[OVERVIEW]

Tsareena's good Attack stat, usable Speed tier, and access to a strong STAB move in Power Whip make it a strong wallbreaker. It also has access to a variety of useful coverage moves in High Jump Kick and Knock Off as well as utility moves in Rapid Spin and Synthesis. Queenly Majesty enables Tsareena to avoid priority moves, allowing it to switch in safely on common priority users such as Azumarill and Scizor and revenge kill them without fear of being picked off itself. Its Grass typing and high Attack stat let it threaten common defensive staples such as Quagsire and Alomomola. However, Tsareena's typing gives it weaknesses to common types such as Fire, Flying, and Bug, and while it is somewhat bulky, Tsareena can be easily overwhelmed by common offensive threats such as Infernape, Mega Beedrill, and Mega Manectric. Tsareena's low Speed leaves it outsped and threatened by Pokemon such as Chandelure and Mega Pidgeot. The abundance of other faster and more viable Grass-types in the tier such as Serperior, Mega Sceptile, and Celebi also makes it harder for Tsareena to fit on a team, but they lack the utility that Knock Off and Rapid Spin provide.

Moves
========

Power Whip is Tsareena's main STAB move, OHKOing threats such as Azumarill, Quagsire, and Seismitoad, as well as OHKOing Alomomola after Stealth Rock damage. It is also Tsareena's most powerful move for neutral targets such as Gliscor and Sylveon. Knock Off removes key items from foes, such as Amoonguss's Black Sludge and Doublade's Eviolite, and gives useful utility overall. It also allows Tsareena to hit Psychic-types such as Latias and Ghost-types such as Chandelure super effectively. Rapid Spin is an option instead to remove entry hazards such as Stealth Rock and Spikes, which could otherwise cripple Tsareena's team. This allows Tsareena to have more overall utility. High Jump Kick allows Tsareena to hit Steel-types such as Cobalion and Mega Aggron super effectively, as well as being its best way to damage Blissey. U-turn allows Tsareena to generate momentum, bringing in a teammate relatively safely. It also does consistent damage to Psychic-types like Celebi. Play Rough is another option to hit Dragon-types like Mega Altaria, which Tsareena's other moves can't, but this sacrifices a better coverage option in High Jump Kick.

Set Details
========

252 Attack EVs coupled with a Choice Band allow Tsareena to hit as hard as possible, letting it break down defensive walls, such as Alomomola and Blissey, with its high-powered STAB attack and coverage options. 252 Speed EVs with a Jolly nature allow Tsareena to outspeed base 70s and below, which includes key threats such as Azumarill and Primarina. Queenly Majesty allows Tsareena to dodge priority moves such as Azumarill's Aqua Jet and Scizor's Bullet Punch.

Usage Tips
========

Tsareena should be used to break holes in the opponent's team, which is more crucial against bulky teams. It is best to bring Tsareena in safely with U-turn or Volt Switch, but its decent bulk means it can also take some resisted or weak neutral hits such as Hippowdon's Earthquake. Tsareena should mainly be using Power Whip, as its high Base Power and ability to hit a majority of the tier neutrally or super effectively is good for a Choice Band attacker. Rapid Spin is used best on predicted switches so it doesn't sacrifice too much momentum, and it can also be used as a last resort to allow Tsareena's teammates to sweep more easily. U-turn generates momentum for its team in unfavorable matchups against Pokemon such as Crobat and bulky Scizor so Tsareena can bring in a teammate safely. Its relatively low Speed means that this can be relatively safe, especially if U-turn is used on a predicted switch. However, the move should be used minimally and generally only for this purpose. Use Knock Off mostly on defensive foes that rely on their item, such as Amoonguss. It can also be used to hit Psychic-types such as Latias on the switch. Try to avoid burns from Scald, from Pokemon such as Suicune and Swampert, whenever possible, as they can severely cripple Tsareena's breaking ability.

Team Options
========

Tsareena works best on offensive teams that appreciate a Pokemon that can break through most defensive cores, as it is able to OHKO Quagsire and OHKO Alomomola after Stealth Rock damage. Tsareena is relatively slow, so teammates such as Choice Scarf Infernape, Choice Scarf Hydreigon, and Mega Aerodactyl that can revenge kill faster threats for Tsareena would be useful. Pokemon such as Scizor and Nidoking can help Tsareena against the majority of Poison-types that can freely switch into it. In return, Tsareena can hit Psychic-types with Knock Off and help against Water- and Ground-types for Nidoking. It also appreciates entry hazard support from Pokemon such as Gliscor, Cobalion, and Seismitoad so it can wear down potential checks and further pressure foes with residual damage. Entry hazard removal from Pokemon such as Latias and Empoleon is useful so that pivoting with U-turn does not wear Tsareena and its teammates down too much, allowing Tsareena to freely use Knock Off. Tsareena can form a VoltTurn core with Pokemon such as Scizor and Mega Manectric to further pressure foes.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

