DNA Donors: Metagross / Pinsir
Offspring name: Metsir
New type: Steel/Bug
New base stats: 72/150/115/75/80/97(+20 Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Breaker - This pokemon's attacks aren't hindered by stat boosts, drops or abilities.
Notable moves: Brick Break, Body Slam, Explosion, Double Edge, Earthquake, Facade, Grass Knot, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Power-Up-Punch, Pursuit, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Sludge Bomb, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Storm Throw, Superpower, Swords Dance, X-Scissor
Role identification: Boasting one of the best types in the game, Metsir functions differently from Scizor and Escavalier. Although it also has access to Swords Dance and Bullet Punch, Bulk Up gives it an alternate route. Alternatively, Close Combat offers amazing coverage and doesn't hinder defenses like Superpower. But the real differences are in the megas..

DNA Donors: Metagross / Pinsir
Offspring name: Metsir
New type: Steel/Bug
New base stats: 72/160/135/95/100/137(+20 Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Brick Break, Body Slam, Explosion, Double Edge, Earthquake, Facade, Grass Knot, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Power-Up-Punch, Pursuit, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Sludge Bomb, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Storm Throw, Superpower, Swords Dance, X-Scissor
Role identification: A much faster, slightly less bulkier Mega Scizor with a variety of options to go for in SD, Bulk Up, Rock Polish, etc.

DNA Donors: Metagross / Pinsir
Offspring name: Metsir
New type: Steel/Flying
New base stats: 72/180/135/85/90/117(+20 Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Aerilate
Notable moves: Brick Break, Body Slam, Explosion, Double Edge, Earthquake, Facade, Grass Knot, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Power-Up-Punch, Pursuit, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Sludge Bomb, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Storm Throw, Superpower, Swords Dance, X-Scissor
Role identification: Swords Dance. Aerilate. Explosion. 180 attack. All you need. The great typing helps. Or if you don't want to destroy yourself just run Double-Edge/Mash/CC/Swords Dance. A beast of a pokemon.

DNA Donors: Pidgeot / Darkrai
Offspring name: Darkeot
New type: Flying/Dark
New base stats: 83/85/82/120/80/123 (+7 HP, +15 SpA, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Mind Meddler - If the opponent's sleeping or confused, they lose 1/8 of their max HP a the end of each turn
Notable moves: Blizzard, Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Dark Void, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Pursuit, Rock Slide, Sludge Bomb, Spacial Rend, Swords Dance, Sucker Punch, Thunder, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, Spacial Rend, Heat Wave
Role identification: I feel that with this guy, there's no point in giving it too much additional bulk. It has Normal/Dark, takes up your mega slot and while it's definitely strong, it's frail and dies to Mach Punch. But all these flaws aside...

DNA Donors: Pidgeot / Darkrai
Offspring name: Darkeot
New type: Flying/Dark
New base stats: 83/85/87/180/90/143 (+7 HP, +15 SpA, +2 Speed)
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable moves: Blizzard, Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Dark Void, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Pursuit, Rock Slide, Sludge Bomb, Spacial Rend, Swords Dance, Sucker Punch, Thunder, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, Spacial Rend
Role identification: I gave this thing more or less the same SpA as Magmozam, the advantage Darkeot has over Magmozam is the fact that is has No Guard. It's also a disadvantage as no guard leaves it vulnerable to powerful revenge killers with high BP, low acc moves. It also dies to Mach Punch, something magmozam doesn't. Like Pidgetot, it has guaranteed sleep and Nasty Plot (also CM). So yeah, there wasn't much to sugarcoat this thing by giving it bulk it doesn't need. However I limited the SpA so it would still be an alternative to Magmozam than an outright superior option.

Reserving my old Charizard + Tyranitar in this post.

New base stats: 99/119/104/112/103/91
New ability and desc: Sand Flare - Starts up Sandstorm, Fire and Rock attacks do 1.5 as long as sand is up
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake
Role identification: Decent typing and bulk. Speed hurts it. It's own sandstorm does as well. It can be both a blessing and a curse.

[Should I change it so it just gets a boost in sand doesn't actually start sandstorm? idk)

New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Pursuit
Role identification: Serves as a slower, but more powerful, and far bulkier Mega Zard X. Not to mention, it can set up Stealth Rock, still can't be burned, as has additions to an already great move pool.

New ability and desc: Sand Stream
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake

Role identification: Oddly enough, while having a bad defensive typing, this is actually faster, although its own sand leaves it susceptible to Sand Rush Juggernaughts. However, if this can get a DD up it could be very lethal. It also has the unique option of resisting most -ates, and also has nice SpD in the sand with 99/123 special bulk and great 99/144 physical bulk. Too bad it's weak to Ground and Water...

Fair point. I just used my old template which was apparently incomplete. I'll edit in that post soon as I edit this one with another fusion.

Shuddering at the thought of reposting Swamptile yet again.

Did I mention I'll repost this? Don't bother with the mega btw.

