I think it'd be clearer if you said "Every move has a Base Power equal to 10 x the number of letters in its name. Spaces count."For each letter there is in the name of a move that does damage, that move gets +10 Base Power. Spaces count.
90-100 BP sounds fair enough, considering the average usable offensive move has 120 BP.I feel there should probably a cap on these healing moves. Parabolic Charge is GG condition -_-

Chlorrophyll Victreebell with Weather Ball in the sun is a force to be reckoned with.
Hyperspace Hole is also neat. Being able to hit through Protect and Detect means Stall is probably completely dead when paired up with its 150 BP.
As for Heliolisk let's not forget that Parabolic Charge isn't a priority move. Which means a strong priority move (and since they all got buffed to 80) may be able to sneak in a OHKO. Too bad the only one I found thus far is Choice Band Dragonite's Extreme Speed who is suspected.
Oh, by the way does Sucker Punch fall into the category of other priority moves or is it like ExtremeSpeed and considered like a special case due to its low PP and situational use.

No, i think I already have something planned to even it out, and it's pretty op at the same time :]Maybe moves that have a positive secondary effect above 50% could have their power halved? So charge beam, flame charge, and power-up punch would be half as ridiculous. That or base power for those moves could be capped at 100.
