Cycle 3 is now closed! Here's how everything fell:

  1. DLT Myth & Roid - 1797 ELO - Akaru Kokuyo
  2. DLT teamjon - 1788 ELO - Ezrael
  3. DLT Fris - 1776 ELO - frisoeva
  4. dlt fibf - 1767 ELO - Mishimono
  5. dlt it smlt it - 1757 ELO - laptops
  6. DLT Mew Mew - 1725 ELO - Mr.GX
Congratulations to all, especially Akaru Kokuyo and Ezrael, who have earned byes for the first round of playoffs! I didn't find anyone registered under the name "DLTChokingGiraffe" on this thread, so unless someone claims that registration at some point, I believe the above is the correct list. The last cycle begins now, good luck to everyone still trying to qualify!

EDIT: DLTChokingGiraffe has been claimed by Demantoid, so he qualifies with 1758 ELO above laptops. Mr.GX is no longer in the top 6 and has to try again next cycle.

I have no idea why Princess Mishiimono maintains that the DLT rules don't apply to her. Perhaps the thought popped into her head during omphaloskepsis.

With Demantoid claiming ownership of DLTChokingGiraffe, he's qualified as part of Cycle 3. This means Mr.GX will have to try again this cycle, as he's no longer in the top 6. The OP will be edited to reflect this change shortly.

This concludes the qualifying for DLT! Screenshot for the final cycle below:

Thus, the final six qualifiers are as follows:
  1. DLT WATER PRINCESS - Frania (1873 + bye)
  2. DLT emilio f - z0mOG (1804 + bye)
  3. DLT Mew Mew - Mr.GX (1789) (for real this time)
  4. dlt k 8 s m - k 8 s m (1774)
  5. DLT Astorea - Ann nonima (1764)
  6. DLT Random Buttons - fespy (1762)
With those additions, the pairings for the first round of playoffs are set, so here we go! Seeds were determined by the ELO your qualifying account had at the time of qualification. The eight people who received byes will have their first match set next week, I didn't forget about you! The challonge for this tournament is linked here, for transparency.