Parents:
Avalugg / Tyranitar
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Avatar
New type: Ice / Dark
New base stats: 107 / 135 / 157 / 79 / 83 / 54
New ability and desc: Sand Body - Summons Sandstorm and halve the damage of all super effective attacks taken by this poke in Sandstorm (or this poke will suck because of its typing).
Notable moves: Avalanche, Earthquake, Recover, Stone Edge, Rapid Spin, Toxic, Superpower, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Iron Head, Thunder Wave, Crunch, Taunt, Curse, Rock Polish.
Role identification: A wall with high attack. It has a very bad typing, so I made its ability a bit broken. I'm sure it won't be overpowered even with its ability.

These are my submissions for this round, I will leave the fun with Ghost/Fighting and Ghost/Fairy pukimans to the others (cough cough Gardevoir+whatever in the Amorphous group cough cough Golurk+Machamp cough cough).

(I may draw an artwork of it if it doesn't turn out to be too difficult)
DNA Donors: Metagross / Banette
Offspring name: Banegross
New type: Ghost / Steel
New base stats: 72 / 135 / 97 / 89 / 86 / 87 (+10 Atk, +10 Special Defense, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Hard Body (Insomnia + Clear Body) - Stat drops inflicted either by moves, abilities or status are ignored.
Notable moves: Meteor Punch, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claws, Phantom Force, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Pursuit, Hammer Arm, Hone Claws, Agility, Destiny Bond, Will-O-Wisp, Magnet Rise, Pain Split, Disable, Thunder Wave
Role identification: It's immune to stat drops of all kind, it has Aegi's typing and 2 STAB priorities and it can reliably go Scarfed thanks to its nice 87 Speed.

DNA Donors: Mega Metagross / Banette
Offspring name: Mega Banegross X
New type: Ghost / Steel
New base stats: 72 / 145 / 117 / 99 / 106 / 127
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Meteor Punch, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claws, Phantom Force, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Pursuit, Hone Claws, Agility
Role identification: This one is like a Ghost/Steel version of MegaGross, but it has double priority STAB, Sucker Punch, Knock Off and far better Speed.

DNA Donors: Metagross / Mega Banette
Offspring name: Mega Banegross Y
New type: Ghost / Steel
New base stats: 72 / 185 / 107 / 99 / 106 / 97
New ability and desc: Prankster
Notable moves: Destiny Bond, Will-O-Wisp, Magnet Rise, Pain Split, Disable, Thunder Wave, Taunt, Confuse Ray, Meteor Punch, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claws, Phantom Force, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Pursuit, Hammer Arm, Hone Claws, Agility
Role identification: Welcome the monster: MHeracross's Attack (the highest base Attack stat in OU, before abilities and items), 72/107/106 bulk, decent 97 Speed (and priority Agility/Rock Polish to double it), Prankster to setup with priority or to inflict statuses to the opponent, STAB priority for both its types and Sucker Punch, Knock Off to stall-break or nullify Choichers... What else? Oh, Phantom Force can break Protect and similar moves and it has Aegislash's typing.

DNA Donors: Latias / Togekiss
Offspring name: Latiakiss
New type: Dragon / Fairy
New base stats: 90 / 60 / 100 / 120 / 130 / 110 (+9 HP, -5 Attack, +8 Defense, +5 Special Attack, +8 Special Defense, +15 Speed) (MEGA: 91 / 70 / 130 / 150 / 150 / 110)
New ability and desc: Earth Gift (Levitate + Serene Grace) - If the opponent uses a Ground-type move agains this Pokemon, this Pokemon's chance of activating secondary effects of moves is doubled permanently; immune to Ground-type moves. (MEGA: Levitate)
Notable moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, Psyshock, Psychic, Mist Ball, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot, Energy Ball, Flamethrower, Aura Sphere, Calm Mind, Stored Power, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Icy Wid, Surf, Defog, Wish, Heal Bell, Roost, Recover, Healing Wish, Baton Pass
Role identification: She (I want her to be only female :3) can perform as many roles, but Cleric/Defogger is the one he may perform best. She has a good 90/100/130 bulk, Togekiss's 120 SpA, Dragon/Fairy typing, good ability and a wide movepool (is amazing to see how Latias's and Togekiss's movepools complete each other), including Aura Sphere for Heatran, Ice and Steel types, Ice Beam for Landorus and Dragon types, Energy Ball for Water types (mainly Water/Ground), Thunderbolt and Surf for Talonflame, Flamethrower for Skarmory and Scizor, Psychic, Psyshock and Air Slash for Venusaur, Poison and Fighting types and powerful STABs and set-up moves. It has a Megaevolution, but I would prefer the normal form as she doesn't need power or Levitate and using your mega slot for her isn't worth it.
WIP

