy?
New Typing:

Ability: Rocky Growth Rock Head + Overgrow - Negates recoil from its own attacks. Attacks that would otherwise inflict recoil deal *1.5 damage when this Pokémon is under 33% of its Max HP.
Stats: 52 HP +5 / 64 Atk +5 / 89 Def +15 / 57 SpA +5 / 67 SpD +15 / 42 Spe +5
Notable Moves:
: Double-Edge, Head Smash, Seed Bomb, Knock Off, Iron Head, Shadow Claw
: Giga Drain, Earth Power, Water Pulse, Sludge Bomb
: Synthesis, Grassy Terrain, Swords Dance, Curse, Leech Seed, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: 52/89/67 bulk is NOTHING to sneeze at. It is already good defensively due to this, but where it really shines is a Curse or SD set. Set up, then wreak havoc.
Pokédex Entries:
Arosaur:
It eats iron ore, which supports growth for both Arosaur and the bulb on its back. This bulb is coated in metal.
Aggrosaur: Aggrosaur patrols its territory from the outside, to both absorb sunlight and prevent harm to the mountain.
Mega Aggrosaur V: The flora on its back has completely spread throughout Aggrosaur's body. Aggrosaur itself doesn't seem to mind, though, and can absorb more sunlight in this form.
Mega Aggrosaur A: Impurities in Aggrosaur's body have been filtered out. As a result of Mega Evolution, it seems to be even more territorial than ever.

I concede to Origin0 for the tiebreaker. Thus, I shall present the winner formally.

Derived Fusion: Chesdon
Prevolution Components: Chespin / Hippopotas
Prevolution Name: Hippopopin
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 70 / 78 / 80 / 48 / 54 / 40 | BST: 370 (+3 HP, +7 Atk, +4 Def, +6 SpD)
New Ability and desc: Cactus Power (same as derived fusion) – Summons Sandstorm upon switching in. Grass-type moves have their power increased 20%.
Role Identification: Great physical bulk and attack but slow. A good sand setter, it also has access to support moves in Slack Off, Whirlwind, Stealth Rock, and Spiky Shield, along with offensive set up in Swords Dance or Belly Drum.
Dex Entries:
Hippopopin
: Hippopopin has very tough skin that expels sand when it is attacked or agitated. It fires its quills which are strong enough to pierce rock and dent steel.
Chesdon: Chesdon’s body is covered with armor that is tougher than even thick steel. In battle, it expels huge amounts of sand with enough force to blow away 50-ton tanks.

By the way, I hereby declare that Mega Evolution Dex Entries are optional, at least for the time being. This is because, in the main series, Mega Evolutions didn't have their own separate Dex Entries until gen 7, and that only applies to Mega Evolutions in the Alola Pokédex (which notably excludes Charizard and Blastoise). (I personally believe that going with all or nothing is a better idea than being selective in this regard.)

=====================================================================

Anyway, on to my submissions for this slate.

Derived Fusion: Joltry
Prevolution Components: Eevee / Seedot
Prevolution Name: Veedot
New Type: Normal / Grass
Base Stats: 55 / 55 / 55 / 45 / 55 / 55 (+3 HP, +3 Atk, +3 SpA, +3 SpD, +8 Spe) | 320 BST
New Ability and desc: Chlorodapt (Adaptability + Chlorophyll) - STAB modifier is 2 instead of 1.5. Under sun, STAB modifier is 3.
Role Identification: Hits hard under sun despite not having any viable Fire-type attacks. Only has Z-Celebrate (and Z-Sunny Day) to boost its Speed. Also a bit lacking in physical coverage with dual STABs and Bite to its name.
Dex Entries:
Veedot: It is strangely made of animal cells and plant cells. The animal cells are prone to changes in genetic structure.
Joltry: It summons winds that carry foliage and voltage alike. It travels at light speed when electricity is afoot.

