While I like the team, I can certainly think of ways to improve it. To start wiht, you only have one special attacker (unless you count a Deoxys-D with night shade as a special attacker). This makes Skarmory able to wall most of your team and also gives the team less options. I would recomend using a choice scarfed Rotom-H on your team as it destroys Scizor, can threaten Azumarill, is immune to thunder wave and helps give some iniative through volt switch. Heck, it even has trick to break walls. Here is my recomended set.

Also it looks like if Mega Tyranitar can get two dragon dances off (One on switch and possibly one on tanking a hit) it will easily sweep your team. I think that making Bisharp Jolly can help with Mega Tyranitar as it out speeds and it can Iron Head. I also recommend Mental Herb on Deoxys-D with running 28 Atk and Superpower which guarantees a OHKO on Bisharp since Bisharp will Knock Off a Deoxys-D instead of Sucker Punching one. Mental Herb helps it from being useless once taunted. But Magic Coat is also an option but has to be played with a lot of prediction. All in all, I think this is a pretty good team that can just have some fixes here and there.

That's certainly an interesting suggestion. I didn't notice how bad this team deals with Skarmory/Ferrothorn until you pointed it out. I like the options it brings to the table, and it patches up some weaknesses I have. I'll wait for some more suggestions, but I'm highly considering it.

Thanks, for the suggestions. I'll adjust the ev spreads accordingly and experiment with the Deoxys-D set. I'll be adding Mega-T-tar to the threat list, and take the Jolly Bisharp into consideration.
 
Yes, that is a very good suggestion A Terrakion. I advise you replace excadrill with starmie as well as with this as Starmie does the same job as it except with higher speed, better coverage against things like Azumarill with boltbeam, hydro pump and psychic/ psyshock. It can also spin as excadrill does but has even more speed.
 
I have changed my team up while listing to some comments about my weaknesses and have made the following changes:

I liked the priority Dragonite gave me, and I liked the speed that Scarf Excadrill gave me, so I made a compromise. Garchomp would serve as my Scarf user, with a typing and ability that punishes volt-turning, and helps me deal with Talonflame and Charizard X much better. Thundurus is just a great overall pokemon, inflicting status, as well as giving me a win condition, and patching up my weakness to Crocune and bulky waters in general.

I'm still mulling over the previous suggestions of switching my Deoxys-D's item over to Mental Herb and adding Superpower over Night Shade, but I'd like some feedback.