DNA Donors: Latios / Jirachi
Offspring name: Latiochi
New type: Dragon / Steel
New base stats: 90 / 100 / 90 / 130 / 110 / 120 (+5 Attack, +15 Special Attack, +5 Special Defense, +15 Speed) (MEGA: 90 / 140 / 110 / 160 / 120 / 120 )
Notable moves: Flash Cannon, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Psychic, Focus Blast, Psyshock, Dark Pulse, Energy Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Surf, Will-O-Wisp, Calm Mind, Roost, Trick, Memento, U-turn, Earthquake, Dragon Dance, Doom Desire, Defog, Fire Punch
Role identification: He has a nice movepool, good Special Attack and Speed, many status moves for support and a unique typing in OU (not in this meta, but is the only special attacker of this type). Fighting-type is his only weakness and has various Psychic-type moves to cover it. The Mega has good attacking stats to even go mixed or run a Dragon Dance set, but I still prefer the normal form. He's Latiakiss's perfect counterpart and teammate as they fulfill each other's weaknesses: Fighting-type is not very effective on Latiakiss and she has a decent Defense to wall them and some Psychic-, Flying- and Fairy-type moves to check them, while Latiachi is immune to Poison-type, Steel-type moves aren't very effective on him and Ice- and Fairy-type moves hit him for neutral damage.

DNA Donors: Heatran / Greninja
Offspring name: Grenheatja
New type: Water / Fire
New base stats: 81 / 92 / 92 / 126 / 92 / 119 (+4 Defense, +10 Special Attack, +6 Special Defense, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Evaporation (Torrent + Flash Fire) - If this Pokemon is hit by a Water-type move, its Fire-type moves have their power increased by 50%; immune to Water-type moves.
Notable moves: Scald, Lava Plume, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse, Grass Knot, Gunk Shot, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Low Kick, Taunt, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, Spikes
Role identification: Mainly I made it to create a Mon with STAB Scald and Lava Plume for burn spam. Its STABs combination is unresisted and it has a wide coverage, with moves super effective against all its weaknesses: Ground-type for Rock and Electric types and Water- and Grass-type for Ground types.

(same as Banegross)
DNA Donors: Pangoro / Tornadus
Offspring name: Tornagoro
New type: Flying / Fighting
New base stats: 90 / 120 / 80 / 100 / 80 / 100 (+3 HP, +1 Atk, +6 Def, +3 SpA, +5 SpD, +16 Spe) BST: 570
New ability and desc: Rapid Fist (Prankster + Iron Fist) - Gives +1 priority to Punch-based moves.
Notable moves: Hammer Arm, Drain Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Sky Uppercut, Power-Up Punch, Knock Off, Acrobatics, Iron Head, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Parting Shot, U-turn, Crunch, Zen Headbutt, Tailwind, Agility, Low Kick, Taunt, Hurricane, Heat Wave, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb
Role identification: Our new Talonflame. With its incredible movepool, its amazing ability and its nice 120 base Attack, this Pokemon is very dangerous. Immune to Ground-type moves, it can perform perfectly in a Volt-turn core, to first set a Tailwind, then sweep with its priority and switch out with either U-turn or Parting Shot when it encounters a counter. With all its punching moves, you only have to choose which one you want to use as a STAB and which others as coverage move. You can go with Hammer Arm for power, Drain Punch for recovery, Sky Uppercut for good BP or even Power-Up punch to boost your Atk, and then Thunder Punch for Flying and Water types, Ice Punch for Dragons and Landorus or Fire Punch for Skarmory, other Steel types and Grass types. Then you can choose between either a boosting move, such as Tailwind for Speed, Swords Dance for Attack, Bulk Up for Attack and Defense and Hone Claws for Attack and accuracy, or a coverage move, for example a second stab in Acrobatics or Aerial Ace, a coverage move, for example Iron Head or Gunk Shot/Poison Jab for Fairies, Rock Slide/Stone Edge for Birds or even Hurricane or a special move, thanks to its nice 100 Special Attack. All in all, a beast!

Reposting this, but it has different typing because of new rule.

Parents: Swampert / Dragalge
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: SWAGalge
New type:
Poison / Ground
New base stats: 92 / 102 / 100 / 101 / 116 / 62
New ability and desc: Polluted Water (Torrent + Poison Touch) - The base power of Special Poison and Water type moves becomes x1.5.
Notable moves: Hydro Pump, Scald, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Stealth Rock, Focus Blast, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt
Role identification: A slow but strong Special Attacker that can take a hit. It only got Curse as a boosting move, so don't expect too much. It got a super strong Poison STAB and extra STAB in Water moves, so might be a nice wallbreaker.

Also I keep reposting because I don't have any idea to make pokes with bad names like these right now.

This time I thought I should make a fusion for purposes of its ability... and I guess gives gives a whole new meaning to 'status-absorber'...