Derived Fusion: Azumaloom
Prevolution Components: Azurill / Shroomish
Prevolution Name: Shrilloom
New Type: Normal / Grass
Base Stats: 65 / 40 / 56 / 40 / 56 / 35 (+5 HP, +5 Atk, +1 Def, +5 SpA, +1 SpD, +3 Spe) | 292 BST
New Ability and desc: Healing Fat (same as derived fusion) - HP is restored by 1/8th every turn when burned or frozen. Prevents the attack drop from Burn status and the immobilization by Frozen status.
Role Identification: Gets decent residual recovery with Flame Orb and Leech Seed, combined with empowered Facades and Knock Off for great coverage. Shame about its stats, though.
Dex Entries:
Shrilloom: Its tail is made of a rubbery material that scatters spores when used as a bouncing ball or a weapon.
Azumaloom: Its long ears are highly perceptive to its surroundings. When threatened, it releases spores from its head and throws punches at whatever is nearby.

Derived Fusion: Tyranichomp
Prevolution Components: Larvitar / Gible
Prevolution Name: Larvible
New Type: Rock / Ground
Base Stats: 65 / 73 / 55 / 47 / 55 / 53 (+6 HP, +1 Atk, +3 Def, +3 SpD, +7 Spe) | 348 BST
New Ability and desc: Sand Muscles (Guts + Sand Veil) - If sand is active, then the user's physical attacks deal 1.5* damage. The user's physical attacks are unhindered by burn.
Role Identification: Sand wallbreaker with EdgeQuake STAB and Crunch for coverage. Can boost its Speed through Dragon Dance or Rock Polish, or just go Scarf.
Dex Entries:
Larvible: It is frequently seen digging towards the center of the earth with its mouth. Its diet consists primarily of dirt and sand; while it enjoys the former more, the latter is better for its body.
Tyranichomp: This fusion is a daunting combination of ferocity and mobility. It can conjure sand and use it to stealthily scoop up masses of prey.

Derived Fusion: Railie
Prevolution Components: Pichu / Snorunt
Prevolution Name: Pint
New Type: Electric / Ice
Base Stats: 47 / 50 / 37 / 55 / 47 / 65 (+7 HP, +8 SpA, +5 Spe) | 302 BST
New Ability and desc: Static Storm (same as derived fusion) - 30% chance to paralyze the opponent each turn if Hail is active.
Role Identification: BoltBeam dual STAB? Cool. Stat line? Not so impressive. Ability? Well, it has good synergy with Snover if nothing else.
Dex Entries:
Pint: Its body contains electricity and cold that it has difficulty controlling, more so when it is emotionally affected, but less so in cold environments.
Railie: It immobilizes prey using a twofold assault of an electric shock and freezing breath, and ruthlessly eats the prey whole.

Derived Fusion: Charatos
Prevolution Components: Charmander / Magikarp
Prevolution Name: Charmingkarp
New Type: Fire / Water
Base Stats: 34 / 43 / 55 / 43 / 45 / 83 (+7 Atk, +1 Def, +1 SpA, +5 SpD, +6 Spe) | 305 BST
New Ability and desc: Nightlight (Blaze + Rattled) - Once per switch-in, the user gains a Flash Fire boost when hit with a Bug-, Ghost-, or Dark-type attack.
Role Identification: Lacks Water STAB not named Hidden Power, but it can absorb U-turn or Knock Off to become a moderately bruising force with its Fire STAB. Its best bet is Z-Splash with physical coverage (such as Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, and Thunder Punch).
Dex Entries:
Charmingkarp: Its vitality is indicated by its temperature and how much it flops around. It may look like prey, but it releases heat when threatened.
Charatos: It is renowned for its daunting presence and the destruction it causes with many a flood and flare.

Derived Fusion: Aggrosaur
Prevolution Components: Aron / Bulbasaur
Prevolution Name: Bulbaron
New Type: Steel / Grass
Base Stats: 55 / 67 / 80 / 61 / 65 / 43 (+3 HP, +3 Atk, +1 Def, +4 SpA, +8 SpD, +1 Spe) | 371 BST
New Ability and desc: Rocky Growth (same as derived fusion) - This Pokémon takes no recoil damage. When the user is below 1/3 HP, moves that cause recoil damage are boosted by a factor of 1.5.
Role Identification: Bulky attacker that can be considered a more offensive Ferroseed. Shame about the lack of STAB recoil moves, but recoilless Head Smash or Double-Edge with pseudo-STAB at low HP seems mighty appealing.
Dex Entries:
Bulbaron: It thrives in mountainous areas, where it feasts upon mountain fragments and takes naps under the sun. It has a sturdy body with lively internal organs.
Aggrosaur: Its head is a battering ram for digging through mountains, while its back takes in sunlight and can release a soothing aroma. Depending on its mood, it can make peace or wreck face.

