Previously illegal movesets

I apologize if this is not the correct medium for this, but I'm having problems with previously illegal movesets. On my current team, I'm attempting to use a Jumpluff with Aromatherapy and Encore, which prior to HGSS was illegal, however, with Clefable getting Aromatherapy as an egg move in HGSS, the egg move combination is now legal, however, Shoddy will not let me battle with the team as it still thinks it's illegal. I'm sure this is not the only one that has gone unfixed, and I'm sure it is quite low on the priority list for things that need to be fixed, but I'd like it to be there.

I don't think there IS a priority list, with Shoddy 2 coming out...

Hopefully all kinks will be worked out in SB2.

timetwister, if you haven't made sure already make sure that when you choose to make a new team that you select Smogon University and not Standard Metagame because the HGSS moves are only up on the Smogon one. If you already did this, then never mind. We just have to wait for Shoddy 2 to get all of this stuff fixed.