DNA Donors: Volcanion / Klefki
Offspring name: Klefanion
New type: Steel/Water
New base stats: 80 / 95 / 105 / 112 / 105 / 76 (+17 HP, +2 SpA, +17 SpD, +4 Spe)
New ability and desc: Status Absorb (Prankster + Water Absorb): Immunity to status moves that affect it, and status-moves heal it.
Notable moves: Calm Mind, Dazzling Gleam, Earth Power, Earthquake, Explosion, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Foul Play, Haze, Heat Wave, Hydro Pump, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Overheat, Play Rough, Scald, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Spikes, Steam Eruption, Stone Edge, Superpower, Switcheroo, Thunder Wave, Will-o-Wisp
Role identification: The literal status-absorber anyone needs. It can be both a bulky attacker or defensive wall, as it has a wide attack movepool along with decent status moves, thought lacking reliable recovery. It can also run a SubCM set, and with a good speed tier, I think it will do well any way thanks to its great ability (better than Water-type Gale Wings imo). Oh, and Black Sludge Switcheroo anyone?

Haven't done a regular fusion in a WHILE.

Parents: Jellicent / Gardevoir
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Jellivoir
New type: Ghost / Fairy
New base stats: 94 / 72 / 77 / 115 / 120 / 80
New ability and desc: Cursed Trace: traces the foe's ability. The foe's ability now has no effect on the foe.
Notable moves: Will-o-wisp, Recover, Moonblast, Hex, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, Scald, Confuse Ray, Psyshock, Healing Wish, Destiny Bond, Water Spout, Energy Ball, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Taunt, Hypnosis, Wish, Encore, and Calm Mind.
Role identification: Oh boy, say hello to a revamped Jellicent. Better bulk, speed, and movepool is amazing, with a pretty cool ability as well. This can remove the effect of pokemon's abilities like Talonflame, Mega Gardevoir, Garchomp, Gliscor (love the sound of that), Azumarill, and many more. Plus the support movepools of Jellicent and Gardevoir combined make for a great utility pokemon. It also has great dual STABs in Moonblast and Hex/Shadow Ball!

MEGA Jellivor
Parents: Jellicent / Gardevoir
Shared egg group: *Mega
Offspring name: Mega Jellivoir
New type: Ghost / Fairy
New base stats: 94 / 92 / 77 / 155 / 140 / 100
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable moves: Will-o-wisp, Recover, Moonblast, Hex, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, Scald, Confuse Ray, Psyshock, Healing Wish, Destiny Bond, Water Spout, Energy Ball, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Taunt, Hypnosis, Wish, Encore, and Calm Mind.
Role identification: While regular Jellivoir is a good utility mon, Mega Jellivor becomes a fearsome wallbreaker/sweeper. Ghost/Fairy is a great offensive combo, and it has decent bulk (especially on the special side), a special attack stat almost as good as Mega Gardevoir, and the movepool to support it. Shadow Ball and Hyper Voice will be hitting off a very high base 155 Special Attack, and Jellivoir has new options to hit/lure mons such as Ice Beam, Energy Ball, and Water Spout.

DNA Donors: Kyurem / Landorus
Offspring name: Kyurus
New type: Ice / Ground
New base stats: 111 / 130 / 90 / 130 / 90 / 118 (+4 HP, +3 Atk, +8 SpA, +5 SpD, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Sandy Pressure (Pressure + Sand Force): If this Pokemon is the target of a foe's move, that move loses one additional PP during Sandstorm.
Notable moves: Blizzard, Earth Power, Earthquake, Explosion, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Hammer Arm, Hone Claws, Ice Beam, Iron Head, Knock Off, Light Screen, Reflect, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Roost, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Superpower, Zen Headbutt
Role identification: Ice / Ground is probably one of the best, if not the best, offensive type, so thus any attacker is more than viable. With either physical, special, or mixed probably as equal as each other. It even has a whole load of set-up sweeper options, with Hone Claws, Bulk Up, Rock Polish, and Calm Mind, as well as an offensive lead thanks to Stealth Rock. All-round great offensive Pokemon.

DNA Donors:
Cofagrigus and Porygon-Z
Offspring name: Cofzorz
New type: Ghost/Normal
New base stats: 88/65/110/115/110/60
New ability and desc: Mummy + Adaptibility = Viral Meme: When this Pokemon hits a target with a STAB move, that Pokemon gains Viral Meme.
Notable moves: Porygon-Z's AND Cofagrigus' entire Special movepool, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Recover, Recycle, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Trick Room, Power Split
Role identification: This thing is insanely versatile. It can be a set-up sweeper using Nasty Plot, it can be a wall that lays hazards and throws out status, heal itself through the use of a Sitrus Berry/Recycle set or Recover... It has almost too many toys. Shadow Ball and Tri Attack let you hit literally everything but Tyranitar and Bisharp for at least neutral, and thanks to Viral Meme you can rob whatever you hit of their Abilities. Trick Room lets you turn yourself from a slow, bulky special sweeper into a fast, bulky special sweeper, and if you're running a special wall set that comes up against a physical sweeper, all you need is Power Trick and Will-o-Wisp to nerf it into oblivion. A gigantic special movepool allows for tons of coverage options. Tri Attack becomes usable again for the first time since Togekiss became a Fairy, BoltBeam lets you pump up your SpA while still dishing out big damage, you can status-stall forever with Toxic, Recover, and that lovely 88/110/110 bulk. I genuinely cannot stress how versatile this thing can be. It has one hell of a case of 4MSS, but all that means is that your opponent can't ever truly predict what you'll be running. All of this on top of of its amazing defensive and offensive typing.

