cloyster is not in the same egg group as greninja, at best you can see if kabutops can learn it because he's in both Cloyster and Ninja's egg groups

I can't test it with Omanyte, but neither Kabuto or Clauncher can learn Water Shuriken as an egg move so I'd say that the chances of getting it on Cloyster are pretty small, at least until the other Pokemon come over.

Did you breed it with something that knew Rock Blast? I caught mine fresh from the sea and expected Rock Blast to show up at the Move Relearner, but nothing's there. Although, this would confirm that Rock Blast is still an egg move.

I got it through a Wonder Trade; I assume that a trainer bred it into Shellder, as I was able to last generation. I can look around and see which Pokemon gives Shellder that egg move.
