New mon is Drilbur. This is a tough mon to think up sets for, considering that it's two most viable sets are very well known.

This time, I will propose my own Drilbur set that I use on a weatherless team:

Drilbur @ Eviolite
Trait: Sand Rush
Level: 5
EVs: 212 Spd / 236 Atk / 60 Def
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SAtk
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

This set is an excellent mon against Sand teams, obtaining a Sand Rush. Considering that all Drilbur on Sand teams run Adamant, Drilbur can 2HKO with Earthquake while they are either setting up Swords Dance or using Earthquake. It can even set up Swords Dance late game and sweep most Sand teams. Rapid Spin still allows it to be a topnotch spinner when facing weatherless teams, and it is still a good offensive mon even when not facing Sand.

Drilbur @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Mold Breaker
Level: 5
EVs: 212 Spd / 236 Atk / 60 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin
- X-Scissor

HEY! You wanna revenge kill Scarf Snover with a Drilbur, well now you can. Basically, this thing tends to catch a lot of things off guard, such as Murkrow who is more willing to BB this over Sucker Punch it at first glance, while 2HKOing Misdreavus after SR as it outspeeds it. MB Earthquake is a solid cleaning tool along with help revenge killing Magnemite, luring Scarf Chinchou, and doing a nice solid suicide spin if you are using something like Larvesta as your last mon. Scarf Snover lures are also beautiful to do as Scarf Drilbur is the only variant that can outspeed Scarfed Snover. Overall nice and solid set, pretty much outclasses the bad ladder player's Cranidos (at least imo) and although that Eviolite bulk is nice, Drilbur can actually be a decent revenge killer, and make use of it's electric immunity to switch in rather than it's bulk with Eviolite.

Dammit TUO.
Your lucky you saw this quick because i think almost everyone wanted to post that set.
Now i have to come up with something else :/

Drilbur @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Force
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 36 HP/ 236 Atk / 236 Spe
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-X-Scissor
-Shadow Claw

This set is all about power. Instead of abusing Speed like most Sand Drilburs do, this set focuses on Drilbur's other Sand related ability- Sand Force. Sand Force boosts the power of Drilbur's Ground- and Rock-type attacks by 30%, boosting the power of its Earthquake to an outstanding 195 Base Power, which lets Drilbur hit everything for a lot of damage. The Adamant nature only adds to this, boosting Drilbur's Attack to a sky-high base 19, making it an effective powerhouse sweeper. These boosts allow Drilbur to reliably 2HKO most of its common walls after Stealth Rock, making it a very tough Pokemon to switch into. All of this is joined with a Choice Scarf, which lets Drilbur reach a Speed of 24, not only outspeeding every nonboosted Pokemon in the metagame but also outspeeding a few other key Pokemon- such as Scarf Snover, whom Drilbur can lure in and KO to help its team win the weather war. Choice Scarf Sand Force Drilbur is a powerhouse in the Sand, and should not be taken lightly. Other than EQ and Rock Slide, X-Scissor and Shadow Claw are used as coverage. Their job is to remove Grass-types and Misdreavus who are not hit very hard by neither EQ nor Rock Slide. Once Pokemon that resist / are immune to EQ are gone, you can pretty much whisper goodbye to your opponent.

Here are some damage calculations:

vs Snover in Hail:
236+ Atk Drilbur Earthquake vs 0/0 Choice Scarf Snover- (40.9-50%) -- 0.39% chance to 2HKO, guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
(X-Scissor is a guaranteed OHKO and Rock Slide has a 56% chance for OHKO without SR)

in Sand:
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Earthquake vs 228/220+ Eviolite Lileep- (38.46-50%) -- 0.39% chance to 2HKO, 59% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Earthquake vs 124/156+ Eviolite Foongus- (52-64%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Earthquake vs 116/236+ Eviolite Slowpoke- (37.03-48.14%) -- 0.39% chance to 2HKO after weather, 59.38% chance to 2HKO after weather and Stealth Rock
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Earthquake vs 132/212+ Eviolite Hippopotas- (40-52%) -- 8.98% chance to 2HKO, 56.25% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Earthquake vs 164/188+ Eviolite Ferroseed- (43.47-56.52%) -- 59.38% chance to 2HKO, 93.75% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Rock Slide vs 116/156+ Eviolite Shelmet- (43.47-60.86%) -- 99.61% chance to 2HKO after weather
236+ Atk Drilbur X-Scissor vs 196/196+ Eviolite Shroomish- (40-56%) -- 88.67% chance to 2HKO after weather, 99.61% chance to 2HKO after weather and Stealth Rock

Against common threats:
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Earthquake vs 156/196+ Eviolite Mienfoo- (52.17-65.21%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Earthquake vs 0/0 Eviolite Scraggy- (71.42-85.71%) -- guaranteed 2HKO, 6.25% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock, weather, and 1 layer of Spikes
236+ Atk Drilbur Shadow Claw vs. 36 HP / 120 Eviolite Misdreavus: (43.47 - 60.86%) -- 99.61% chance to 2HKO after weather
236+ Atk Sand Force Drilbur Rock Slide vs. 36 HP / 100 Eviolite Murkrow in sand: (69.56 - 86.95%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after weather, 68.75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock and weather

Get Stealth Rock up and you can pretty much 2HKO all of your counters. This thing is powerful.

For even more fun and games, you can try LO Sand Force Jolly Drilbur, or Banded Sand Force Jolly Drilbur, which hits even harder! Just not as fast, so be careful of revenge killers. Pair Drilbur with another Sand Rush sweeper (Sandshrew) for a solid Sand sweeping core.

Yes, they are pretty similar, but CS Drilbur can 1. beat Snover and 2. not die from recoil. They also play differently; LO is more of a standalone sweeper while CS Sand Force just plows through the opponent after some support.

Drilbur doesn't have many options , so this is what I thought of. I guess this can scare something out and sub out? Avoid Sucker Punch from Krow and... that's it lol :I

BULLDOZE THE OPPOSITION

Drilbur @ Eviolite
Trait: Mold Breaker
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 236 Atk / 212 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Bulldoze
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin

236 Atk Drilbur Bulldoze vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Misdreavus: 7-9 (31.81 - 40.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
236 Atk Drilbur Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Misdreavus: 12-15 (54.54 - 68.18%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

A Bulldoze followed by an Earthquake will always KO Misdreavus after Sandstorm/Hail and Stealth Rock, so you can troll Misdreavus switch-ins by slowing them and 2HKOing. Although you lose getting to run Stealth Rock, you gain the ability to beat Misdreavus all on your own and spin on it (and you can run Adamant to secure the KO without the need of weather). This means that the only spinblocker that can safely come in on Drilbur without being outsped and 2HKOed is Frillish, which is much easier to switch into than Misdreavus. Perfect partner for Snover / other SR-weak teams, no?
