'martyr helps suicide leads'
*doesn't give it to any suicide leads*
also if you don't give Carnivine Insectivore I will personally fly to your house and slap you
cool stuff though

Point. And thank you. (Yes, Carnivine should get it too.) Any particular suicide leads you think Martyr fits with?

Name: Misty Malice
Existing Ability?: No
Effect: While Misty Terrain is in effect, this Pokemon's Special Attack is boosted 1.5x.
Niche: Gives some offensive use for Misty Terrain in this Grass Pelt clone.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Ribombee, Mr. Mime, Aromatisse, Primarina, Some Pokemon that learn Mist (Masqerain, Lapras, Cryogonal, etc.

Name:
Detain
Existing Ability?: No
Effect: On switch-in, this Pokemon and its opponent become under the effect of Fairy Lock.
Niche: This one turn trapping ability attempts to make a balanced form of a non-type specific trapping ability. Fairy Lock traps both Pokemon in for the next turn. One turn is often all you need to KO something or at least heavily damage it, and it's balanced by the length and prevention of double switching.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Klefki (iffy, but Fairy Lock is its signature move), Pokemon with Embargo, but very few of them
Name: Legend's Anointing
Existing Move?: No
Category: Status
Type: Dragon
BP: N/A
PP: 32 Max
Effect: 100% Accuracy Adds the Dragon-typing to the opposing Pokemon in addition to their original types.
Priority: 0
Misc.: Replaces types added by Trick-or-Treat or Forest's Curse. Fails if the opponent is already Dragon-type.
Z-Move: Raises all stats by 1
Niche: You know how good Z-Trick-or-Treat could be if Gourgeist had the stats or movepool to abuse it with? Well, apply that to some Dragons. It's the same idea, use the Z-Move to get +1 Everything and then smack the opponent with a super effective Dragon move to easily get them out of the way. Plus, depending on what gets this move, it might serve a slight use to getting KOs without using the Z-Move.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Vibrava and Flygon, Tyrunt line, Druddigon, Noivern, Drampa, Jangmo-o line, Charizard, Gyarados, Bagon line (maybe), Deino line (maybe), Dragon-type cover legendaries

Name: All-Terrain Blast
Existing Move?: No
Category: Special
Type: Normal
BP: 50
PP: 16 Max
Effect: 100% Accuracy, does double damage in terrains and becomes the same type of the terrain.
Priority: 0
Misc.: Affected by Bulletproof
Z-Move: Breakneck Blitz (110 BP)
Niche: You know that Mega Camerupt set that uses Nature Power when paired with Tapu Koko or Bulu in order to launch a powerful coverage move (or if your name is Yoshiblaze, with Specs Prankster Whimsicott)? This is that, but stronger for most Pokemon and can't be taunted. This allows for cool synergy between with Tapus.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: The Tapus and Pokemon that learn terrain moves, some other stuff

Name: Ion Absorb
Existing Move?: No
Category: Special
Type: Electric
BP: 80
PP: 16 Max
Effect: 100% Accuracy, Applies the Charge effect to the user after doing damage
Priority: 0
Misc.: If this move was boosted by Charge this turn, the effect is not applied
Z-Move: Gigavolt Havoc (140 BP)
Niche: Charge is a really cool move and it's a shame that it's pretty useless. As a way to make is more viable, here we have a decent power move that turns your next move into a near Z-Powered move.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Pokemon that get Charge
Pokemon: Hoothoot line
New typing: Normal/Flying -> Fairy/Flying
Niche: Gives Noctowl a pretty decent defensive typing and a good offensive typing, allowing it to take advantage of Tinted Lens better (and thank goodness it already get Moonblast). Weirdly enough, Noctowl with Agility (or maybe even Tricky Seed) will have the speed to make it work, and isn't the weakest thing in the world at 86 SpA.