Derived Fusion: Blastinja
Prevolution Components: Squirtle / Froakie
Prevolution Name: Squirtroak
New Type: Water
Base Stats: 54 / 63 / 65 / 73 / 65 / 73 (+2 HP, +1 Atk, +3 Def, +7 SpA, +1 SpD, +6 Spe) | 393 BST
New Ability and desc: Torrent (same as derived fusion) - Extra +5 to all base stats.
Role Identification: Special attacker with decent bulk and respectable coverage. Also has Toxic Spikes and Rapid Spin for utility.
Dex Entries:
Squirtroak: The inside of its shell is guarded by mousse-like bubbles that serve as an extra defense mechanism. It also swims fast and spews high-pressure water, making it a jack of all trades in combat.
Blastinja: Has a slick but durable shell containing pressurized water jets that serve two main purposes: moving around at high speeds, and quickly firing sharp star-shaped rounds.

Derived Fusion: Magmozam
Prevolution Components: Magby / Abra
Prevolution Name: Magbyra
New Type: Fire / Psychic
Base Stats: 46 / 54 / 35 / 93 / 65 / 93 (+6 HP, +2 Atk, +4 Def, +1 SpA, +5 SpD, +2 Spe) | 386 BST
New Ability and desc: Inner Body (same as derived fusion) - Flame Body and Inner Focus combined.
Role Identification: Fast special attacker that's dangerous to use Fake Out on.
Dex Entries:
Magbyra: It sleeps 18 hours a day and exhales flames of 1,100 degrees F when it wakes. If threatened, it teleports to the highest-temperature area one mile away.
Magmozam: Its body temperature in degrees Fahrenheit is equal to how many brain cells it has. Thus, the size of its head can be used to predict the temperature of the fireballs that it shoots from its arms. Knowing is half the battle, though...

Bumping to say that I just finished submitting the full set for this slate. Anyone else wish to contribute?
I'm willing to do it, tho I'll only be able to post it later (Say, about 4 hours or so)

Derived Fusion: Joltry
Prevolution Components: Seedot / Eevee
Prevolution Name: Etee
Typing: Grass / Normal
Base Stats: 55 / 55 / 55 / 45 / 55 / 55 (+3 HP, +3 Atk, +3 SpA, +3 SpD, +8 Spe)
Ability: Sunflower (Chrolophyll + Adaptability) - This pokémon's Speed stat is doubled; tripled under Sun.
Role Identification: Fast. That's about it, tho.
Dex Entries:

Etee: It is able to mutate among various types of different seeds. This allows it to make a lot of different tree sprouts when it spits seeds around.

Joltry: Among the seeds Etee mutated into, one of them was the Electric Seed, which had a strange reaction upon it consumed one. Joltry is the result of said reaction, a fusion which leaves are able to produce electricity. It is said to have incredible speed, specially nearing the Tapu Ruins.

Derived Fusion: Azumaloom
Prevolution Components: Azurill / Shroomish
Prevolution Name: Shoorazu
Typing: Normal / Grass
Base Stats: 60 / 35 / 65 / 35 / 65 / 32 (+10 Def | +10 SpD)
Ability: Healing Fat (same as derived fusion) - HP is restored by 1/8th every turn when burned or frozen. Prevents the attack drop from Burn status and the immobilization by Frozen status.
Role Identification: Can get a fine ammount of recovery through it's ability and Leech Seed. Can trap foes with Whirlpool, and Knock Off the item, but that's about it.
Dex Entries:

Shoorazu: This Pokémon is famous among farmers due to their abilities to scatter seeds, spores and sometimes even water in the plantation by just hopping around.

Azumaloom: It has one of the best hearings among all of the currently discovered Pokémon. When it feels threatened by a trouble in the distance, it hops away, leaving puddles and sprouts by where it passes by.

