Nearly all of my favorited were tossed to UU/NU...I'm simply not satisfied of any team that does not include UU/NU pokemon. And the most amusing think is that I can't combine them with the OU I do like. Is it "legal" to make a team that includes pokemon of different rating? I'm willing to battle anything.

Yes, you can use Pokemon below the OU tier in OU play, just as you can use any Pokemon (be it Uber or otherwise) in the Uber tier, save Arceus.
You cannot obviously combine NU Pokemon and OU Pokemon and hope to play in NU, however.
