There won't be drastic change; if anything there with be some more tutor moves, which aren't that hard to patch on. Egg move additions/level up moves could change, but most of the mons that are available now kinda have fixed movepools by this point :/
I think what'll happen is some movesets may change, but the ones we have now should remain viable, even if others spring up :)