Derived Fusion: Tyranichomp
Prevolution Components: Larvitar / Gible
Prevolution Name: Tariblava
Typing: Ground / Dragon
Base Stats: 65 / 80 / 60 / 53 / 60 / 60 (+1 HP, +3 Atk, +3 Def, +1 SpA, +3 SpD, +9 Spe)
Ability: Sand Veil
Role Identification: It's got pretty decent stats for an LC. Give it a Scarf and be ready to go.
Dex Entries:

Tariblava: The parents of this species digs deep under the ocean shore to deposit it's eggs. Baby Tariblava are born already knowing how to swim, as well as how to make tunnels. Once they know how to climb, they move to live with the rest of the group of usually 6 to 7 Tyranichomps.

Tyranichomp: A species that loves to live by mountains who are close to the sea. They spend most of their lifetime atop the mountain, and the females climb it down when they have to hatch their eggs and take care of the kids while they can't climb and train them for combat, while the males stay at the top of the mountain to make sure their territory doesn't get invaded by other wild Pokémon.

Derived Fusion: Railie
Prevolution Components: Snorunt / Pichu
Prevolution Name: Runchoo
Typing: Ice / Electric
Base Stats: 40 / 60 / 37 / 47 / 47 / 70 (+10 Atk | +10 Spe)
Ability: Fear Jolts (Moody + Static) - 30% chance to paralyze the foe at the end of each turn.
Role Identification: This certanly has more Atk than I'd expect. It's a decently fast mon, which speed is only redeeming quality. It's a Pichu fusion, afterall.
Dex Entries:

Runchoo: It is afraid of almost everything. As a result, it constantly is releasing shock waves due to fear out of it's pointy head.

Railie: It deliver stong charges of electricity out of it's pointy ears. Although it now pretends to not be afraid of anything, the species seem to have a fear of Hail, releasing the same shock waves as Runchoo whenevr one begins to fall down..

Derived Fusion: Charados
Prevolution Components: Charmander / Magikarp
Prevolution Name: Magimande
Typing: Fire / Water
Base Stats: 34 / 36 / 54 / 52 / 40 / 87 (+10 SpA | +10 Spe)
Ability: Boiling Water (Blaze + Swift Swim) - Under 33% HP, Sun or Rain, the user's Speed and the power of it's Fire-Type moves are doubled. Thesestack.
Role Identification: Put it under sun for it's only chance of ever doing something. It will outspeed a large portion if the LC FE meta, but may miss some kills due to poor 52 Sp. Atk. It's also pretty one-sided, unfortunatly.
Dex Entries:

Magimande: This odd fusion has a salamander-like body and usually lives near water. It also likes to swim in lava, but due to it's habit of splashing everywhere, many trainers decide to keep it away from lava.

Charatos: It swims by using it's wings, in a similar vein to that of a Mantine. It is unknown how the species is able to keep it's fire on even underwater. Sightseers clain to have seen some living inside volcanos.

Derived Fusion: Aggrosaur
Prevolution Components: Aron / Bulbasaur
Prevolution Name: Basauron
Typing: Steel / Grass
Base Stats: 60 / 70 / 80 / 59 / 60 / 42 (+8 HP | +6 Atk | +1 Def | +2 SpA | +3 SpD)
Ability: Rocky Growth (same as derived fusion) - This Pokémon takes no recoil damage. When the user is below 1/3 HP, moves that cause recoil damage are boosted by a factor of 1.5.
Role Identification: Takes hits well enough, and it ain't a sitting duck with 70 base attack. It can use Head Smash freely as coverage as well. Overall can be either a tanky attacker or a physical wall.
Dex Entries:

Basauron: Each of it's leaves have their midrib, base and petiole made out of metal. It's skin has metal plates scattered all around it as well.

Aggrosaur: It's flower is a perfect combination of a plant and metallic materials. It absorbs energy from the sun, as most plants would, and stores the heat in it's metal plates so that it can survive during colder nights.

