Ok anyone here remember the band Creed? Well yeah they splited up for those who do not know, the split up happened because of the behavior of the lead singer Scott Stapp assaulting the Bass player Brian Marshall, and later on the Guitarist Mark Tremonti and Drummer Scott Philips could not stand his behavior any longer such as being drunk in interviews, getting put in jail on his Wedding Day, and several other things. Eventually Mark Tremonti and Scott Philips could not tolerate his behavior any longer so the band broke up in 2004 after 3 multiplantium albums.
Some time around 2004 Mark Tremonti, Scott Philips, and Brian Marshall where talking to their good friend Myles Kennedy, which so happened that Myles and his band members of The Mayfield Four broke up sometime in 2002 to pursue other intrests. Slash ( Former Guitarist of Guns "N" Roses.) asked Myles Kennedy to be the lead singer of their band Velvet Revolver, but he turned him down to be the lead singer of a new project Mark Tremonti, Scott Philips, and Brian Marshall had and thus the formation of the band Alter Bridge was created.
So there is the background information so does anyone here like them? They have had 2 albums so far One Day Remains was there first in 2004, and Blackbird is their latest which was released in 2007.