A Choice Scarf can be run instead of a Choice Band, making Tsareena a somewhat decent revenge killer. However, it is still outsped by common Pokemon such as Mega Manectric, Mega Beedrill, and Mega Aerodactyl as well as most other Choice Scarf users. An offensive set with Life Orb and Synthesis can be run so that Tsareena isn't locked into one move, but it lacks the wallbreaking capabilities that a Choice Band provides. Fightinium Z in conjunction with High Jump Kick allows Tsareena to OHKO Scizor with prior damage, and it doesn't risk missing like a Choice Band set. However, this lacks the immediate power that a Choice Band provides, reducing Tsareena's ability to cripple defensive foes. A defensive Rapid Spin set can be used, but a more offensive set is better to capitalize on Tsareena's high Attack and good movepool. Aromatherapy can be used to cure teammates of status ailments, but Tsareena is outclassed by Sylveon as a cleric and such a set doesn't make use of Tsareena's Attack.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fire-types**: Offensive Fire-types, such as Chandelure, Infernape, and Entei, outspeed Tsareena and can easily OHKO it with their STAB moves while resisting Tsareena's main attacks. Moltres in particular resists all of Tsareena's common moves except Knock Off and can force it out.

**Flying-types**: Flying-types such as Togekiss and Crobat resist most of Tsareena's attacks and can outspeed it and OHKO it with their STAB moves. Mandibuzz resists Power Whip and can 2HKO Tsareena with Foul Play.

**Revenge Killers**: Choice Scarf users such as Infernape and Hydreigon can outspeed Tsareena and OHKO it with super effective moves. Faster offensive Pokemon such as Mega Beedrill and Mega Aerodactyl also outspeed and OHKO Tsareena.

**Burns**: Burns from moves such as Suicune's Scald halve Tsareena's Attack, meaning that it cannot effectively wallbreak.

Not qc but I have some suggestions for u

* The abundance of other, more viable Grass-types in the tier such as Serperior, Mega Sceptile, and Celebi means that Tsareena is a lot harder to fit onto a team.
Mention how it differs from these Pokemon (hint: Knock Off and Rapid Spin utility)

Why is Rapid Spin not mentioned here at all??

* Knock Off removes key items from foes, such as Blissey's Leftovers and Amoonguss's Black Sludge. It also allows Tsareena to hit Psychic-types such as Latias and Ghost-types such as Chandelure super effectively.
Mention that it gives useful utility in general too.

I'll leave this up to qc but consider moving Play Rough to OO as I think it should rarely be considered.

* U-turn generates momentum for its team in unfavorable matchups, so Tsareena can bring in a teammate safely. Its relatively low Speed means that this can be relatively safe, especially if U-turn is used on a predicted switch.
Mention it should be used minimally too and especially only in these cases.

* Try to avoid burns from Scald or Will-O-Wisp whenever possible, as they can severely cripple Tsareena's breaking ability.
Maybe mention some Pokemon that are known to carry Scald and Wisp?

* Tsareena appreciates teammates that can revenge kill faster threats, such as Choice Scarf Infernape, Choice Scarf Hydreigon, and Mega Aerodactyl.
Reword this to "Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Infernape, Choice Scarf Hydreigon, and Mega Aerodactly are able to revenge kill faster threats for Tsareena"
This is optional but imo this sounds a lot better to read.
[/quote]

I'll leave this up to qc but consider moving Play Rough to OO as I think it should rarely be considered.

Great job!

  • Mentioning Blissey as a Knock Off target is a bit weird, seeing as Power Whip 2HKOes it and High Jump Kick just OHKOes it.
  • Don't mention Empoleon here, seeing as you don't actually need to hit it super effectively, since Power Whip does over 80. Mention hitting Scizor neutrally here or Mega Aggron super effectively.
Team Options
  • there's a grammar error in the fourth sentence, make sure you fix that
Other Options
  • mention aromatherapy here, no one uses it because it sucks but it's worth mentioning in OO either way. if another QC member disagrees just remove it in the next check(s)
Checks and Counters
  • in flying-types mention togekiss over mega pidgeot for sure. it actually switches in
QC 1/3 nice one

Overview
* Mention Azumarill and Scizor as examples of priority users Tsareena can revenge kill when you bring up Queenly Majesty.
* Mention Tsareena's poor Speed here and say that it leaves it outsped and heavily threatened by *insert examples here*

Set Details
* 'It also avoids Scizor's Bullet Punch and can U-turn out.' this information seems out of place in a line where you mention Tsareena's Speed investment. It'd be better to remove this part as a whole since you already mention its ability to avoid Bullet Punch in the line below this one.
* Mamoswine naturally outspeeds Tsareena and would use Icicle Crash on it as a result. Due to this, I don't think mentioning Ice Shard when you talk about Queenly Majesty is really warranted.

