Gliscor beats the team on its own pretty well, it's EV'd to outspeed Heatran which is the fastest pokemon on the team (except Magnezone, but it's not beating Gliscor anyway 252 SpA Magnezone Flash Cannon vs. 244 HP / 144 SpD Gliscor: 139-165 (39.4 - 46.8%) -- 87.1% chance to 3HKO after Poison Heal). You can lead it and taunt/eq/knock if it's skarm or tran with minimal risk. However, Gyro from Stakataka will 2HKO gliscor, so don't switch it in, especially if TR is somehow set. Skarmory is shed shell for Magnzeone and it can Counter Stakataka or Bisharp if it somehow SD's. Zardy is zardy, nothing on the team takes a hit and it switches in everything but Stakataka and Bisharp.

Flying Core

Aerodactyl-Mega @ Aerodactylite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Pursuit

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Rockium Z
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance
- Rock Polish

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 248 HP / 152 Def / 108 SpD
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Roost
- U-turn
- Taunt

This core is capable of handling this Fire team rather effectively. In most cases, Mega Aerodactyl will be the lead against the team, capable of threatening every Pokemon on the team, especially after it's set up Stealth Rock:

252 Atk Aerodactyl-Mega Stone Edge vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Rotom-Heat: 318-374 (104.9 - 123.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Aerodactyl-Mega Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Charizard-Mega-X: 308-366 (103.7 - 123.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Aerodactyl-Mega Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Infernape: 296-350 (101 - 119.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Aerodactyl-Mega Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 428-504 (132.5 - 156%) -- guaranteed OHKO(its Balloon can get popped through Pursuit trapping or with Gliscor's slow U-turn)
252 Atk Aerodactyl-Mega Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Torkoal: 192-228 (55.8 - 66.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Tough Claws Aerodactyl-Mega Pursuit vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Blacephalon: 388-458 (157 - 185.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO(if Blacephalon has netted a kill early on and you need it removed)

It can also survive a +1 Hidden Power Ice from Blacephalon:
+1 252 SpA Blacephalon Hidden Power Ice vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Aerodactyl-Mega: 228-270 (75.7 - 89.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

As for Gliscor, its spread allows it to always survive a Hidden Power Ice from Blacephalon from full health and KO back with an Earthquake. Not having any Speed investment allows it to generate momentum off of Heatran, simultaneously popping its Balloon in the process. This U-turn pivoting is also nice in making sure that Charizard won't find an easy setup opportunity against it. It can also work as a lead that can Taunt Torkoal to make sure it can't get up Stealth Rock, and can Taunt Rotom-H to make sure it can't set up screens or remove hazards.

252 SpA Blacephalon Hidden Power Ice vs. 248 HP / 108+ SpD Gliscor: 296-352 (83.8 - 99.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Poison Heal
252 SpA Heatran Magma Storm vs. 248 HP / 108+ SpD Gliscor: 165-195 (46.7 - 55.2%) -- 68% chance to 2HKO after Poison Heal and trapping damage
0 SpA Torkoal Lava Plume vs. 248 HP / 108+ SpD Gliscor in Sun: 115-136 (32.5 - 38.5%) -- 90.5% chance to 4HKO after Poison Heal

0 Atk Gliscor Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Torkoal: 116-140 (33.7 - 40.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 Atk Gliscor Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 396-468 (122.6 - 144.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 Atk Gliscor Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Blacephalon: 342-404 (138.4 - 163.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 Atk Gliscor Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Infernape: 272-324 (92.8 - 110.5%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO

Lastly, Landorus-Therian. When the sun isn't up, it's capable of surviving a single hit from various Pokemon on the team as a means of setting up with Rock Polish. However, when the sun is up, this becomes a bigger issue, but Landorus-Therian can still find a setup opportunity against Rotom-H, who quite literally can't do anything against it, and its Reflect gets nullified by a Swords Dance. There's also Infernape, who will sometimes need to serve as an emergency revenge killer for Mega Aerodactyl when Blacephalon is unable to KO it. After setting up, it's able to KO everything on the team after Heatran's Air Balloon is popped, which is accomplished by Mega Aerodactyl's Pursuit trapping or Gliscor's slow U-turn:

Outside of sun(which Gliscor can actually stall out at times)
252 SpA Heatran Magma Storm vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Landorus-Therian: 196-232 (61.4 - 72.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after trapping damage(also outspeeds even if Adamant and can RP before it Taunts)
-1 252 Atk Tough Claws Charizard-Mega-X Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Landorus-Therian: 186-219 (58.3 - 68.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
-1 252 Atk Choice Band Infernape Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Landorus-Therian: 183-216 (57.3 - 67.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
And very rarely, it can survive a Flare Blitz from Infernape in the sun:
-1 252 Atk Choice Band Infernape Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Landorus-Therian in Sun: 274-324 (85.8 - 101.5%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO

252+ Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Torkoal: 222-264 (64.5 - 76.7%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock(realistically Torkoal will have been severely chipped by Gliscor/Mega Aerodactyl)
252+ Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Infernape: 512-606 (174.7 - 206.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 744-876 (230.3 - 271.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Blacephalon: 644-762 (260.7 - 308.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Landorus-Therian Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Charizard-Mega-X: 428-504 (144.1 - 169.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO(immediate Continental Crush avoids any potential 50-50 between Mega and regular)
Not even gonna calc Rotom-H, since that can also just give it an SD and make some of these KOs guaranteed

And now to wait for the moment I get to submit a Rock core around Lycanroc-Dusk

Dragalge @ Choice Specs

Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 72 Def / 188 SpD

Ice Core

Ninetales-Alola @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aurora Veil
- Freeze-Dry
- Moonblast
- Encore

Lapras @ Choice Specs
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 64 Atk / 192 SpA / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Fusion Bolt
- Roost

This core does a great job of tearing through the team. Starting with Alolan Ninetales, it not only beats Keldeo, but it also sets up Aurora Veil to support Lapras and Kyurem-B. Despite being pretty weak, it can still get off some solid damage:

252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Swampert: 264-312 (65.3 - 77.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after hail damage and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 246-290 (76.1 - 89.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after hail damage
252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 24 SpD Slowbro-Mega: 194-230 (49.2 - 58.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after hail damage
While Pex and Azu avoid a 2HKO, they can be easily Encored

And here's how much damage it takes behind Aurora Veil:
252 SpA Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Ninetales-Alola with an ally's Aurora Veil: 88-104 (30.6 - 36.2%) -- 52.3% chance to 3HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Hydro Vortex (185 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Ninetales-Alola with an ally's Aurora Veil: 150-177 (52.2 - 61.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 Atk Swampert Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Ninetales-Alola with an ally's Aurora Veil: 74-87 (25.7 - 30.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

Moving on to Lapras, nothing wants to come in on a Specs Freeze-Dry. Also, thanks to its great bulk it can survive a hit from Keldeo, and survive multiple hits from Greninja behind Aurora Veil:

252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Swampert: 436-516 (107.9 - 127.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 24 SpD Toxapex: 204-242 (67.1 - 79.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. +1 252 HP / 24 SpD Slowbro-Mega: 218-260 (55.3 - 65.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 240 HP / 252+ SpD Azumarill: 236-278 (58.8 - 69.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 306-362 (94.7 - 112%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO

Lapras taking damage:
252 SpA Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Lapras with an ally's Aurora Veil: 165-195 (35.6 - 42.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
4 Atk Protean Greninja Gunk Shot vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Lapras: 148-175 (31.9 - 37.7%) -- 93.2% chance to 3HKO

As for Kyurem-Black, it's the Greninja switch-in that actually has reliable sustain, so that it can stick around even if Aurora Veil isn't up. The spread is meant to always KO Azumarill with a Fusion Bolt. It basically beats half the team by itself, with the other half just either being an annoyance or being checked behind Aurora Veil:

64+ Atk Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Fusion Bolt vs. 240 HP / 16 Def Azumarill: 403-476 (100.4 - 118.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
64+ Atk Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Fusion Bolt vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Slowbro-Mega: 166-198 (42.1 - 50.2%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO
192 SpA Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 24 SpD Toxapex: 169-200 (55.5 - 65.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery(Fusion Bolt does more, this just covers a possible Swampert switch)
192 SpA Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Swampert: 134-160 (33.1 - 39.6%) -- 15.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
64+ Atk Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Fusion Bolt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Keldeo: 372-439 (115.1 - 135.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

This is just Kyurem B eating hits behind veil:
252 SpA Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Kyurem-Black with an ally's Aurora Veil: 139-165 (35.5 - 42.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 Atk Swampert Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Kyurem-Black with an ally's Aurora Veil: 59-69 (15 - 17.6%) -- possible 6HKO
252 SpA Protean Greninja Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Kyurem-Black with an ally's Aurora Veil: 76-90 (19.4 - 23%) -- possible 5HKO(this is the best Gren can do behind veil)

Flying Core

Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD
Impish Nature
- Leech Seed
- Heavy Slam
- Toxic
- Protect

Thundurus @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Grass Knot
- Thunder Wave

Mantine @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 52 Def / 208 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Toxic
- Defog
- Roost

The above core is able to deal well with the team given this week. Thundurus is a big threat to the above team threatening 5/6 Pokemon on the above team on its own. Celesteela and Mantine on the core are present to support thundurus by acting as a reliable switch in to ice beam and water type moves respectively. Celesteela is able to 1v1 slowbromega and check scarf Greninja on the above team,it walls a good portion of the team and cripples the team with toxic except toxapex which is handled by thundurus. Celesteela does a good job of wearing the opposing team down with leech seed and toxic which makes it easier for thundurus to score KOs. Mantine on the core provides Defog support as well as a handy immunity to water type moves.

252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 406-478 (125.6 - 147.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Grass Knot (80 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Swampert: 343-406 (84.9 - 100.4%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO

252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Azumarill: 307-367 (75.9 - 90.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 24 SpD Toxapex: 268-320 (88.1 - 105.2%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO after Black Sludge recovery

252 SpA Keldeo Hidden Power Electric vs. 252 HP / 208+ SpD Mantine: 156-184 (41.7 - 49.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