Parnets: Torterra and Aggron
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Agrerrion
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 92/119/152/77/72/63
New ability and desc: Overgrow + Rock Head = Thick Bark: Prevents recoil damage from moves, and boosts the power of Grass-type moves by 1.5x when at 30% HP or less (can you say Hammer spam?).
Notable moves: Double-Edge, Head Smash, Wood Hammer, Heavy Slam, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunderpunch, Earthquake, Synthesis, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Protect
Role identification: A hefty physical tank with good coverage. Agrerrion can either be a physical attacker, throwing out heavy hits with Double-Edge and Wood Hammer, with the latter becoming even more powerful the closer it is to dying, or a great physical wall, status-stalling with Protect and Toxic while keeping itseelf alive with Synthesis or Leech Seed and throwing out Stealth Rock. An Assault Vest attacking set would help to cover its so-so SpD, while Leftovers can extend the survivability of a stall set even further. Addiionally, you could always Mega Evolve it...

Parents: Torterra and Mega Aggron
Shared egg group: Mega
Offspring name: Mega Agrerrion
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 92/149/202/77/92/63
New ability and desc: Filter
Notable moves: Wood Hammer, Heavy Slam, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunderpunch, Earthquake, Dragon Tail, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Protect
Role identification: You wanna talk about a stall set. Filter reduces Agrerrion's previously crippling 4x weakness to Fire down to 2x, and its 20-point boost to its SpD helps to soften those Flamethrowers and Fire Blasts even more. Synthesis and Leech Seed keep it alive while you stall, or if you prefer you can use Dragon Tail or Roar to phaze the opponent. While it isn't quite as physically defensive as regular Mega Aggron, Mega Agrerrion's increased Atk and SpD help to cover that flaw.

Parents: Cloyster and Carracosta
Shared egg group: Water 3
Offspring: Carracloyster
New type: Water
New base stats: 72/111/166/94/65/61
New ability and desc: Shell Armor + Solid Rock = Thick Carapace: This Pokemon is immune to critical hits and Super Effective attacks do half damage.
Notable moves: Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Hydro Pump, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Avalanche, Ice Beam, Earthquake, Poison Jab, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Protect, Shell Smash
Role identification: A physical tank that can dish out physical and special attacks in almost equal measure, Carracloyster has a lot of versatility. A lead that can set hazards, a physical wall that can extend its survivability with Leftovers, a set-up sweeper through the use of Shell Smash, or an all-out attacker that uses Assault Vest to cover its less than impressive SpD. Thick Carapace helps to take the edge off of those Super-Effective Electric- and Grass-type moves, which really helps considering most attacking moves of these types are special and Carracloyster's SpD is, as previously mentioned, not terribly outstanding.

DNA Donors:

Offspring name: Gendeo
New Type: Fighting / Ghost
New Base Stats: 78 (+3) / 68 / 82 (+7) / 140 (+10) / 82 / 129 (+20)
New Ability and Desc: Justified + Levitate: Righteous Mind (Immune to Dark-type attacks)
Notable Moves: Secret Sword, Shadow Ball, Will-o-Wisp, Calm Mind, Focus Blast, Scald, Hydro Pump, Sludge Wave, Thunderbolt, Substitute, Icy Wind, Disable, Pain Split, Destiny Bond, Taunt, Trick
Role Identification: A strong special attacker with a great offensive typing in Ghost / Fighting. It can fulfill many roles. It can run an effective choiced set with great neutral coverage between its STABs and a great move to hit special walls in Secret Sword, a coverage move and Trick to cripple walls. Besides this, it can also run a Calm Mind set, a SubCM set, and probably annoyer sets, such as SubWoW, SubTaunt and SubDisable, making it one of the most unpredictable attackers.

New Base Stats: 100 / 109 (+10) / 110 (+15) / 73 / 110 (+15) / 82
New Ability and Desc: Pressure + Sheer Force: Sheer Pressure. Removes secondary effects from the opponent's moves.
Notable Moves: Bulk Up, Extreme Speed, Roost, Waterfall, Return, Calm Mind, Scald, Rest, Sleep Talk, Brave Bird, Ice Beam, Rock Slide, U-turn, Whirlwind
Role Identification: Suiviary would be a very bulky physical set-up sweeper, working a little like normal Suicune, but now getting access to Bulk Up and Roost. However, with access to STAB Extreme Speed, it would also allow to work as a revenge killer in a pinch for balanced teams. Although not the strongest, banded and scarfed sets would work as well as it gets U-turn and the famed Extreme Speed. All-in-all a very good choice for balanced, semi-stall and bulky offense teams as a wincon and a physical sweeper, that can go special as a surprise I guess.

Reposting Ghetsis's work!