Pokemon: Cranidos line
New typing: Rock -> Rock/Fighting
New Moves: Low Sweep
Niche: Gives a rare but really cool offensive typing to this Trick Room behemoth.

Community Leader
Name: Technician
Existing Ability?: Y
Effect: This Pokemon's moves of 75 power or less have 1.5x power. Includes Struggle.
Niche: May seem like a pretty small change, but the impact it has is huge. Moves such as Brick Break, Rock slide, the Elemental Punches, Signal Beam, Giga Drain, Drain Punch, Psycho Cut, Cross Poison, U-Turn, Night Slash, Sucker Punch, Wake-Up Slap, Knock Off, and Venoshock are boosted now. Roserade suddenly has one of the best Giga Drains in the game, while Scizor has a great stab in Steel Wing, and can punish Steel-Types with Brick Break, as well as having boosted U-Turn. Hitmontop can be a threat to some Psychic-Types due to Sucker Punch. List goes on.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Can't think much other than what already had it, but I'm all ears to suggestions

Name: Gale Wings
Existing Ability?: Y
Effect: This pokémon's Flying-type moves have their priority increased by 1.
Niche: Whoever played Gen 6 knows this thing is good. With the priority control in the meta, it becomes more balanced.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Other than Talonflame, we could give it to things like Fearow, Swanna and Pidgeot.

Name: Rainbow Sky
Existing Ability?: N
Effect: Summons a rainbow on the user's side of the field for 5 turns (Same effect of Water + Fire pledge)
Niche: Gives what is essentially Serene Grace to anything (And no, it doesn't stack with Grace). Possibilities are endless here, really
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Suicune, Ho-Oh, anything else that is related to rainbows.

Name: Snobbish
Existing Ability?: N
Effect: This Pokemon's moves and their effects ignore the Items of other Pokemon.
Niche: Ignore things such as Berries, Helmets, Eject Buttons, and such
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Snubbul, Granbull, Jynx, anything else?

Name: Melting Pads
Existing Item?: N
Effect: If holder is an Ice-Type, the Ice-Type becomes Water. Ice-Type moves used by and against this pokémon will become Water-Type. Nullifies the damage of Hail to the holder.
Removable via Knock Off?: N (Ice-Type Holders), Y (Everything else)
Ignored by Klutz?: Y
Fling Info: 30 BP
Niche: Turns Ice-Types into a much better type. Most Ice mons are defensive for some random reason, and with Water, they can rise a bit in viability. For an example, mons such as Articuno and Avalugg will enjoy the better resistances, while things like Alolan Sandslash could finally see some use. Bulky Kyurem-Black sets may exist as well. Non-Ice type holders would rarely see usage in this, but Dragon and Grass can turn an immunity into a resistance.

Name: Old Amber
Existing Item?: Y
Effect: If holder is a Flying or a Rock type, boosts speed by 1.2x
Removable via Knock Off?: Y
Ignored by Klutz?: Y
Fling Info: 100 BP
Niche: Alternative for Choice Scarf for Flying-Types, although not as fast. While most Rock-types are pretty slow, the ones that aren't or that would like a boost without needing to be choice locked will also see some usage in it.

Name: Helix Fossil
Existing Item?: Y
Effect: If holder is a Water or a Rock type, boosts Special Attack by 1.2x
Removable via Knock Off?: Y
Ignored by Klutz?: Y
Fling Info: 100 BP
Niche: Allows special Water and Rock types to get a boost in Special Attack without needing to only pick one move. Things like Nihilego could use it as an alternative option for Specs, so as to not be locked into only one move.

Name: Dome Fossil
Existing Item?: Y
Effect: If holder is a Water or a Rock type, boosts Physical Attack by 1.2x
Removable via Knock Off?: Y
Ignored by Klutz?: Y
Fling Info: 100 BP
Niche: Gives some extra power to any Rock- or Water-Type mon that appreciates the possibility of using multiple moves more than raw power.