Derived Fusion: Blastinja
Prevolution Components: Squirtle / Froakie
Prevolution Name: Squirkie
Typing: Water
Base Stats: 55 / 62 / 65 / 75 / 65 / 71 (+3 HP | +3 Def | +9 SpA | +1 SpD | +4 Spe)
Ability: Torrent
Role Identification: Decently fast and not that frail for an LC.
Dex Entries:

Squirkie: Whenever it's shell is damaged, it uses a bubble-like substance to cover the damaged area until it is fixed. Squirkies are the choice of many trainers due to it's joyful personality.

Blastinja: From it's cannons, it shoots explosive bubbles at the oponent. It is know for tucking inside it's shell whenever in some more serious danger, and it is able to stay tucked in for a long period of time, being able to catch preys with it's longue tongue without the need of coming out of it's shell.

Derived Fusion: Magmozam
Prevolution Components: Magby / Abra
Prevolution Name: Mygara
Typing: Fire / Psychic
Base Stats: 40 / 52 / 31 / 102 / 60 / 101 (+10 SpA | +10 Spe)
Ability: Magical Flame (Flame Body + Abra) - This Pokémon ignores passive damage. If it was to recieve passive damage of any way, it instead burns a random foe.
Role Identification: Perhaps one of the best LC FE yet, with a pretty good Glass Cannon role and being immune to SRs. It's hella frail, tho, so be carreful.
Dex Entries:

Mygara: When threatened by minor damage, Mygara instead spits bursts of flames around to avoid it. This pokémon is also able to sleep for a long time, setting up a big flame above it's head before going to sleep, and slowly consuming the fire's energy for as long as it sleeps. If someone tries to put out the flame before Mygara wakes up, it teleports away while sleeping.

Magmozam: It uses psychic powers to regulate the heat around it and concentrate it against the opponent. It shoots spoons out of it's blaster arms against it's foes. If a food is made with one of Magmozam's spoons, it will be incredibly spicy.

Just asking to be sure: The Pre-Evos also should have sprites for the FE Art Thread, right? Because if that's the case, I can already begin right away to make some of them.

Also my subs are finished

As in Fusion Moves, the self-vote limit has been bumped up to 3.

Eevee / Seedot: G-Luke
Azurill / Shroomish: AquaticPanic
Larvitar / Gible: AquaticPanic
Pichu / Snorunt: G-Luke

Squirtle / Froakie: AquaticPanic
Magby / Abra: AquaticPanic (base SpA should be 102, though)

It's been over a week since the last vote, so I'll just close voting here.

Squirtle / Froakie is a tiebreaker between me and AquaticPanic. (I won't break it myself this time; it'd be unfair to sneak in a vote for myself.)

=====================================================================

Now for the next slate. This time, I will reduce the slate size to 6, to facilitate contribution. (However, the self-vote limit will stay as is.)

Glakiss ==> Snorunt / Togepi

Sharpedos ==> Carvanha / Magikarp

Vapornine ==> Eevee / Growlithe

Pidgemie ==> Pidgey / Staryu

Porylure ==> Porygon / Litwick

Starchamp ==> Staryu / Machop

Derived Fusion: Sharpedos
Prevolution Components: Carvanha / Magikarp
Prevolution Name: Carvakarp
Typing: Water
Base Stats: 40 | 65 | 42 | 50 | 20 | 79 (+3 HP +10 Atk +5 SpA +2 Spe) 296 BST
Ability: Rough Swim (Rough Skin+Swiftswim) - When a Pokemon makes contact with it, it harshly lowers the foe's Speed and sharply raises its own.
Role Identification: Carvakarp, like most Magikarp fusions, finds its niche in Z-Splash wallbreaker. The real kick to Carvakarp's power is if it tanks a contact move and has its speed effectively doubled, while crippling the attacker if it faints from the attack.
Dex Entries:

Carvakarp - Carvakarp attacks foes in schools a hundred strong for a swift and ferocious takedown. If cornered alone, however, it cowardly splashes about.

Sharpedos - They torpedo through the open ocean in pairs, using their jaws strong enough to capsize ships to rip apart prey.

Mega Sharpedos G - Their imposing presence is enough to scare most foes into shock, making it rarely need to utilize its immense power in battle.

