The only things I can think of that you may miss out on getting doubles of if you have 2 games on 1 account are promotions that are tied to your Pokémon Trainer Club account, such as the Eeveelutions or Togekiss.

Okay, let me add that FC and then I'll be on Wifi again.
You go to the middle room and select Wifi. If you switched DSs, then it should ask you if you want to associate your BW catridge with the new DS. Select yes and then leave the Wifi room. You will have a new FC. Give me that, reenter mine, and go back into the Wifi room and everything should work.
Are you having trouble connecting? I'll check to make sure I entered your FC correctly.
