Offense is the name of the game in BW2 and all of these pokemon threaten to kick common offensive pokemon to the curb.
RP Genesect has no problems grabbing a turn to get to +2 and then can sweep offensive 'mons easily. Sharpedo threatens to outspeed any offensive pokemon in the game and smash them with its (surprising) power. Tormenttran is known as one of the most annoying pokemon for offensive teams to deal with, stalling them till the end of time.

Voting for my Victini first because of the same reasons I originally nominated it. SubPass Gliscor and QD Venomoth are two sets I haven't seen before that seem powerful, interesting, and quite easy to fit within a team.