Potential Pokemon With This Move: Any mon that looks like it meditates (I know that sounds redundant but oh well)

How many new moves can we give to the mons with a type change?

New Type: Ghost / Steel
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Metal Burst
Rationale: It's a sarcofagus, seems to be made of Gold and the closest we have to that is Steel.
Competitive Value: Much better Defensive typing, which really makes the difference. While it doesn't lose any weaknesses that it didn't have before, it gains a load of new resistances and one immunity, at the cost only of gaining a weakness to Fire. Metal Burst makes it pretty dangerous as well.

New Type: Grass / Fire
New Moves: Heat Wave, Fire Blast
Rationale: Almost every dex entry of it mentions Sun or Sunlight in some way. It could go for a more literal term of Sunflower.
Competitive Value: A brand new type combination, it would give some utility previously unseen to Sunflora. With Earth Power + it's stabs, it has a pretty good coverage.

New Type: Fighting / Flying
New Moves: Bulk Up, HJK
Rationale: Pokédex entrie of Pearl mention that the muscles on it's wings and legs are strong; HGSS mention it's wings being sturdy, and Diamond mention it being corageous and savage. It also conviniently learns Close Combat, which not much other Bird-Like pokémon do
Competitive Value: Has a much nicer Stab combo than before. Being able to get a boost off of Close Combat wil greatly improve the damage it did before, and it no longer needs to carry Double-Edge as a stab. It also now ressts Fighting, and with conjunction with Intimidate (Since most Fighting-Type users are physical), it can find some more opportunities to switch in. Reckless with Brave Bird and HJK also sounds neat.

Roserade suddenly has one of the best Giga Drains in the game, while Scizor has a great stab in Steel Wing, and can punish Steel-Types with Brick Break.

Effect: If holder is a Flying or a Rock type, boosts speed by 1.3x
Removable via Knock Off?: Y
Ignored by Klutz?: Y
Fling Info: 100 BP
Niche: Alternative for Choice Scarf for Flying-Types, although not as fast. While most Rock-types are pretty slow, the ones that aren't or that would like a boost without needing to be choice locked will also see some usage in it.

Name: Helix Fossil
Existing Item?: Y
Effect: If holder is a Water or a Rock type, boosts Special Attack by 1.3x
Removable via Knock Off?: Y
Ignored by Klutz?: Y
Fling Info: 100 BP
Niche: Allows special Water and Rock types to get a boost in Special Attack without needing to only pick one move. Things like Nihilego could use it as an alternative option for Specs, so as to not be locked into only one move.

Name: Dome Fossil
Existing Item?: Y
Effect: If holder is a Water or a Rock type, boosts Physical Attack by 1.3x
Removable via Knock Off?: Y
Ignored by Klutz?: Y
Fling Info: 100 BP
Niche: Gives some extra power to any Rock- or Water-Type mon that appreciates the possibility of using multiple moves more than raw power.

these are just my opinions but
no way in hell should hidden power be buffed that much
you're giving all the special attackers whatever coverage they want
and in the same vein, your tackle should not be that powerful at all.
also under Technician you talked about Steel Wing Brick Break Scizor but forgot about U-Turn getting buffed which is the most important one.
i feel like old amber should be 1.2x. 1.3x is a bit much and also superfast lando-T doesn't sound very fun. same with the other 2 fossils.

Would 70 or so be fine for Hidden?

I dunno about the fossils. I'll take your suggestion

I'm surprised no one complained about GWings

70, yes. I straight up don't agree with Tackle because the effect just makes more sense to me as a special attack.
also I didn't complain about GW because im biased about gwings since I loved gen 6 tflame

You could say that about Return / Frustration, among a shitzillion others

Is it too late to give Staraptor Flying Press? Because as a Flying/Fightin mon, I feel like it should

Also, now we have Stakataka with a good typing... On a meta that is dominated by Trick Room... Yeah, I'm really scarred of this thing.
