If anyone could help out, I would really appreciate it, I'm not really one of the best Ubers players out there, but this seemed like a good moveset to point out.

<p> Lugia’s extremely high Special Defense and moderately high Special Attack make it a very good candidate for a tank. Lugia can easily switch in and survive many attacks, and will be able to recover the damage away. The idea here would be to take advantage of the defense’s in order to Calm Mind a couple times and get Lugia’s SpD and SpA up extremely high.</p>

<p> Calm mind should be pretty obvious with this set as it gives Lugia even more SpA and SpD to work with.</p>
<p> Second is Aeroblast as this gives Lugia a powerful STAB move. After a couple of Calm Mind’s, Lugia’s Aeroblast becomes a force to be reckoned with. Also, if you choose to use Scope Lenses, it will have an even higher Critical Hit Ratio.</p>
<p> Surf and Hydro Pump can be thrown back and forth here. Most people probably would rather have the accuracy then the extra power so Surf was listed first. However, Hydro Pump being a STAB makes it even more powerful, and it could be very advantageous to take advantage of the high power on Hydro Pump.</p>
<p> Recover is listed last, but it is certainly one of the most important moves in this set. When you first switch Lugia in, you may want to consider using Recover and Calm Mind together in order to set up for the highly powerful moves of Aeroblast and Surf/Hydro Pump. Recover can also be used, if Scope Lense is the item, to recover some of the damage that Lugia will take.</p>