Usage Tips
* 'it came take some resisted or weak neutral hits.' - give some examples. Hydro Pump from Rotom-W and Earthquake from Hippowdon both work.
* Give an example or two of when to use U-turn. Against a Pokemon like Crobat or healthy bulky Scizor is a good option for an example.
* 'It can also be used to his Psychic-types such as Latias if Tsareena doesn't wish to switch out.' - I feel like Tsareena would more so be trying to catch Latias on the switch with Knock Off than staying in on it and using the attack, so reword this sentence to reflect that.

Team Options
* This looks good overall, though I think it'd be important to list some Poison-type checks here, since the majority of Poison-types can freely come in on Tsareena. List Nidoking as a specific example, since it appreciates Tsareena's ability to lure in Psychic-types with Knock Off while also taking on Water- and Ground-types.

Other Options
* I'd mention examples like Chandelure and Entei before Moltres, which more frequently runs defensive sets, and Darmanitan, which is a decent example but isn't as good as what I'd like you to replace it with. If anything, Moltres should get its specific mention after you talk about Fire-types in general, since it resists the majority of Tsareena's commonly run moves.
* Replace your Mega Aerodactyl example with a Pokemon like Mandibuzz, since Mega Aerodactyl only resists U-turn and you say your listed examples resist most of Tsar's moves.
* 'the former uses Flare Blitz while the latter uses Fire Blast' - this really isn't necessary info, so I'd remove it.

This looks like a lot, but it's really just a lot of nitpicks if anything. Great work, QC 2/3 when this is implemented.

Slash Rapid Spin with Knock Off. Even though it's a Choice Band set, in practice, a lot of the things you'd want to predict coming in and use Knock Off can be an opportunity to spin as a last resort if the team is weak to Spikes or Toxic Spikes. Update the moves and usage tips sections accordingly.

No need to mention the moves to use on the defensive set in Other Options. I say this because Power Whip is a perfectly viable option over there as well; Trop Kick doesn't even do half to Gliscor after it recovers from Roost whereas Power Whip ensures Gliscor can never use Roost safely against Tsareena. Mention Life Orb + Synthesis here, as well as Fightinium Z with High Jump Kick, which is notable because of calcs like this

252 Atk Tsareena All-Out Pummeling (195 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Scizor: 201-237 (71.5 - 84.3%) -- not a KO

You don't risk missing like you would with a Choice Band set, since Knock Off + All-Out Pummeling KOes.

Moves
========

Knock Off removes key items from foes, such as Amoonguss's Black Sludge and Doublade’s Doublade's Eviolite, and gives useful utility overall. Play Rough is another option to hit Dragon-types like Mega Altaria,(AC) (keep comma, remove comment) which Tsareena's other moves can't, but this sacrifices a better coverage option in High Jump Kick.

Set Details
========

252 Attack EVs coupled with a Choice Band allow Tsareena to hit as hard as possible, meaning that it can letting it break down defensive walls, such as Alomomola and Blissey, with its high-powered STAB attack and coverage options.

Usage Tips
========

Tsareena should be used to break holes in the opponent's team, which is more crucial against bulky teams. It is best to bring Tsareena in safely with U-turn or Volt Switch, but it has its decent bulk (RC) meaning means it came can also take some resisted or weak neutral hits such as Rotom-W's Hydro Pump and Hippowdon's Earthquake. Try to avoid burns from Scald or Will-O-Wisp, from Pokemon such as Suicune and Rotom-W, whenever possible, as they can severely cripple Tsareena's breaking ability.

Team Options
========

Checks to Poison-types, Pokemon such as Scizor and Nidoking (RC) (repetition) can help Tsareena against the majority of Poison-types that can freely switch into it. Entry hazard removal from Pokemon such as Latias, Rotom-W, and Empoleon is useful so that pivoting with U-turn does not wear Tsareena and its teammates down too much, allowing Tsareena to freely use Knock Off. Tsareena can form a VoltTurn core with Pokemon such as Scizor, Rotom-W, and Mega Manectric to further pressure foes.

Other Options
=============

However, this lacks the immediate power that a Choice Band provides, reducing Tsareena's(space)ability to cripple defensive foes. A defensive Rapid Spin set can be used, but a more offensive set is better to capitalize on Tsareena's high Attack and good movepool. Aromatherapy can be used to cure teammates of status ailments, but it Tsareena(space)is outclassed by Sylveon as a cleric and such a set doesn't make use of Tsareena’s Tsareena's Attack.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Revenge Killers**: Choice Scarf users such as Infernape and Hydreigon can outspeed Tsareena and OHKO Tsareena it with super effective moves. Faster offensive Pokemon such as Mega Beedrill and Mega Aerodactyl also outspeed and OHKO Tsareena.

**Burns**: Burns from moves such as Suicune's Scald and Rotom-W's Will-O-Wisp halve Tsareena's Attack, meaning that it cannot effectively wallbreak.