Mega Sharpedos S - Their jaws require constant snapping, as they are so massive, if one were pause for too long, their jaws would cease to close.

Derived Fusion: Starchamp
Prevolution Components: Staryu / Machop
Prevolution Name: Starchop
Typing: Water / Fighting
Base Stats: 55 | 72 | 52 | 60 | 47 | 65 (+5 HP +10 Atk +8 SpA +2 SpD +5 Spe) 351 BST
Ability: Natural Guard (Natural Cure+No Guard) same as derived fusion -This Pokemon's attacks cannot miss unless inflicted with a major status condition. Cures status conditions upon switching out.
Role Identification: Starchop is a fantastic utility mon, with a great defensive typing. Access to moves like Knock Off, Scald, Rapid Spin and Thunder Wave allow it to serve as a great utility user. Reliable recovery seals the deal to make Starchop a formidable theat.
Dex Entries:

Starchop - It is often seen practicing its martial arts on the coast. A great hand on beaches, Starchop will use its great strength to carry equipment for people.

Starchamp - Dubbed the kingpin of the beach, Starchamp sections off a part of the beach to its self and hosts weight lifting contests.

Pronounced Pi-gee-yuu

Derived Fusion: Pidgemie
Prevolution Components: Pidgey / Staryu
Prevolution Name: Pidgeyu
Typing: Water / Normal
Base Stats: 40 | 45 | 50 | 60 | 49 | 80 (+5 HP +3 Def +8 SpA +4 SpD +10 Spe) 324 BST
Ability: Natural Eye (Natural Cure+Keen Eye) same as derived fusion - Avoids status moves if they are not 100% accurate.
Role Identification: The most notable thing about Pidgeyu is that it is an offensive spinner that is abit outclassed by its parent.
Dex Entries:

Pidgeyu - Pidgeyu is a seafaring bird pokemon. Unlike most, it cannot actually fly, but instead it spins at high speeds across the sea surface

Pidgemie - A very rare Pokemon, Pidgemie usually dwells in caves in cliffs at the coast. It is said that its jewel allows it to detect weather patterns.

Mega Pidgemie - Mega Evolution gave this Pokemon immense power. It can now never miss its target, as it fires a multitude of water blasts without fail

Derived Fusion: Porylure
Prevolution Components: Poygon / Litwick
Prevolution Name: Porywick
Typing: Normal / Ghost
Base Stats: 57 | 45 | 67 | 85 | 70 | 40 (+5 Def +10 SpA +5 SpD +10 Spe) 364 BST
Ability: Hot Copy (Trace+Flash Fire) - Copies the opponent's immunities on switchin and boosts the power of those moves by 1.5, if applicable.
Role Identification: Porywick can either be a potentially devastating sweeper, or a potent wall. Z-Conversion sets can tear up weakened teams with its power, while the even more potent defensive sets can utilize the abilities to full effect, potentially tracing Electric, Ground and even a Dragon type immunity, which can allow it to check sweepers and wallbreakers better.
Dex Entries:

Porywick - Porywick is often found among old and destroyed electronic devices. They possess the devices and proceed to terrorize the former owners.

Porylure - Porylure feeds on both the energy of appliances and the lifeforce of humans. Due to this, they are hilariously known to haunt electronics and appliance stores.

I'll do more when i have the time

Typing: Water / Fighting
Base Stats: 50 / 62 / 52 / 52 / 45 / 60 (+0 HP, +0 Atk, +0 Def, +0 SpA, +0 SpD, +0 Spe)
Ability: Same as derived fusion. Natural Guard (Natural Cure + No Guard) - Starchamp's moves cannot miss unless it's suffering from a major status. Cures itself of status when it switches.
Role Identification: Aaabbb
Dex Entries: Aaabbb

Will finish this one and maybe do more later.

Voting for Mygavolt on Froakie / Squirtle as well.

Also since this greatly impacts a fusion's description, this is what Porylure-Z looks like btw:

I'll take a look on the sprites thread to see if anything else from this slate has a sprite already.

