Timburr doesn't like Snubbull. Pawniard doesn't like Will-o-Wisp. Together, they fight crime!
As previously mentioned, Pawniard deals with Snubbull, who shuts Timburr's attempts at sweeping down. In return, Timburr deals with things like Ponyta so that Pawniard has an easier time sweeping. Pawniard also deals with Fletchling without Overheat, Timburr's other biggest threat.
Pursuit is used as surprise factor to catch dumb Gastlys and Amauras who want a free switch out.

What this team needs is slow, bulky pivots to bring it in against threats. RestTalk Chinchou fits that description perfectly. It acts as my main check to Flying-types, notably walling Fletchling without HP Grass and beating Vullaby.
Chinchou also beats Ponyta as an additional measure.

At this point Diglett, Mienfoo and Croagunk are all pretty big threats to this team: I run Fletchling to soft-check all three threats. Fletchling can double as a secondary wincon AND a pivot: it's crazy good.
Pawniard is already pretty well-checked between my Timburr and my CS Pawniard (CS Pawniard is the best Pawniard variant at checking opposing Pawniard) and things like Tirtouga and Omanyte are soft-checked by Chinchou. It MIGHT be worth it to run something that can better take care of both though, leading to...

You can't spell bulky offense without Foongus! This cute little guy beats Chinchou, which my team has immense trouble dealing with. He acts as a check to Water and Ground-types Fletchling and Chinchou can't deal with, like Onix and Tirtouga.
In return, Timburr and Chinchou take care of Vullaby and Pawniard takes care of Psychic-types.

This cutie completes my set! He soft-checks Croagunk, provides much-needed Rocks support to deter Larvesta AND removes hazard stacking! Great guy!

EQ is STAB, Rapid Spin is for hazard removal, Rock Slide is for coverage and Stealth Rock is standard. I run Stealth Rock over Poison Jab because I already have Foongus for Cottonee. It also acts as an additional measure against things like Larvesta.

Threats:

Abra - As long as it gets a clean switch, Abra lives anything with Sash and kills using the appropriate move. It's only possible for me to RK this thing, and even then it can get free switches out if my Pawniard is down. Only CS Pawniard, Fletchling and Timburr outspeed/outpriority this thing.

Faster Rocks - Drilbur is actually not that good at setting rocks, only hitting 17 Speed and having no advantages besides that. In addition, lots of the rocks setters (like Ferroseed) can threaten it with its STAB moves, as it's so frail.

Other Fletchling - I can't really check Fletchling all that good as long as I don't know its set.
