We Three Kings, if your opponent isn't there at the scheduled time, check smogon and write a message on their profile/your profile (whereever you both scheduled) as evidence that you were online.
Groudon, I appreciate you having done the above, but please also put a bit more effort in actually notifying your opponent. You could and should have done what is described in the scheduling guide (relevant part begins with "2) Get proof of them being a no-show. "