I'll add my subs later

Derived Fusion: Glakiss
Prevolution Components: Snorunt / Togepi
Prevolution Name: Snogepi
Typing: Ice / Fairy
Base Stats: 52 / 35 / 65 / 53 / 65 / 35 (+10 HP, +0 Atk, +8 Def, +6 SpA, +8 SpD, +0 Spe)
Ability: Serene Focus (Serene Grace + Inner Focus) - Same as derived fusion (Shield Dust clone).
Role Identification: It has an interesting typing and a great support movepool to go along with. But other than that, It got really bad stats and a situational movepool. It's not really great, but not that weak either.
Dex Entries:
Snogepi
: Snogepi lives on the top of the highest mountains, protected by adult glakiss. It is unable to fly because its wings are not fully developped.
Glakiss: Glakiss is a really caring pokemon that is fully devoted to its children. It is usually pacific, but it become incredibly dangerous once its babies are in danger.

Okay, the tiebreaker is settled.

=====================================================================

Now, here are some submissions for this slate.

Derived Fusion: Glakiss
Prevolution Components: Snorunt / Togepi
Prevolution Name: Girno
New Type: Ice / Fairy
Base Stats: 47 / 50 / 62 / 60 / 62 / 40 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA) | 321 BST
New Ability and desc: Self-Proclaimed Strongest (Moody + Hustle) - The user deals double damage with physical attacks but is 25% less likely to land them (as if it had +2 Attack and -1 accuracy).
Role Identification: Fully invested Attack reaches 28 (Jolly) or 30 (Adamant), but the accuracy hindrance and lack of good STAB or coverage may lead it to prefer the special side with Nasty Plot and much better offensive options.
Dex Entries:
Girno: A fusion experiment based upon a single word: "Strongest." It is meant to resemble a mythical but dull-witted ice fairy that frequently overestimates its power.
Glakiss: It grants blessings to travelers brave enough to overcome the snowy and mountainous region that it inhabits. If provoked, it exhales freezing breath.

Derived Fusion: Sharpedos
Prevolution Components: Carvanha / Magikarp
Prevolution Name: Magiranha
New Type: Water
Base Stats: 40 / 63 / 45 / 45 / 25 / 83 (+3 HP, +8 Atk, +3 Def, +6 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Rattling Skin (Rough Skin + Rattled) - If hit by a contact move, damages the attacker for 1/8 max HP. If hit by a Bug-, Ghost-, or Dark-type attack, damages the attacker for 1/16 max HP. These stack.
Role Identification: Another Z-Splash abuser. This one punishes Knock Off and U-turn like nothing else.
Dex Entries:
Magiranha: It is easy to frighten, especially when alone. Its scales are rough to the touch, and they scatter when it shakes.
Sharpedos: Fearsome at and below sea level. Swims more rapidly underwater, but fires destructive beams from its mouth when above the surface. In most situations, however, it prefers to bite.

Derived Fusion: Vapornine
Prevolution Components: Eevee / Growlithe
Prevolution Name: Growlee
New Type: Normal / Fire
Base Stats: 62 / 73 / 62 / 62 / 62 / 62 (+2 HP, +8 Atk, +10 Def) | 383 BST
New Ability and desc: Flash and Adapt (Adaptability + Flash Fire) - If another Pokémon targets the user with a Normal- or Fire-type move, then the user is unaffected by the move and, once per switch-in, has its STAB moves boosted by a factor of 1.5.
Role Identification: Primarily a Normal absorber. Has strong dual STABs on both sides of the spectrum, with Close Combat (physical) and Shadow Ball (special) for coverage.
Dex Entries:
Growlee: Despite being genetically unstable, Growlee are faithful companions to humans. They are also protective, and their reaction to provocation is highly dependent on how they are raised.
Vapornine: An intense fire burns inside Vapornine, yet water flows through it in such a way that does not interfere with the flame. Usually calm, but can be imposing if need be.

A shame to see this died.
But I'll make it LIVVEEE

Best thing to do is to open voting, and Mygavolt's Growlee + my Porywick wins by default.

Votes
Snorunt / Togepi: Gravity Monkey
Carvanha / Magikarp: Mygavolt
Pidgey / Staryu: G-Luke
Staryu / Machop: G-Luke

Generally hoping this really can be reinvigorated
