- So this is my first OU team and please comment below and suggestions/improvements, so here we go.
Ability: Serene Grace
EV's: 252 atk / 4 def / 252 spe
Nature: Jolly
Move 1: U-Turn
Move 2: Heart Stomp
Move 3: Iron Head
Move 4: Fire Punch
I chose Jirachi for its amazing potential. it has many resistances and a very solid typing. although it has the same typing as metagross, I find it more useful. Although jirachi is hard to get, try to find one on the GTS as they are very useful. I enjoy this set because serene grace and heart stomp pair together well
Heracross: Heracronite
Ability:Movie
EV's: 240 hp / 136 atk / 132 spe
Nature: Adamant
Move 1:Substitute
Move 2:Pin Missile
Move 3: Swords Dance
Move 4: Close Combat
I chose Mega-Heracross because its so underrated but I love it, it fits perfect in my team comp as well. Its typing is also unique. It is the mega on my team because its megas stats are quite strong. I chose swords dance however substitute would work well as well.
Amoongus: Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EV's: 248 hp / 168 def / 92 spD
Nature:Bold
Move 1: Spore
Move 2: Giga Drain
Move 3: Clear Smog
Move 4: Sludge Bomb
I chose amoongus as it is a good staller and a fairly nice typing. It also has spore, a really good move which puts the target to sleep. I chose clear smog to break dragon dancers or calm minders. black sludge also helps against targets like weaviles pickpocket.
Volcanion: Choice Specs
Ability: Water absorb
EV's: 4 hp / 252 spA / 252 spe
Nature: Modest
Move 1: Flamethrower
Move 2: Steam Eruption
Move 3: Sludge Bomb
Move 4: Earth Power
I chose volcanion due to its strong moveset. I have been in many battles with volcanion, and it is very useful against many pokemon. it checks many other OU pokemon. Choice specs makes it faster, convenient for volcanion and its low speed.
Zapdos: Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 252 hp / 172 def / 68 spA / 16 spe
Nature : Bold
Move 1: Roost
Move 2: Volt Switch
Move 3: Defog
Move 4: Heat wave.
I chose zapdos as I needed an electric type and stumbled upon zapdos. zapdos has a really good type combo. It has very good bulk as well. It is also a very good defensive type and allows it to meat many high threat pokemon in this OU tier
Gliscor: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EV's: 244 hp / 8 def / 200 spD / 56 spe
Nature: Careful
Move 1:Roost
Move 2:Facade
Move 3:Swords Dance
Move 4:Earthquake
Last on my team is Gliscor, who I really like and typing is really good and is a good stallbraker. Façade is really good in this set, as the toxic orb and poison heal combo also do well. It is also immune to status with this set, due to the Toxic Orb
