Hey guys here I am with another PU minitour. This time with a twist. I will adopt some kind of tyrant leadership for PU and ban/allow important and centralizing moves in the tier as well as add a few mons.

The Changes
- Post replays or void
- Altaria, Beedrill, Glalie, Lopunny, Banette, Ampharos and Camerupt are ALLOWED without the respective megastone.
- Overgrow Serperior (and Color Change Kecleon for consistency even tho it sucks) is ALLOWED
- Bouffalant, Mantine, Miltank and Muk are ALLOWED because I say so
- Knock Off is banned
- That means Sneasel and Throh are ALLOWED
- Shadow Tag Wynaut and Gothita is allowed
- You can't set up more than one layer of Spikes or you are disqualified.
- No Dynamicpunch/Confuse Ray/Teeter Dance/Confuse inducing moves (fuck Regigigas)
- I might add more later if I feel like so but this should be it until the next round (hint: sr and twave :()
Rules
- Battles are Single elimination, 6v6, best of three
- Standard tournament guidelines are in place.
- Battles are to be played on Pokemon Showdown.