Ghetsis done did it again, but instead of fusing Kyurem with Reshiram and Zekrom, He fused it with Garchomp! Ladies and gentlemen, I present you to...

DNA Donors: Garchomp and Kyurem
Offspring name: Garurem
New type: Dragon
New base stats: 117/150/93/105/88/119 (+20 Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Sand Pressure (Sand Veil + Pressure) In sandstorm, if this Pokemon is the target of a foe's move, that move loses one additional PP. In addition to that, this Pokemon's evasiveness is increased to 1.25x with an immunity to Sandstorm. Also in addition, When this Pokemon uses sandstorm, it always last the maximum number of turns (8).
Notable moves: Sandstorm, Swords Dance, Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Facade, Iron Head, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Crunch, Poison Jab, Stealth Rock, Giga Impact, Aqua Tail, Zen Headbutt, Substitute, Dual Chop.
Role Identification: This is a great fusionmon with excellent stats. Its role is mainly based on its Attack in which it sets up with Swords Dance and then sweeps. This thing is a monster with its ability Sand Pressure. One of the very few downsides of this Pokemon is its single typing. This is mainly a downside because it has lower availability for STAB moves.

[Mega]

DNA Donors:
Garchomp and Kyurem
Offspring name: Garurem-Mega
New type: Dragon
New base stats: 117/190/123/145/98/109
New ability and desc: Sand Force - This Pokemon's Ground/Rock/Steel attacks do 1.3x in Sandstorm and is immune to Sandstorm.
This is mainly a downside because it causes the Fusionmon has lower availability for STAB moves. Its mega form may have stat benefits like in Attack, Defense, Special Attack, and Special Defense but a decrease in speed and an ability worse than the regular. Even though Garurem-Mega is good, I wouldn't recommend mega evolving it into this.

+

DNA Donors:
Meloetta / Aegislash
Offspring name: Aegietta
New type: Normal/Ghost "Aerial Forme" Fighting/Steel yeah let's not get too excited, Pirouette only adds secondary type fighting, so it's either Normal/Fighting or Ghost/Fighting. If you want fighting steel, the base form has to be steel/normal. "Perry Forme"
New base stats:
Shield Aerial:
80/64/134/89/159/75 (+20 Def and SpDef)
Attack Aerial:
80/134/64/159/89/75 (+20 Atk and SpAtk)
Shield Perry:
80/89/140/64/134/94 (+20 Def and SpDef)
Attack Perry: 80/159/70/134/64/94 (+20 Atk and SpAtk)

because this follows Mix and Mega mechanics, Meloetta's pirouette form is not compatible with any form changes like mega evolution or blade/pirouette. So whenever it changes form to Pirouette, it changes from Shield, not blade. Also because you're making this one pokemon, you only to get use one of +20 Def and +20 SDef, not both. Boosts have to be spread out, blade and shield just lets you switch those stats. You also seemed to have used custom stats for some of those. Meloetta's Aria and Pirouette forms just swap certain stats.

(All BST (601))
New ability and desc: Graceful Stance (Serene Grace + Stance Change) Graceful Stance allows Aegietta to switch between Shield Formes (high defensive stats, low offensive stats) and Attack Formes (high offensive stats, low defensive stats). Aegietta is always in Shield Forme if it is not battling, and as such, switching out reverts its Aerial Shield Forme. It changes to one of its Blade Formes when using a damaging move, and reverts to one of Shield Formes when using King's Shield. Status moves other than King's Shield will not change its form. Moves that call other moves, such as Sleep Talk, will not change Aegietta's Forme, even if they call a damaging move or King's Shield. Graceful Stance will add 50% chance of a move having an additional effect in Attack Formes.
Notable moves: Relic Song, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Focus Blast, Sacred Sword, Hyper Voice, Iron Head, Sword Dance, Iron Defence, Calm Mind, Automatize, King Shield
Role identification: This is Shulk in a Pokemon forme, it has amazing versatility and great typing, great step up and like Shulk can be used in many ways. In order for it to turn into its Perry Forme, you have to use Relic Song. Set example can be Lefti's Stall, Choice Specs, Life Orb All Out Attack, and much more.

Look I'm not generally one to criticize other people's ideas but this seems... Needlessly complicated. Why not just combine Meloetta's Aria Forme with Shield Forme and Pirouette with Blade? It'll be way less of a hassle to code, and assuming your idea was "make a really cool Stance Changer" then it'll still flow.

Well, LET THE DEFENSIVE REVOLUTION BEGIN!!!!!
Phase One

Parents : Aggron and Snorlax
Offspring : Aggrolax
New Type : Steel / Normal
New Ability and Desc : Immunizer (Immunity and Sturdy): This Pokemon is immune to attacks that would OHKO it at while it is at full HP.
New Stats : 125/120/142/72/95/50
Notable Moves : Heavy Slam, Body Slam, Curse, Thunder Wave, Return, Whrilwind, Stealth Rock, Roar, Dragon Tail, Elemental Punches, Rest, Sleep Talk, Stone Edge, Iron Head, Self-Destruct
Role Description : Aggrolax is the simple definition of a tank. Sporting amazing 125/142/95 bulk that helps it to do what it does best: Drop 'em rocks! And its ability Immunizer makes it immune to atacks that would OHKO it as long as its at full HP, so it usually gets one extra turn to phaze, paralyze, or drop 'em rocks. And its no slouch offensively either. 120 attack is nothing to scoff at. But you think its not bulky enough? Wait til you see its mega!

