I just got back from Mexico actually yesterday, so now I'll have wifi almost everyday. As for tomorrow, I have school orientation, so that may be an exception. Except for that, for the next week, I will have almost nothing to do.
Not how it works. There is no such thing as pure chance. Naive synchers will change the spreads you can get. Check with RNGreporter sometime by inputting a syncher nature. Those results will be ALWAYS what you get.
Well if you are dropping Ice Beam on Tentacruel (its your call but I personally like to hit pokemon such as Flygon). Then I think that Thunder Wave and Seismic Toss should be Blisseys next moves. The reason for this is that due to the Popular Sub Pain Split Gengar which can defeat Blissey thunderwave is invaluable since it will cripple Gengar.It also has some rather nice synergy with Jirachi since it can abuse paralysis and Flinch with Iron Head.

That would depend on your calibrated data. If it's the target spread is within 4 delay of your calibrated, do not use Pikatimer. Higher delays are where PikaTimer should be used.

Perseverance my friend. Make sure that if your target delay is odd, you're getting odds. Same with evens. You can switch what sort of delays you get by inserting a 3rd gen GBA Pokemon cart.

You could do that, couldn't hurt. Maybe you should leave the town, and re-enter and reset NPC positions. Make sure to mash A. Do not let those NPC's have a chance to move.
Sometimes it's like that. You might just want to resave and get a new frame, hopefully a more stable one. Make sure to get that egg as fast as humanly possible(mash that A button) to get the egg prior to NPC movements.
It only counts if it has a caught/defeated (not traded) Pokemon on it.
