Intro: Hello I'm a long time player on Smogon but not to much of a contributor I am however trying to get more involved. Anyways I've been working on this set for a while and found it pretty effective hope you enjoy.

Special Based Agility Sweeper

Move1: Agility
Move2: Aura Sphere
Move3: Shadow Ball
Move4: HP Ice/HP Rock
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Modest
EV’s: 60Hp/196Spe/252Spa

Lucario’s lackluster speed is usually his downfall but this can be fixed after an agility boost. After a single agility boost Lucario is able to out speed just about anything on the tier including his usual counters. With his great typing resistance to Stealth Rock, immunity to toxic spike this Lucario makes for a great sweeper. Because most people expect Lucario to run a physical set Lucario can abuse his higher base SPA stat to surprise opponents.

A Modest nature with 252SPA lets Lucario hit 361 SPA. 196 Ev’s in speed sets Lucario at 265, allowing him to out speed Scarfed base speed 125’s after an agility boost. 252 speed EV’s won’t let Lucario out speed anything special so the 60 left over can be spilled into HP for overall bulk.

Agility allows Lucario to out speed virtually everything in OU. Aura Sphere is Lucario’s main STAB attack. Shadow Ball rounds of coverage allowing Lucario to hit everything on the tier for neutral damage. HP Ice is the superior option for the last move spot as it allows Lucario to hit Gliscor, and Salamence for 4x super effective damage. However HP rock would let Lucario hit Gyarados and Salamence for 2x super effective damage, however Lucario looses coverage on Gliscor his usual counter.

Flash cannon disserves a mention as a second STAB but it doesn’t do anything special for coverage. Focus Blast can be used as a powerful alternative over Aura Sphere if you don’t mind the 70% accuracy (Focus Blast does 46% - 54.2% to Calm Blissey). Lucario Also has access to vacuum wave if you want to use his STAB priority. A physical move set can also be used but it is out classed by Lucario’s sword dance set.

Lucario appreciates help from a mixed wall breaker or strong physical attacker that can take care of Blissey (Note Blissey won’t switch into this set until it’s sure it lacks close combat). Once Blissey is taken out of the picture Lucario can set up and start sweeping. Scarftar can pursuit blissey and latias and start sandstorm. Heatran, Azelf and Gengar can lure out your opponents special wall and explode on them opening holes in your opponent’s team for a Lucario sweep. And of course extra damage from tspikes and SR is always welcome.

Some Damage Calculations:
Shadow ball vs. 4Hp/0SpD Latias 59.6%-70.9% 2HKO
Shadow ball vs. Defensive Calm Mind Latias 54.1%-64.3% 2HKO (barring use of calm mind)
Aura Sphere vs. Diverse Blissey 43.5% - 51.4% chance for a 2HKO with two layers of Toxic Spikes
Aura Sphere vs. Calm Mind Jirachi 47.8% - 56.4% 2HKO after Stealth Rock damage
Aura Sphere vs. Choice Scarfed Jirachi (80hp/252Stk/176Spe) 53.5% - 63.2% 2HKO

The writing is subpar, and the set doesn't seem especially interesting at first glance. Also, follow the correct format guidelines when submitting sets.

Next time, post your set in the Quality Control forum for review first.