Parents : *Mega
Shared egg Group : Monster
New Type : Steel
Offspring Name : Mega Aggrolax
Ability : Filter
New Stats : 125/150/192/72/115/50
Notable Moves : Everything stated above
Role Identification : When you look at Mega Aggrolax, the first thing you see is its defensive stats. 125/192/115 bulk is simply outstanding! But wait, there's more! Combine it with the best defensive typing in the game, and you've got a wall. But wait, it gets Filter! Even harder to die! While its defence isn't as high as Meggaron, its base HP stats more than makes up for it. Its sheer presence on the field demands special attackers, but even they will struggle to get past its 125/115 bulk. Mega Aggrolax is the first of many! Soon more of Heatzong's diciples will assemble (barring my next fusion) and rule the world!!!!

Reserving Scrafty and Salamence.

Parents:
Abomasnow + Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Garasnow
New type: Ice / Ground
New base stats: 109/121/95/96/95/91 [BST 607]
New ability and desc: Snow Cloak (Snow Warning + Sand Veil) [Increases evasion to 1.25× during hail. Protects against hail damage.]
Notable moves: Earthquake, Ice Shard, Ice Punch, Fire Fang, Wood Hammer, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Leech Seed
Role identification: A powerful pokemon on its own right - its kind of like a faster and bulkier Mamoswine with a worse ability, and instead of using Freeze-Dry for Water-types it can use Wood Hammer and Energy Ball. It also lacks a powerful physical Ice attack outside of Ice Punch which is just meh. However, this monster can Mega Evolve into 2 different forms!

Parents: Abomasnow + Garchomp
Shared egg group: 「MEGA」
Offspring name: Mega Garasnow「SNOW」
New type: Ice / Ground
New base stats: 109/161/125/136/115/61 [BST 707]
New ability and desc: Snow Warning [Summons hail upon entering battle.]
Notable moves: Earthquake, Ice Shard, Ice Punch, Fire Fang, Wood Hammer, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Leech Seed
Role identification: A very potent wall breaker that also summons Hail, making it a pretty decent Mega for hail teams. 161 Attack is insane, while 136 Special Attack is just usable enough to go mixed with Fire Blast. It has Ice Shard to make up for its low Speed. A nightmare for sure.

+

Parents: Abomasnow + Garchomp
Shared egg group: 「MEGA」
Offspring name: Mega Garasnow「SAND」
New type: Ice / Ground
New base stats: 109/161/115/136/105/81 [BST 707]
New ability and desc: Sand Force [Strengthens Rock, Ground, and Steel moves to 1.3× their power during a sandstorm. Protects against sandstorm damage.]
Notable moves: Earthquake, Ice Shard, Ice Punch, Fire Fang, Wood Hammer, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Leech Seed
Role identification: Trades bulk and Snow Warning for more speed as compared to Mega Garasnow 「SNOW」. It's offenses are identical, which makes it a good alternative for teams that do not want to use Hail but still use Mega Garasnow.

EDIT: Changed Sand Stream to Snow Cloak because I didn't realize the implications with Sand Force on Mega Garasnow「SAND」

DNA Donors:
Articuno + Heatran
Offspring Name: Articran
New Type: Flying/Steel
New Base Stats: 100/87/113/122/125/81 (+10 HP, +10 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD) (BST: 628)
Ability: Pressure + Flash Fire = Burnout: Immune to Fire. If targeted by a Fire- type move, its attacker loses 5 PP for that move.
Notable Moves: Stealth Rock, Defog, Roost, Roar/Whirlwind, Hurricane, Flash Cannon, Lava Plume, Magma Storm, Freeze-Dry, Earth Power
Role Identification: Bulky support. It's capable of both setting and removing hazards, and it has reliable recovery to boot. Its great defensive typing, coupled with its ability, leaves it with only one weakness (Electric) and allows it to wall some of the most powerful offensive threats in Fusion Evolution, even the dreaded Hazard.

