Poison Heal Glitch

So my Breloom is running a Sub-seed with Poison Heal and Toxic Orb set.
However, since I switched its set from a Technician set (i made sure to change the ability), Breloom has been taking damage from its Toxic Prb.
Example:
Turn 25
(opponent's) Skarmory is fast asleep.
Breloom used Leech Seed.
Skarmory was seeded.
Breloom was poisoned by its Toxic Orb
Skarmory had its health drained by Leech Seed

Turn 36
(opponent's) Skarmory is fast asleep
Breloom used Substitute
Breloom created a Substitute.
Breloom is hurt by poision.
Me: Wtf? Breloom has Poison Heal
Skarmory has its health drained by Leech Seed.

1) Did you save your new team?
2) Did you load your new team after you saved it? (idk about now, but you had to do that for earlier PO versions)

This happened to me several times, just reload the team and it should work fine.
