i can't view any of the announcements

i would like to look at this announcement that i found on the pokeuber server. does anyone know why i can't view the message?

This isn't a forum help board. As Veedrock explained, it's just an announcement saying the Smogon Tour was cancelled last weekend. It's no longer up as it's no longer relevant.