DNA Donors: Blastoise and Latios
Offspring name: Blastios
New type: Water/Dragon
New base stats: 79 / 86 / 100 / 117 / 107 / 114 ( +10 Defense +10 Special Attack +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Levitate + Torrent = Mud Absorb: Boosts the power of water-type moves by 50% when hit by a ground type move. Now Gains immunity to Ground-type moves.
Notable moves: Hydro Pump, Draco Meteor, Scald, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Thunderbolt, Calm Mind, Psyshock, Psychic, Rapid Spin, Trick, Outrage, Flash Cannon, Tailwind, Water Spout
Role identification: A fast, bulky and powerful Special Attacker with great all-around stats. It has a plenty of options in terms of special attacking with coverage options in Dark Pulse, Thunderbolt, and Flash Cannon. Psyshock lets it hit Special Walls hard. Water/Dragon complement each other very well with only two weaknesses and 3 resistances including 2 double resistances to Fire and Water, and an immunity that gives it a power boost courtesy of its ability, Mud Absorb. It can use a All-Out Special Attacking set, set up with Calm Mind, speed up with Tailwind and it can also be an Offensive Rapid Spinner. It also has Water Spout which it can put into good use without the need of a Choice Scarf.

Mega Blastios the Turtle (Blastoisinite)
DNA Donors:
Blastoise and Latios
Offspring name: Blastios
New type: Water/Dragon
New base stats: 79 / 106 / 120 / 167 / 117 / 114
New ability and desc: Mega Launcher
Notable moves: Dragon Pulse, Hydro Pump, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Calm Mind, Tailwind, Flash Cannon, Rapid Spin, Scald, Water Pulse, Thunderbolt, Water Spout
Role identification: Mega Launcher boosts the power of its STAB Dragon Pulse, giving it a power close to Draco Meteor while having 100% accuracy and no stat drops. Its Special Attack goes very high which comes great with a lot of Mega Launcher-boosted coverage moves that give them 120 base power. It gains some boost in bulk to take strong hits better. It has Calm Mind that allows it to be a more potent sweeper, Rapid Spin that allows hazard removal support, and Tailwind that gives it a good boost in Speed. Finally, it can also sweep with its powerful Water Spout in conjunction with its high Speed.

Mega Blastios the Jet plane (Latiosite)
DNA Donors:
Blastoise and Latios
Offspring name: Blastios
New type: Water/Dragon
New base stats: 79 / 126 / 120 / 147 / 117 / 114
New ability and desc: Levitate
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Outrage, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Earthquake, Iron Tail, Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump, Tailwind
Role identification: It has a higher Attack stat that allows it to go physical with Dragon Dance in its arsenal. Otherwise, Blastoisinite is far better. No wonder OU Latios does not use it.

EDIT: added mentions of Water Spout which I forgot earlier

I loving how defensive pokes are running it. But of course it will never be all defence and I'm contributing to it. :/

Parents: Scrafty + Salamence
Shared Egg Group:
Dragon
Typing: Fighting / Dragon
Offspring Scraftmence
New Ability and Desc Mob Boss (Intimidate + Moxie): This Pokemon lowers the attack of foe and raises its own attack upon switch in.
New Stats 90/122/107/87/107/89
Notable Moves Outrage, High Jump Kick, Dragon Dance, Drain Punch, Poison Jab, Dragon Claw, Elemental Punches, Roost, Refresh, Brickbreak, Substitute, Focus Punch, Iron Head, Dragon Tail, Fire Blast, Knock Off, Crunch, Focus Blast, Draco Meteor, Earthquake
Role description While its stats aren't worthwhile, and doesn't set it apart form the hard hitters like Hazard or Magmozam, what makes Scraftmence really shine is its unique typing and incredible ability in Mob Boss, which not only makes it more physically defensive, but also gives it a boost to attack upon switch in, effectively making behave like a +2 boost! It can perform a variety of sets, from Choice set to sets to SubPunch to mixed sets to even defensive sets, utilizing Roost and Refresh. Its variety and amazing ability will make it an uprepared for and potencially devastating threat!

Also, I'm reserving Tentacruel + Drapion #NoSpinblok4U

Parents : Drapion + Tentacruel
Shared Egg Group : Water 3
Offspring : Dracruelion
Typing : Poison / Dark
New Stats : 85/90/97/80/107/107
New Ability and Desc : Liquid Armour (Liquid Ooze + Battle Armour): If this pokemon is struck by à critical hit, the 1.5 damage is done against the foe rather than itself.
Notable Moves : Acid Spray, Knock Off, Rapid Spin, Pursuit, Poison Jab, Scald, Swords Dance, Crunch, Giga Drain
Earthquake
Role Description : This right here, is a Rapid Spinner with attitude, a predator of land and sea. Dracruelion distances itself from most spinners in that it has a great defensive typing and isn't deterred by Ghosts. With an amour that reflects the damage that critical hits give, Dracruelion has tools to its dispensal to help it. STAB knock off, access to Scald (abeit not STAB) great speed (for a defensive Pokemon), and great 85/97/107 defences allows it to guareentee it gets off rocks. All in all its a great utility Pokemon.

Offspring name: Glarem

DNA Donors: Glalie + Kyurem

New ability: Refrigerate
Notable moves: Hyper Voice, Freeze-Dry, Double-Edge, Return/Frustration, Dragon Pulse, Drago Meteor, Earthquake, Earth Power, Crunch, Roost
Role identification: An Ice / Dragon wallbreaker with high speed. However, its defenses are barely any better than Glalie's, so it's still susceptible to Scarfers and priority.
