Welcome to the Ubers Dark Horse Project!
The Dark Horse Project aims to give a wide variety of players the opportunity to go out and explore the Dark Horses. No longer should the likes of Genesect get more usage than Klefki, Latios, Deoxys-S or Ghostceus! More use Deoxys-D than Lando-T!
But, what is a Dark Horse? A Dark Horse is a Pokémon that has doesn't have much usage in the current meta, but is able to carve itself out a niche that separates it from the other top tier mons. A Dark Horse is able to take teams by surprise whether it is due to sheer power, utility, typing, etc... However, and this is especially the case in Ubers, only viable mons can be Dark Horses, so please don't suggest something non-viable.
To find Dark Horses in Ubers, we will be looking at usage statistics!
Interested in trying out this project? Great! Here are the rules!
1. You must start with a fresh alt (and send proof of fresh alt to me, whether in PM or publicly). Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
2. Usage stats are posted early in the month and this is how you will determine your team.
3. You must use 2 Dark Horses every month, where each Dark Horse mon must have less than 5% usage.
4. You cannot exceed a total % of 30 (possibility of change)% for your entire team. However, the first mon on your team is free and doesn't count towards this. Now, let's say you wanted to use a team where two mons exceed 30%. If this is so, you can use the first in the free slot, and the second for one tenth of its actual usage (only if the first is used in the free slot. You can't use more than two Pokemon exceeding the limit).
5. Interested in raising your Team % limit? Then try the featured Dark Horse of the month! This will raise your limit by 5% for a new total of 33%!
-5.A: If we are having 2 DH, then using both will raise your total by 10%!
6. No new drops (good luck having Mega Rayquaza drop anytime soon), can be used during this month's project!
7. In order to be ranked, you must hit 1300 (C-Rank), 1400 (B-Rank), 1500 (A-Rank) or 1600+ (S-Rank) There will be a leaderboard!

It's a Dark...erm...horse? And an actually cool Arceus forme. With the Whirlpool set getting an analysis, hopefully, soon, what better time to feature it (don't answer that)?
